step 2: respectively adding the weighed engine oil, water-based nano gold, water-based nano platinum and lubricating repairing agent into a pot in sequence, and heating;

and step 3: heating for 45-75 minutes on the basis of the step 2 to obtain a mixed material;

and 4, step 4: adding the weighed surfactant into the mixed material, and uniformly stirring;

and 5: standing and cooling to room temperature to obtain the engine oil additive.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the temperature of the heating treatment in step 2 is 110 ℃.

Background

The engine lubricating oil, namely engine oil, is a lubricating medium of each moving part in an engine system, and has the functions of lubrication, cooling, cleaning, sealing and the like so as to ensure that the engine works effectively and for a long time, and the performance of the engine lubricating oil directly influences the working efficiency, oil consumption, output power, service life, emission and the like of the engine.

Because the engine oil is mostly used in a severe working environment, after the engine oil is used for a period of time, the engine oil is not easy to age, and physical or chemical factors generate aldehyde, ketone, resin, asphalt colloidal substances, carbon black, organic acid, salt, water, metal debris and other impurities, so that the performance of the engine oil is changed and the engine oil can not be used any more; as engines have improved in performance and output power in recent years, the service life of engine oils to which conventional additives have been added is still short. The more severe operating conditions lead the internal combustion machine parts to have large abrasion, insufficient internal combustion machine power and large fuel consumption, and the motor vehicle generates more waste gas and has large noise when in use; in addition, the existing additive composition still has the defects, such as large total additive amount and phosphorus antiwear agent content, so that the resource consumption is large, the operation cost is increased, and the harmful substances are discharged more.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide an engine oil additive for an engine, which is characterized by comprising organic oil, aqueous nano gold and aqueous nano platinum.

Preferably, the engine oil additive further comprises a surfactant and a lubrication repair agent.

Preferably, the lubrication repair agent is nano tungsten disulfide.

In the field of mechanical lubricating materials, tungsten disulfide is a layered two-dimensional material with a hexagonal system, W and S are combined through a strong covalent bond in a WS2 layer, S-S molecular bonds are combined through weak van der Waals force between layers, acting force between the layers is weak, bond energy is low, displacement is easy to occur in a friction process, and therefore the tungsten disulfide has a low friction coefficient; in addition, the nano tungsten disulfide can be adsorbed and filled on the uneven surface of a substance in time, and plays a certain self-repairing role, so that scratches in a cylinder sleeve of an automobile engine are repaired, and an anti-wear function is played.

Preferably, the surfactant is one or more of fatty acid glyceride, fatty acid sorbitan and polysorbate.

and step 3: heating for 45-75 minutes on the basis of the step 2 to obtain a mixed material;

and 4, step 4: adding the weighed surfactant into the mixed material, and uniformly stirring;

and 5: standing and cooling to room temperature to obtain the engine oil additive.

Preferably, the temperature of the heating treatment in the step 2 is 110 ℃.

More preferably, in the step 2, the engine oil, the aqueous nano gold, the aqueous nano platinum and the lubrication repairing agent are heated until the water is evaporated by 90 percent, and 10 percent of water content is remained; the water and oil are then homogenized by a surfactant.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the engine is fused with the engine oil by adding the engine oil additive provided by the invention, and the water-based nano gold and the water-based nano platinum rub with the cylinder body of the engine under the stirring of the engine, so that a large amount of far infrared rays are generated; the far infrared has positive effects on hydrogen elements in gasoline in a cylinder and oxygen elements in air, surface electrons of the hydrogen elements and the oxygen elements are activated, oil molecules are easy to contact and combine with oxygen molecules, and therefore combustion and combustion explosive force are enhanced, the proportion of instantaneous combustion is improved, and the combustion is quicker, more sufficient and more complete; meanwhile, the pressure in the cylinder is increased, the propelling speed of the valve is increased, the combustion of combustion materials is accelerated, and when the valve is opened, the temperature of the exhaust gas is reduced and no residue is left.

As can be seen from the data in Table 2, when no engine oil additive is added into the automobile engine, the far infrared radiance in the original automobile engine is low; after the engine oil additive is added, the far infrared radiance in the engine is high. Therefore, the engine oil additive of the invention is added into an automobile engine, so that a large amount of far infrared rays can be generated under the condition of external stirring in the running process.

The principle of the invention is as follows: the engine oil additive provided by the invention is added into an engine, and is fused with engine oil, wherein the water-based nano gold and the water-based nano platinum generate friction with a cylinder body of the engine under the stirring of the engine, so that a large amount of far infrared rays are generated; the far infrared has positive effects on hydrogen elements in gasoline in a cylinder and oxygen elements in air, surface electrons of the hydrogen elements and the oxygen elements are promoted to be active, oil molecules are easy to contact and combine with oxygen molecules, and therefore combustion and combustion explosive force are promoted to be enhanced, the proportion of instantaneous combustion is improved, and the combustion is quicker, more complete and more complete; meanwhile, the pressure in the cylinder is increased, the propelling speed of the valve is increased, the combustion of combustion materials is accelerated, and when the valve is opened, the temperature of the exhaust gas is reduced and no residue is left.
