10. A method for preparing the detergent for polyester high stretch yarn according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing each reaction substance according to the mass percentage;

(2) adding an emulsifier into a reaction kettle, heating to the liquid temperature of 30-35 ℃, and stirring at the temperature for 2-5 min at the rotating speed of 70 r/min;

(3) adding a solubilizer into the reaction kettle in the step 2) to obtain a mixed liquid, cooling the obtained mixed liquid to normal temperature, and stirring at a rotating speed of 70r/min for 2-3 min;

With the increase of chemical fiber filaments produced in China every year, the subsequent processing amount is increased, and due to the fact that machines are different in old and new and the abrasion condition is aggravated, oil pollution is caused to the filaments, the quality and the grade of products are further influenced, and the removal of oil dirt on the products becomes a problem which needs to be solved by manufacturers in the chemical fiber industry in China urgently. The original detergent cannot meet the increasing requirements in the aspects of effect and environmental protection, and the emergence of a new type high stretch yarn detergent is urgently needed.

Through investigation and research, the following results are found: the selection of detergent products of the polyester high-stretch yarns, the oxidation resistance and the compatibility of chemical fiber yarns, the decontamination characteristic and the washing effect of the detergent for the polyester high-stretch yarns and the like are important factors influencing the selection of the detergent for the polyester high-stretch yarns. However, in the prior art, the polyester high-stretch yarn detergent is often single-sided in emphasis on the stain removal performance, the antistatic performance or the cleaning performance. The detergent for polyester high stretch yarn has large selectivity fluctuation, sometimes the product has incompatibility phenomenon, and the actual use stability is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

(8) transferring the mixed liquid obtained in the step 7) into a cooling precipitation kettle, adding base oil, and stirring at a rotating speed of 70r/min for 3-5 min at normal temperature (heating to a liquid temperature of 30-35 ℃ in winter); and then packaging the polyester high stretch yarn by a plastic leather bucket to obtain the finished product polyester high stretch yarn detergent.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the stain remover for the volatile polyester high stretch yarn has the following positive and obvious advantages: (1) the material has good compatibility, does not contain corrosive substances such as moisture, chlorine, sulfur and the like, and can not generate corrosion and rust on various chemical fiber materials; (2) the safety is good, the manufacturing process is carried out at normal temperature, stirring and blending are carried out, and dangerous chemical reactions are not generated among a plurality of auxiliary materials; (3) the fabric oil stain remover is environment-friendly, degradable, good in hydrolysis stability, easy to emulsify and disperse in water, easy to remove the oil stain of the fabric, biodegradable and pollution-free. (8) transferring the mixed liquid obtained in the step 7) into a cooling precipitation kettle, adding base oil, and stirring at a rotating speed of 70r/min for 3-5 min at normal temperature (heating to a liquid temperature of 30-35 ℃ in winter); then packaging the polyester high stretch yarn by a plastic barrel to obtain a finished product polyester high stretch yarn detergent; the technical indexes of the prepared finished polyester high stretch yarn detergent are shown in table 1.

Example 3

A detergent for polyester high stretch yarns comprises base oil, an emulsifier, a solubilizer, a preservative, a dispersant, a bactericide and an antistatic agent, wherein the emulsifier is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether; the solubilizer is polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester; the preservative is sodium benzoate; the dispersant is methylene dinaphthalene sodium sulfonate; the bactericide is polyquaternium; the antistatic agent is monoalkyl ether phosphate potassium salt; the base oil is secondary hydrogenation industrial white oil. The fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is obtained by chemical reaction of fatty alcohol and polyoxyethylene ether, and specifically, sodium hydroxide is used as a catalyst, and long-chain fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide undergo ring-opening polymerization reaction in the absence of water and oxygen to generate the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether.

And the mass percentage of the emulsifier in the detergent for the polyester high stretch yarn is 8.6 percent; the mass percentage of the solubilizer in the detergent for the polyester high stretch yarn is 0.1%; the mass percentage of the preservative in the detergent for the polyester high stretch yarn is 0.2%; the mass percentage of the dispersant in the detergent for polyester high stretch yarn is 0.1%; the mass percentage of the bactericide in the detergent for the polyester high stretch yarn is 0.2%; the mass percentage of the antistatic agent in the polyester high stretch yarn detergent is 0.4%; the mass percentage of the base oil in the detergent for the polyester high stretch yarn is 90.4%.

In addition, the preparation method of the polyester high stretch yarn detergent comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing each reaction substance according to the mass percentage;

(2) adding an emulsifier into a reaction kettle, heating to the liquid temperature of 30-35 ℃, and stirring at the temperature for 2-5 min at the rotating speed of 70 r/min;

(3) adding a solubilizer into the reaction kettle in the step 2) to obtain a mixed liquid, cooling the obtained mixed liquid to normal temperature (heating the mixed liquid to the temperature of 30-35 ℃ in winter), and stirring the mixed liquid at the rotating speed of 70r/min for 2-3 min;

(4) adding a preservative into the mixing reaction kettle in the step 3) to obtain a mixed liquid, and stirring the mixed liquid at a rotating speed of 70r/min for 2-3 min at normal temperature (heating the mixed liquid to a liquid temperature of 30-35 ℃ in winter);

(5) adding a dispersing agent into the mixing reaction kettle in the step 4) to obtain a mixed liquid, and stirring the mixed liquid at a rotating speed of 70r/min for 2-3 min at normal temperature (heating the mixed liquid to a liquid temperature of 30-35 ℃ in winter);

(6) adding a bactericide into the mixed liquid obtained in the step 5) at normal temperature (heating the mixed liquid to the liquid temperature of 30-35 ℃ in winter), and stirring the mixed liquid for 1-2 min at the rotating speed of 70 r/min;

(7) adding the antistatic agent into the mixed liquid obtained in the step 6), and stirring at the rotating speed of 70r/min for 1-2 min at normal temperature (heating the mixed liquid to the liquid temperature of 30-35 ℃ in winter);

(8) transferring the mixed liquid obtained in the step 7) into a cooling precipitation kettle, adding base oil, and stirring at a rotating speed of 70r/min for 3-5 min at normal temperature (heating to a liquid temperature of 30-35 ℃ in winter); then packaging the polyester high stretch yarn by a plastic barrel to obtain a finished product polyester high stretch yarn detergent; the technical indexes of the prepared finished polyester high stretch yarn detergent are shown in table 1.

In addition, although there is no polyester high stretch yarn decontamination product similar to the present invention in the market, for comparison, chemical fiber filaments (polyester high stretch yarns) with stains are taken and treated by the detergent of the present invention, the commercially available Mr. Wilmanson kitchen heavy oil decontamination agent and the immediately white detergent, respectively, and the comparison result shows that: the detergent disclosed by the invention is convenient to use, dipped in a towel for use, the treated chemical fiber filaments still keep the original characteristics, no residue is generated during oil stain removal, and the subsequent washing and emulsifying effects are good; compared with the same type of commercial products, such as the commercial Mr. Wilmingsi kitchen heavy oil cleaning and whitening detergent, the polyester high-stretch yarn can be protected, no residue is removed, and the emulsifying effect is better.

Therefore, the detergent for polyester high-stretch yarns has the advantages that: firstly, the polyester high-stretch yarn detergent uses the surfactant to greatly improve the oil and stain removal effect, the used surfactant fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether has better emulsification effect than other single surfactants, various natural plant mixed extracts are used, the stain removal effect is improved, the surface of a product is not damaged, and secondary hydrogenation industrial white oil is used as a carrier to increase the osmotic emulsification effect of the detergent and improve the stain removal efficiency; secondly, the invention has good biodegradability, environmental protection, no toxicity, no odor generation during use, safe and efficient use; thirdly, the cleaning agent is not required to be matched with other cleaning agents, the use is convenient, and the emulsification and water washing are easy.

The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.
