Background

Induction quenching is heating a workpiece by generating eddy currents in the workpiece using electromagnetic induction. In industrial products, shaft parts are suitable for use in maintenance operations of one or more numerically controlled machine-machined parts. They are used in machines to support gear, pulley, etc. drive components to transmit torque or motion. The shaft parts are rotating body parts, the length of which is greater than the diameter, and generally consist of an outer cylindrical surface, a conical surface, an inner hole, threads and corresponding end surfaces of a concentric shaft.

In the production process of shaft parts, the shaft parts need to be quenched, but the existing induction quenching device can only quench the shaft parts with a certain diameter, and the induction quenching device has poor applicability because of no proper clamp, and the shaft parts are easy to be damaged in quenching, so that the crack rate of products is high; however, if the technical standard is improved, equipment with extremely high price needs to be purchased, the cost is greatly increased and is not paid, and therefore, the induction quenching device for the shaft head end face of the shaft part is provided to solve the problems.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an induction quenching device for the shaft head end surface of a shaft part and a use method thereof, which meet the quenching requirements of shaft parts with different diameters.
