the seventh plate and the eighth plate are parallel to each other and are disposed in a normal opposition; the seventh plate and the eighth plate are both perpendicular to the first plate; the first plate, the second plate, the seventh plate and the eighth plate enclose a vertical slot space; the first rotating shaft penetrates through the vertical groove space.

3. A moisture resistant electricity meter case as claimed in claim 2, wherein 2 of said moisture absorbing boxes are located on either side of said vertical slot space.

4. The moisture resistant electrical meter box of claim 1 wherein said moisture resistant assembly further comprises a second shaft, a first gear, a second gear, a first sheave, a second sheave and a belt;

the first motor is used for driving the first rotating shaft to rotate, and the structure is as follows: the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the second plate; the first gear and the first grooved wheel are coaxially and fixedly sleeved on the second rotating shaft;

one end of the first rotating shaft, which is far away from the third side plate, is coaxially and fixedly sleeved with the second grooved wheel; the belt is sleeved between the first grooved wheel and the second grooved wheel; the second gear is coaxially and fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the motor; the second gear is engaged with the first gear.

5. The moisture resistant electrical meter box of claim 4 wherein the first gear has a greater number of teeth than the second gear; the first sheave is closer to the second plate than the first gear.

6. The moisture resistant electrical meter box of claim 4, wherein the diameter of said first sheave is smaller than the diameter of said first gear; the diameter of the first sheave is identical to the diameter of the second sheave.

A moisture resistant electrical meter box as set forth in claim 1 wherein 1 of said moisture absorbing boxes is simultaneously in sliding contact with said third panel, said fourth panel, said first panel and said second panel; another 1 of said moisture-absorbing boxes being in simultaneous sliding contact with said fifth plate, said sixth plate, said first plate and said second plate;

the top plate is provided with an inlet and outlet hole; the access hole is used for extracting or inserting the moisture absorption box.

8. A moisture resistant electrical meter box as in claim 7 wherein said top panel has an access cover hinged to an upper surface thereof to cover said access opening.

A moisture resistant electrical meter box as set forth in claim 1 wherein said moisture resistant assembly further comprises a pull plate; the lifting plate comprises a supporting plate, a first sliding plate and a second sliding plate which are arranged oppositely; the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate are respectively connected to two sides of the supporting plate;

the number of the lifting plates is 2; wherein the support plate of 1 of the lifting plates is located directly below 1 of the moisture-absorbing cassettes; wherein the first sliding plate of 1 of the pull plates is in simultaneous sliding contact with the outer wall of the third plate and the outer wall of the first plate, wherein the second sliding plate of 1 of the pull plates is in simultaneous sliding contact with the outer wall of the fourth plate and the outer wall of the second plate;

the supporting plate of the other 1 lifting plate is positioned right below the other 1 moisture absorption box; the first sliding plate of another 1 of the pull plates is in simultaneous sliding contact with the outer wall of the fifth plate and the outer wall of the first plate, and the second sliding plate of the other 1 of the pull plates is in simultaneous sliding contact with the outer wall of the sixth plate and the outer wall of the second plate.

10. A moisture resistant electricity meter box according to any of claims 1-9, characterized in that a pull for pulling said moisture absorbing box is provided on the top of said moisture absorbing box.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric meter boxes, in particular to a moisture-proof electric meter box.

Background

The electric meter box is used for protecting electric components and the like and installing and fixing the electric components, and is mostly made of ABS engineering plastics, polycarbonate transparent PC materials, DMC and SMC through injection molding and pressing.

The electric meter box generally comprises a box body and a box cover which is in hinged fit with the box body; according to the use classification, the system comprises a cable branch box, a low-voltage distribution box, a water pump control box, a communication device cabinet, a street lamp and traffic lamp control box, a multifunctional metering box, a comprehensive distribution box, a capacitance compensation box, a terminal box, a wall-mounted distribution box, a metering box and the like in a public power grid.

Current ammeter case does not have dampproofing damp-proofing function, and in case be in plum rain season, air humidity increases to each electric elements's in the ammeter case influence great, makes the wire in the ammeter case and steam contact emergence short circuit phenomenon easily, and then causes power supply trouble.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a moisture-proof ammeter box, and aims to solve the problems that the existing ammeter box does not have moisture-proof and moisture-proof functions, is easy to generate a short circuit phenomenon, and further causes power supply faults.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

the first plate, the second plate, the third plate, the fourth plate, the fifth plate, and the sixth plate are all connected between the top plate and the bottom plate; the top plate is parallel to the bottom plate; the first plate, the second plate, the third plate, the fourth plate, the fifth plate, and the sixth plate are all perpendicular to the bottom plate;

the first plate, the third plate and the fifth plate are located on the same vertical plane; the second plate, the fourth plate and the sixth plate are positioned on the same vertical plane; the third plate and the fourth plate are both connected to the inner wall of the first side plate and are perpendicular to the first side plate; the fifth plate and the sixth plate are both connected to the inner wall of the second side plate and are perpendicular to the second side plate;

the first plate is located between the third plate and the fifth plate; the second plate is located between the fourth plate and the sixth plate; the first panel is closer to the third side panel than the second panel;

the number of the moisture absorption boxes is 2; wherein 1 of the moisture-absorbing boxes is embedded between the third plate and the fourth plate, and between the first plate and the second plate; the other moisture absorption box is embedded between the fifth plate and the sixth plate and between the first plate and the second plate;

the first rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the first plate and the second plate in a penetrating way; the first axis of rotation is perpendicular to the first plate; one end of the first rotating shaft, which is close to the third side plate, is coaxially and fixedly connected with the fan blade; the first motor is used for driving the first rotating shaft to rotate.

Preferably, the moisture barrier assembly further comprises a seventh panel and an eighth panel; the seventh plate and the eighth plate are both vertically connected between the first plate and the second plate;

the seventh plate and the eighth plate are parallel to each other and are disposed in a normal opposition; the seventh plate and the eighth plate are both perpendicular to the first plate; the first plate, the second plate, the seventh plate and the eighth plate enclose a vertical slot space; the first rotating shaft penetrates through the vertical groove space.

Preferably, 2 of the moisture absorption boxes are positioned at two sides of the vertical groove space.

Preferably, the moisture-proof assembly further comprises a second rotating shaft, a first gear, a second gear, a first sheave, a second sheave and a belt;

the first motor is used for driving the first rotating shaft to rotate, and the structure is as follows: the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the second plate; the first gear and the first grooved wheel are coaxially and fixedly sleeved on the second rotating shaft;

one end of the first rotating shaft, which is far away from the third side plate, is coaxially and fixedly sleeved with the second grooved wheel; the belt is sleeved between the first grooved wheel and the second grooved wheel; the second gear is coaxially and fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the motor; the second gear is engaged with the first gear.

the top plate is provided with an inlet and outlet hole; the access hole is used for extracting or inserting the moisture absorption box.

the supporting plate of the other 1 lifting plate is positioned right below the other 1 moisture absorption box; the first sliding plate of another 1 of the pull plates is in simultaneous sliding contact with the outer wall of the fifth plate and the outer wall of the first plate, and the second sliding plate of the other 1 of the pull plates is in simultaneous sliding contact with the outer wall of the sixth plate and the outer wall of the second plate.

Preferably, a pull handle for pulling the moisture absorption box is arranged at the top of the moisture absorption box.

Compared with the prior art, the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of a moisture-proof electricity meter box (hereinafter, referred to as an electricity meter box) according to the present invention, the electricity meter box includes a box 100 and a moisture-proof assembly; the case 100 includes a top plate 110, a bottom plate 120, a first side plate 130, a second side plate 140, and a third side plate 150; the first side plate 130, the second side plate 140 and the third side plate 150 are all vertically arranged; the first side plate 130 and the second side plate 140 are arranged in a positive opposition; the third side panel 150 is connected to both the first side panel 130 and the second side panel 140.

The moisture barrier assembly includes a first panel 210, a second panel 220, a third panel (not shown), a fourth panel 230, a fifth panel (not shown), a sixth panel 240, a moisture-wicking box 270, a first shaft 310, a first motor, and fan blades 320.

The absorbent box 270 includes 2 oppositely disposed grille nets 280; moisture-absorbing particles (e.g., silica gel particles) are provided in the moisture-absorbing box 270; the first plate 210 and the second plate 220 are disposed parallel and opposite to each other; the third and fourth plates 230 are disposed parallel and opposite to each other; the fifth and sixth plates 240 are parallel to and disposed opposite to each other.

The first plate 210, the second plate 220, the third plate, the fourth plate 230, the fifth plate, and the sixth plate 240 are connected between the top plate 110 and the bottom plate 120; the top plate 110 is parallel to the bottom plate 120; the first plate 210, the second plate 220, the third plate, the fourth plate 230, the fifth plate, and the sixth plate 240 are perpendicular to the base plate 120.

The first rotating shaft 310 is rotatably arranged through the first plate 210 and the second plate 220; the first rotation axis 310 is perpendicular to the first plate 210; one end of the first rotating shaft 310 close to the third side plate 150 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a fan blade 320; the first motor 350 is used for driving the first rotating shaft 310 to rotate.

The seventh plate and the eighth plate are provided to separate the first rotating shaft 310 from the 2 moisture absorption boxes 270, thereby ensuring the normal rotation of the first rotating shaft 310.

Meanwhile, the moisture-proof assembly further includes a second rotating shaft 370, a first gear 380, a second gear 360, a first sheave 390, a second sheave 330 and a belt 340.

The structure of the first motor 350 for driving the first rotating shaft 310 to rotate is as follows: the second rotating shaft 370 is rotatably connected to the second plate 220; the second rotating shaft 370 is higher than the first rotating shaft 310; the first gear 380 and the first sheave 390 are coaxially fixed to the second shaft 370.

A second sheave 330 is coaxially and fixedly sleeved at one end of the first rotating shaft 310 far away from the third side plate 150; a belt 340 is sleeved between the first sheave 390 and the second sheave 330; a second gear 360 is coaxially and fixedly sleeved on an output shaft of the motor; the second gear 360 is meshed with the first gear 380.

Through the technical scheme, the structure of the first motor 350 for driving the first rotating shaft 310 to rotate is perfected.

In addition, the number of teeth of the first gear 380 is greater than that of the second gear 360, so as to realize speed reduction and torque increase; the first sheave 390 is closer to the second plate 220 than the first gear 380. the supporting plate 610 of the other 1 lifting plate is positioned right below the other 1 moisture absorption box 270; the first sliding plate 620 of the other 1 pulling plate is in sliding contact with the outer wall of the fifth plate and the outer wall of the first plate 210 at the same time, wherein the second sliding plate 630 of the other 1 pulling plate is in sliding contact with the outer wall of the sixth plate 240 and the outer wall of the second plate 220 at the same time.

The moisture absorption box 270 is easily lifted by providing a lifting plate so that the moisture absorption box 270 can be easily taken out from the housing 100 to be replaced.

Meanwhile, the damp-proof assembly further includes a first rope 480, a second rope 470, a third rotating shaft 430, a second motor 410, a third gear 440, a third sheave 460, a fourth gear 420, a fourth sheave 450, a fifth sheave 520, and a sixth sheave 510.

A ninth plate 250 is connected between the second plate 220 and the fourth plate 230; a tenth plate 260 is further connected between the second plate 220 and the sixth plate 240; the ninth plate 250 and the tenth plate 260 are both connected to the inner wall of the top plate 110; the fifth sheave 520 is rotatably connected to the ninth plate 250; the sixth sheave 510 is rotationally coupled to the tenth plate 260.

The third shaft 430 is rotatably connected to the second plate 220 near the top plate 110; the third gear 440, the third sheave 460 and the fourth sheave 450 are coaxially and fixedly sleeved on the third rotating shaft 430; the second motor 410 is fixedly connected to the second plate 220; the output shaft of the second motor 410 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a fourth gear 420; the fourth gear 420 and the third gear 440 are engaged.

One end of the first rope 480 is connected to the second sliding plate 630 in sliding contact with the fourth plate 230; the other end of the first rope 480 is sequentially wound around the fifth sheave 520 and the third sheave 460; one end of the second rope 470 is connected to the second sliding plate 630 in sliding contact with the sixth plate 240; the other end of the second rope 470 is sequentially wound around the sixth sheave 510 and the fourth sheave 450; the direction in which the first rope 480 is wound around the third sheave 460 is the same as the direction in which the second rope 470 is wound around the fourth sheave 450.

Through above-mentioned technical scheme, can realize being to the automatic rising of moisture absorption box 270, specific theory of operation is: when the moisture absorption box 270 needs to be lifted to take out the moisture absorption box 270, the second motor 410 is started, the second motor 410 drives the fourth gear 420 to rotate, so as to drive the third sheave 460 and the fourth sheave 450 to rotate, the third sheave 460 rotates to pull the first rope 480 to contract, so that the lifting plate is lifted upwards through the fifth sheave 520, meanwhile, the fourth sheave 450 rotates to pull the second rope 470 to contract, so as to lift the other 1 lifting plate upwards through the sixth sheave 510, so as to lift the 2 moisture absorption boxes 270 upwards, so as to take out the moisture absorption boxes 270; when the moisture absorption box 270 is required to be placed into the box body 100, the 2 moisture absorption boxes 270 are firstly contacted with the 2 pulling plates, then the second motor 410 is reversely started, and the 2 pulling plates are all descended, so that the 2 moisture absorption boxes 270 are automatically descended and embedded into the original positions.
