step 502: receiving an inquiry request sent by a bank end, acquiring the information of a visiting card of a user based on the inquiry request, and returning the information to the bank end, wherein the inquiry request is generated by the bank end according to a fee refunding application;

step 503: receiving refund information sent by a bank terminal, finishing refund based on the refund information, generating a refund result, returning the refund result to the bank terminal, and returning the refund result to a user through 5G information by the bank terminal.

In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the completing mutual trust with the bank terminal based on the mutual trust application includes:

step 601: receiving a unique character string CODE and a user ID sent by a bank end;

step 602: inquiring a user four-element from a bank end according to the unique character string CODE and the user ID, wherein the user four-element comprises a name, a certificate type, a certificate number and a mobile phone number;

The embodiment of the invention also provides a medical treatment fee refunding method and system based on the 5G message, and the method and the system are described in the following embodiments.

Fig. 8 is a flowchart (i.e., a system interaction diagram) of a medical refund method based on 5G messages in an embodiment of the present invention, i.e., a bank end and a hospital end interact, as shown in fig. 8, the method includes:

step S1: the bank end receives a fee refunding application sent by a user through a 5G message;

step S2: the bank end completes mutual trust with the hospital end based on the fee refunding application;

step S3: after mutual trust is completed, the bank end acquires the information of the visiting card of the user from the hospital end according to the refund application;

step S4: the bank side determines all bank card information under the user name based on the visiting card information or the refund application, returns all the bank card information to the user through 5G information, and returns the refund information to the user for confirmation through 5G information after receiving the refund bank card selected by the user based on all the bank card information;

step S5: after receiving the confirmation of the user to the fee refunding information, the bank terminal calls a fee refunding transaction interface of the hospital terminal and sends the fee refunding information to the hospital terminal;

step S6: the hospital end finishes the refund based on the refund information and returns the refund result to the bank end;

step S7: and the bank end receives and returns the refund result to the user through a 5G message.

In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the method further includes:

step S8: and the bank terminal performs real-name authentication on the user according to the refund application.

In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the step S8 of performing real-name authentication on the user by the bank according to the chargeback application includes:

and judging whether the user is bound with the bank card according to the user identity in the refund application, if so, determining the user to be a real-name authentication user, and if so, binding the bank card to realize the real-name authentication of the user.

In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the bank end completes mutual trust with the hospital end based on the fee refunding application, including:

step S21: the bank side sends the unique character string CODE and the user ID to the hospital side according to the hospital side identification in the fee refunding application;

step S22: the hospital side generates a query request according to the unique character string CODE and the user ID, and returns the query request to the bank side;

step S24: the hospital end receives the four user elements, checks the four user elements with user information stored in the hospital end, generates a token after the check is successful, and returns the token to the bank end;

step S25: and the bank end receives the token to complete mutual trust.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a bank terminal, and the bank terminal is described in the following embodiment. Because the principle of solving the problems at the bank end is similar to that of the medical fee refunding method (bank end) based on the 5G message, the implementation of the bank end can refer to the implementation of the medical fee refunding method (bank end) based on the 5G message, and repeated parts are not described again.

Fig. 12 is a first structural block diagram of a bank end in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 12, the bank end includes:

a receiving user application module 1202, configured to receive a fee refunding application sent by a user through a 5G message;

a bank and hospital mutual trust module 1204, configured to complete mutual trust with a hospital end based on the refund application;

a visit card information inquiry module 1206 for acquiring the visit card information of the user from the hospital end according to the refund application after the mutual trust is completed;

the selected chargeback bank card module 1208 is used for determining all bank card information under a user name based on the visiting card information or the chargeback application, returning all the bank card information to the user through 5G information, and after receiving the chargeback bank card selected by the user based on all the bank card information, returning the chargeback information to the user through 5G information for confirmation;

the refund result receiving and sending module 1210 is configured to invoke a refund transaction interface of the hospital end after the receiving user confirms the refund information, send the refund information to the hospital end, receive a refund result that the hospital end completes refund return based on the refund information, and return the refund result to the user through a 5G message.

Embodiments of the present invention also provide a hospital end, as described in the following embodiments. Because the principle of solving the problem at the hospital end is similar to the medical fee-returning method (hospital end) based on the 5G message, the implementation of the hospital end can refer to the implementation of the medical fee-returning method (hospital end) based on the 5G message, and repeated details are not repeated.

Fig. 14 is a block diagram of a hospital end structure in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 14, the hospital end includes:

the hospital and bank mutual trust module 1402 is used for receiving a mutual trust application sent by a bank end and completing mutual trust with the bank end based on the mutual trust application; the mutual trust application is generated by the bank end according to a fee refunding application sent by a user through a 5G message;

the system comprises a user visiting card information query module 1404, a bank end and a payment card information processing module, wherein the user visiting card information query module 1404 is used for receiving a query request sent by the bank end, acquiring visiting card information of a user based on the query request and returning the visiting card information to the bank end, and the query request is generated by the bank end according to a fee refunding application;

the fee refunding module 1406 is used for receiving the fee refunding information sent by the bank terminal, completing fee refunding based on the fee refunding information, generating a fee refunding result, returning the fee refunding result to the bank terminal, and returning the fee refunding result to the user through a 5G message by the bank terminal.

In the embodiment of the invention, the mutual trust module between the hospital and the bank is specifically used for:

receiving a unique character string CODE and a user ID sent by a bank end;

inquiring a user four-element from a bank end according to the unique character string CODE and the user ID, wherein the user four-element comprises a name, a certificate type, a certificate number and a mobile phone number;

and checking the four user elements with user information stored at the hospital end, generating a token after the checking is successful, and returning the token to the bank end to finish mutual trust.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the refund module is further configured to:

The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to realize the medical fee refunding method based on the 5G message.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the medical fee refunding method based on 5G message.

In the embodiment of the invention, compared with the technical scheme that the hospital needs to go to the hospital to queue for refund if the hospital visit card is to be refunded in the prior art, the refund application sent by the user through the 5G message is received; completing mutual trust with a hospital side based on the fee refunding application; after mutual trust is completed, acquiring the information of the visiting card of the user from the hospital end according to the refund application; determining all bank card information under a user name based on the visiting card information or the refund application, returning all the bank card information to the user through 5G information, and after receiving a refund bank card selected by the user based on all the bank card information, returning the refund information to the user through 5G information for confirmation; after the receiving user confirms the refund information, a refund transaction interface of the hospital end is called, the refund information is sent to the hospital end, the refund result returned by the hospital end based on the refund information is received, the refund result is returned to the user through the 5G message, the refund process can be efficiently and quickly completed through the 5G message, and the user does not need to queue to refund at the hospital site.
