the terminal device sends the first information on the remaining resources under the condition that the first configuration information is configured and the corresponding relation between one or more logical channels in the M logical channels and the N resources is enabled;

the terminal equipment transmits the first information on the residual resources under the condition that the first configuration information is configured and the corresponding relation between the logical channel and at least one resource in the first configuration information is enabled;

the terminal equipment transmits the first information on the remaining resources under the condition that the second configuration information is configured and the resource attribute of the first resource and/or the logical channel which can be multiplexed on the first resource are/is indicated;

under the condition that the second configuration information is configured and resource attributes corresponding to one or more logical channels in the M logical channels are enabled, the terminal equipment sends the first information on the residual resources;

the terminal equipment transmits the first information on the residual resources under the condition that the second configuration information is configured and the corresponding relation between the logic channel and at least one resource in the second configuration information is enabled;

and in the case that the second configuration information is configured and the resource attribute of the resource to which the at least one logical channel can be mapped is enabled, the terminal device transmits the first information on the remaining resource.

The method according to any one of claims 11 to 13, further comprising:

the terminal equipment receives first Downlink Control Information (DCI), wherein the first DCI is used for indicating the resource attribute of the first resource and/or the index of the at least one logical channel.

The method according to any of claims 11 to 14, wherein the first resource is a DG resource or wherein the first resource is a CG resource of type 2.

The method of claim 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15, wherein the resource attributes comprise at least one of:

resource priority, resource reliability indication, cell radio network temporary identifier C-RNTI or modulation coding scheme cell radio network temporary identifier MCS-C-RNTI used by the resource, modulation coding scheme MCS list information corresponding to the resource, service indication carried by the resource, logical channel indication capable of being mapped by the resource, and MAC CE indication capable of being mapped by the resource.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 16, further comprising:

if a first MAC CE or a first Common Control Channel (CCCH) Service Data Unit (SDU) exists and the priority of the first MAC CE or the first CCCH SDU is higher than that of the at least one logic channel, the terminal equipment performs one of the following operations:

transmitting the information to be transmitted by using the remaining resources or the first resources according to the priority order of the logical channels except the at least one logical channel, the MAC CE and the CCCH SDU;

transmitting information to be transmitted using the remaining resources or the first resources according to an LCP or LCP mapping condition, except for the at least one logical channel;

preferentially transmitting the first MAC CE or the first CCCH SDU by using the remaining resources or the first resources;

taking the first MAC CE or the first CCCH SDU as a part of the first information;

if there is a correspondence between P MAC CEs or CCCH SDUs and Q resources, and the first resource is not included in the resource corresponding to the first MAC CE or the first CCCH SDU, determining not to multiplex the first MAC CE or the first CCCH SDU to the remaining resource, or determining not to multiplex the first MAC CE or the first CCCH SDU to the first resource, or taking the first MAC CE or the first CCCH SDU as a part of the first information, where P MAC CEs or CCCH SDUs include the first MAC CE or the first CCCH SDU, and P and Q are positive integers.

The method of claim 17, wherein the information to be transmitted comprises at least one of:

A method of wireless communication, comprising:

the terminal equipment determines that the first resource is available;

the terminal equipment performs media access control protocol data unit (MAC PDU) packaging or information multiplexing on the first resource under the condition that a first condition is met, wherein,

the first condition includes at least one of:

the correspondence between logical channels and resources is not configured,

the relationship between logical channels and resource attributes is not configured,

a resource attribute of the first resource is not indicated,

not indicating a logical channel that the first resource can carry,

the resource attributes of the first resource conflict with each other,

the configured logical channel priority LCP mapping restriction condition does not match a resource attribute of the first resource,

the configured LCP mapping restriction conflicts with a resource attribute of the first resource,

no media access control element, MAC CE, and/or logical channel capable of being mapped onto the first resource according to LCP mapping restriction conditions;

all or part of the LCP mapping restriction conditions are instructed to be disabled.

The method of claim 19, wherein the terminal device performs MAC PDU packing or information multiplexing on the first resource, comprising:

The method according to any of claims 19 to 22, wherein the terminal device performs MAC PDU packing or information multiplexing on the first resource, comprising at least one of:

the terminal device multiplexes any logical channel and/or any MAC CE to the first resource, or the terminal device performs MAC PDU packaging on any logical channel and/or any MAC CE on the first resource;

multiplexing, by the terminal device, the logical channel and/or MAC CE meeting the LCP mapping restriction condition to the first resource, or performing, by the terminal device, MAC PDU packaging on the logical channel and/or MAC CE meeting the LCP mapping restriction condition on the first resource;

the terminal device multiplexes the MAC CE and/or the common control channel CCCH service data unit SDU to the first resource, or the terminal device only packages MAC PDU for the MAC CE and/or the CCCH SDU on the first resource;

The method of claim 24, wherein the type of the first resource comprises at least one of:

CG resources of type1, CG resources of type 2, DG resources.

A terminal device, comprising:

a processing unit for determining at least one logical channel capable of transmitting on available first resources;

a communication unit, configured to multiplex data to be sent in the at least one logical channel to the first resource;

the communication unit is further configured to transmit first information on the remaining resources in case there are remaining resources in the first resources.

The terminal device of claim 26, wherein the first information comprises at least one of:

and filling, a media access control element (MAC CE), and data to be transmitted in the logical channels except the at least one logical channel.

The terminal device according to claim 26 or 27, wherein the processing unit is further configured to determine a content of the first information.

The terminal device according to any one of claims 26 to 28, wherein the communication unit is specifically configured to:

The terminal device according to claim 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39 or 40, wherein the resource attributes comprise at least one of:

resource priority, resource reliability indication, cell radio network temporary identifier C-RNTI or modulation coding scheme cell radio network temporary identifier MCS-C-RNTI used by the resource, modulation coding scheme MCS list information corresponding to the resource, service indication carried by the resource, logical channel indication capable of being mapped by the resource, and MAC CE indication capable of being mapped by the resource.

if a first MAC CE or a first common control channel, CCCH, service data unit, SDU, exists and the first MAC CE or the first CCCH SDU has a higher priority than the at least one logical channel, the processing unit is further configured to perform one of the following operations:

a processing unit to determine that a first resource is available;

a communication unit, configured to perform media access control protocol data unit (MAC PDU) packing or information multiplexing on the first resource if a first condition is satisfied, wherein,

the first condition includes at least one of:

the correspondence between logical channels and resources is not configured,

the relationship between logical channels and resource attributes is not configured,

a resource attribute of the first resource is not indicated,

not indicating a logical channel that the first resource can carry,

the resource attributes of the first resource conflict with each other,

the configured logical channel priority LCP mapping restriction condition does not match a resource attribute of the first resource,

the configured LCP mapping restriction conflicts with a resource attribute of the first resource,

no media access control element, MAC CE, and/or logical channel capable of being mapped onto the first resource according to LCP mapping restriction conditions;

all or part of the LCP mapping restriction conditions are instructed to be disabled.

The terminal device according to any of claims 44-47, wherein the communication unit performs MAC PDU packing or information multiplexing on the first resource, comprising at least one of:

the communication unit multiplexes any logical channel and/or any MAC CE to the first resource, or the communication unit performs MAC PDU packaging on any logical channel and/or any MAC CE on the first resource;

multiplexing, by the communication unit, the logical channels and/or MAC CEs that satisfy the LCP mapping restriction condition to the first resource, or performing, by the communication unit, MAC PDU packing on the logical channels and/or MAC CEs that satisfy the LCP mapping restriction condition on the first resource;

the communication unit multiplexes only the MAC CE and/or the common control channel CCCH service data unit SDU to the first resource, or the communication unit performs MAC PDU packing only on the MAC CE and/or the CCCH SDU on the first resource;
