The fully separated heated cigarette rod for paperless heating of claim 1 wherein the sum of the length of the tobacco segment wrapper and the length of the second composite wrapper is equal to the length of the first composite wrapper, the ends of the first composite wrapper and the second composite wrapper being flush with the free ends of the filter segments.

6. A fully separated heated cigarette rod for paperless heating according to any of claims 1 to 5 wherein said cooling section comprises a first cooling section and a second cooling section, said second cooling section being located between said first cooling section and said filter section;

a first cooling channel is arranged in the first cooling section, a second cooling channel is arranged in the second cooling section, and the inner diameter of the first cooling channel is smaller than that of the second cooling channel.

7. The fully separated heated cigarette rod for paperless heating of claim 6, wherein the outer diameter of the first cooling section and the outer diameter of the second cooling section are equal.

8. The fully separated heated cigarette rod for paperless heating of claim 6, wherein the length of the first cooling section is greater than the length of the second cooling section.

9. The fully separated heated cigarette rod for paperless heating of claim 8, wherein the length of the first cooling section is 1.5-2 times the length of the second cooling section.

10. The fully separated heated cigarette rod for paperless heating of claim 6, wherein the ratio of the inner diameter of the first cooling channel to the inner diameter of the second cooling channel is (3-4): (4-5.5).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of manufacturing of heated cigarettes, in particular to a full-separation type heated cigarette for paperless heating.

Background

The traditional cigarette releases nicotine and fragrance in a mode of direct combustion of tobacco, so that the requirement of consumers is met, and the tobacco can release a plurality of harmful substances in the pyrolysis process. In recent years, along with the improvement of health consciousness of people, cigarettes are heated and not combusted in order to avoid inhaling harmful substances released by pyrolysis of tobacco.

The cigarette is heated by using a matched external heat source, so that the cigarette is not combusted to obtain nicotine and fragrance, and the cigarette has the characteristics of reducing tar and harm compared with the traditional cigarette while meeting the smoking requirement of consumers.

The tobacco section of the existing cigarette which is not heated and does not burn is wrapped by cigarette paper and inserted into a smoking set heating bin for heating, and the cigarette paper is heated to generate heavy paper flavor which is mixed into smoke to influence the smoke purity, so that the smoking experience of consumers is influenced.

Therefore, how to provide a heating cigarette capable of effectively avoiding the influence of the paper taste of the cigarette paper on the smoke purity becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a new technical scheme for a full-separation type heating cigarette which can effectively avoid the influence of the paper taste of cigarette paper on the smoke purity and is used for paperless heating.

According to a first aspect of the present invention there is provided a fully separated heated cigarette rod for paperless heating.

The full-separation type heating cigarette for paperless heating comprises a tobacco section, a tobacco section wrapping piece, a cooling section, a filter tip section, a first composite wrapping piece and a second composite wrapping piece; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the tobacco section, the cooling section and the filter tip section are arranged in sequence;

Detailed Description

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.

The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.

Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification where appropriate.

In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the fully-separated heating cigarette for paperless heating of the present disclosure includes a tobacco segment 1, a tobacco segment wrapping member 2, a cooling segment, a filter segment 5, a first composite wrapping member 6 and a second composite wrapping member 7.

The tobacco section 1, the cooling section and the filter section 5 are arranged in sequence. During specific implementation, the tobacco section 1 and the cooling section are only contacted and not adhered, so that the tobacco section 1 and the cooling section can be separated when the heated cigarette is used. The cooling section and the filter section 5 can be contacted only and not bonded, and the cooling section and the filter section 5 are combined together through the wrapping action of the first composite wrapping piece 6 and the second composite wrapping piece 7; alternatively, the end faces of the cooling section and the filter section 5 may be glued together. The cooling section can be realized in various ways, for example, a cooling channel extending along the length direction of the cooling section is arranged in the cooling section; also for example, the cooling section has a honeycomb structure.

Tobacco section wrapper 2 may be used to wrap tobacco section 1, with tobacco section 1 being completely wrapped within tobacco section wrapper 2. A first composite wrap 6 may be used to wrap the cooling section and the filter section 5. A second composite wrapper 7 may be used to wrap the filter segment 5 and the partial cooling segment.

The tobacco section wrapping piece 2 is provided with a first air inlet groove 20 extending along the length direction of the tobacco section wrapping piece 2, and the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 is sleeved outside the first composite wrapping piece 6 and is in sliding fit with the first composite wrapping piece 6. The first intake grooves 20 may form intake passages. Sliding fit between tobacco section wrapper 2 and first composite wrapper 6 makes tobacco section wrapper 2 can slide along the outer wall of first composite wrapper 6 to expose the tobacco section 1 of parcel in tobacco section wrapper 2.

The second composite wrapper 7 is fitted over the first composite wrapper 6. The sum of the length of the tobacco section wrapper 2 and the length of the second composite wrapper 7 is less than or equal to the length of the first composite wrapper 6. When tobacco section wrapping member 2 slides along the outer wall of first composite wrapping member 6 to offset with second composite wrapping member 7, tobacco section wrapping member 2 separates completely from tobacco section 1, and tobacco section 1 can break away from the cigarette of heating this moment.

The use process of the fully separated heating cigarette rod for paperless heating disclosed by the invention can be as follows:

when the heating cigarette is not inserted into the smoking set, the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 wraps the tobacco section 1, the first composite wrapping piece 6 and the second composite wrapping piece 7 wrap the cooling section and the filter tip section 5, and the tobacco section 1 is combined with the cooling section and the filter tip section 5 through the sleeving between the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 and the first composite wrapping piece 6, so that the complete heating cigarette is formed.

When the heated cigarette is inserted into the smoking set for a certain depth, the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 stops moving under the action of the smoking set, the tobacco section 1 is continuously pushed to the heating bin of the smoking set under the pushing of the cooling section and the filter tip section 5, and the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 moves towards the direction far away from the tobacco section 1 along the outer wall surface of the first composite wrapping piece 6. Along with the movement of the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 along the outer wall surface of the first composite wrapping piece 6, the tobacco section 1 and the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 are gradually separated until the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 abuts against the second composite wrapping piece 6, at the moment, the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 is completely separated from the tobacco section 1 (as shown in fig. 5), and the tobacco section 1 can be completely separated from the cigarette body of the self-heating cigarette. The first air inlet channel 20 may be used as an air inlet passage for heated cigarettes during smoking.

In one embodiment of the disclosed fully separated heated cigarette rod for paperless heating, the ends of tobacco segment wrapper 2 are flush with the free ends of tobacco segment 1 in order to reduce the resistance to movement of tobacco segment wrapper 2 relative to tobacco segment 1.

In one embodiment of the disclosed fully separated heated cigarette rod for paperless heating, the tobacco section 1 is provided with a second air inlet channel 10 extending along the length of the tobacco section 1. The provision of the second air intake groove 10 facilitates the promotion of the air intake effect, thereby achieving a better suction experience.

Further, first inlet channel 20 is along the circumferential direction evenly distributed of tobacco section parcel piece 2, and second inlet channel 10 is along the circumferential direction evenly distributed of tobacco section 1, and first inlet channel 20 and the one-to-one setting of second inlet channel 10. Thus, when the tobacco section 1 is completely separated from the tobacco section wrapping piece 2, the first air inlet groove 20 and the second air inlet groove 10 are communicated to form an air inlet channel with smooth air flow circulation, so that the air inlet effect is further improved.

In particular embodiments, the first air inlet channel 20 may be formed by pressing the tobacco segment wrapper 2. Since the tobacco section 1 is wrapped by the tobacco section wrapper 2, when the tobacco section wrapper 2 is subjected to a force, the tobacco section 1 is also subjected to a pressure, thereby forming a second air inlet groove 10 in the tobacco section 1.

In one embodiment of the disclosed fully separated heated cigarette for paperless heating, to improve the compactness of the structure of the heated cigarette, the sum of the length of the tobacco section wrapper 2 and the length of the second composite wrapper 7 is equal to the length of the first composite wrapper 6, and the end of the first composite wrapper 6 and the end of the second composite wrapper 7 are flush with the free end of the filter section 5. After the heated cigarette is inserted into the smoking set, the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 moves along the first composite wrapping piece 6 to abut against the second composite wrapping piece 7, at the moment, one end, far away from the second composite wrapping piece 7, of the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 is flush with one end, close to the tobacco section 1, of the first composite wrapping piece 6, and the tobacco section 1 and the tobacco section wrapping piece 2 are completely separated.

In one embodiment of the disclosed fully separated heated cigarette rod for paperless heating, the cooling section comprises a first cooling section 3 and a second cooling section 4, the second cooling section 4 being located between the first cooling section 3 and the filter section 5.

In practice, the second cooling section 4, the first cooling section 3 and the filter section 5 can be contacted with and not bonded with each other only, and the first cooling section 3, the second cooling section 4 and the filter section 5 are combined together through the wrapping action of the first composite wrapping member 6 and the second composite wrapping member 7; alternatively, the second cooling section 4 may be bonded to the end faces of the first cooling section 3 and the filter section 5. Furthermore, a first composite wrap 6 may wrap the first cooling zone 3, the second cooling zone 4 and the filter segment 5, and a second composite wrap 7 may wrap the second cooling zone 4 and the filter segment 5.

A first cooling channel 30 is arranged in the first cooling section 3, and a second cooling channel 40 is arranged in the second cooling section 4. The inner diameter of the first cooling passage 30 is smaller than the inner diameter of the second cooling passage 40. The provision of the inner diameters of the first cooling passage 30 and the second cooling passage 40 is advantageous to enhance the cooling effect.

Further, the outer diameter of the first cooling section 3 and the outer diameter of the second cooling section 4 are equal.
