Background

Helmets sold on the market today are mostly of the fully enclosed and open-cell air-cooled type. The totally-enclosed helmet has a certain safety protection effect when being applied to construction in construction sites, but has poor heat dissipation effect and is not suitable for high-temperature environment. Although the opening air-cooled helmet can dissipate heat, the opening air-cooled helmet cannot adapt to working environments such as rain, snow, sand and dust and the like, and the strength is insufficient due to more openings.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a multipurpose helmet which is suitable for various occasions, is not limited by weather and temperature and is convenient to use.

Based on the problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

Detailed Description

The above-described scheme is further illustrated below with reference to specific examples. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the present invention provides a multipurpose helmet, which includes a helmet main body 1 and an inner container 2 disposed in the helmet main body 1, two airflow channels 1-1 symmetrically disposed on the helmet main body 1, a plurality of gas exchange holes 1-6 respectively communicated to each of the airflow channels 1-1 disposed on an inner wall of the helmet main body 1, the plurality of gas exchange holes 1-6 are disposed in a honeycomb shape, and the gas flow channels 1-1 extend from a front portion to a rear portion of the helmet main body 1.

A fan 3 (shown in figure 9) is arranged in an air inlet 1-1a at one end (the front end of the helmet main body) in the length direction of the gas flow channel 1-1, a sealing rubber plug 4 is detachably arranged in an air outlet 1-1b at the other end (the rear end of the helmet main body) in the length direction, and the gas flow channel 1-1 can be opened or closed through the sealing rubber plug 4. The inner container 2 is provided with a plurality of hollow openings 2-1 and a plurality of bulges 2-2 protruding towards the helmet main body 1, and a heat exchange space is formed between the inner container 2 and the helmet main body 1.

With reference to fig. 4 and 5, a controller, a mode selection button and a power supply are disposed on the helmet body 1, the mode selection button is connected to a signal input terminal of the controller, the fan 3 is connected to a signal output terminal of the controller, and the power supply is connected to the controller. The mode selection button is matched with the sealing rubber plug 4 to realize the selection of the helmet cooling mode. The invention comprises the following three cooling modes:

(1) summer air-conditioning mode: hot air in the helmet is pumped out through the air flow channel 1-1, the fan 3 rotates forwards at the moment, the air inlet 1-1a and the air outlet 1-1b of the air flow channel 1-1 form a high-speed airflow channel, pressure difference is generated between the interior of the air flow channel 1-1 and the inner space of the helmet, and the hot air gathered at the top of the helmet is quickly sucked away through the top air exchange holes 1-6, so that the function of mild cooling is realized.

(2) Summer direct cooling mode: the air outlet 1-1b at the tail end of the air flow passage 1-1 is blocked, and the fan 3 rotates forwards and high-speed air flows through the air flow passage 1-1 and the air exchange holes 1-6 at the top of the helmet and is directly blown to the interior of the helmet, so that the rapid cooling is realized.

(3) Winter mode: in winter, the worker sweats the head due to the work, the air outlet 1-1b at the tail end of the air flow channel 1-1 is blocked, the fan 3 reversely rotates to draw out air in the air flow channel 1-1, so that air pressure difference exists between the interior of the helmet and the air flow channel 1-1, the air in the helmet is sucked into the air flow channel 1-1 under the action of the pressure difference, and external fresh air is supplemented into the helmet from gaps at the periphery of the helmet, so that the head of the wearer cannot be stimulated even if the external air is cold.

Referring to fig. 6-8, the inner container 2 is designed to be a bone structure similar to a tortoise shell by adopting bionics, and comprises an outer wall 2-5, an inner wall 2-4 and a cavity formed between the outer wall 2-5 and the inner wall 2-4, a plurality of supporting pieces 2-6 are arranged at intervals in the cavity, the single-layer wall thickness of the inner container 2 is 1 mm, the inner container is manufactured by adopting a blow molding method, the thin wall plays a role in reducing weight, is beneficial to collapsing and energy absorption, and reduces the shock to the human head during impact.

The cavity and the supporting pieces 2-6 are arranged, the interior of the cavity is divided into a plurality of unit spaces, the structure of the inner container 2 is enhanced, the gas sealed in the cavity can play a role in dynamically distributing pressure when colliding, a good damping effect is achieved on irregular continuous collision, the weight of the helmet can be reduced due to the cavity structure, and the energy absorption area and the impact buffer area space of the helmet can be increased.

In order to fix the inner container 2 in the helmet main body 1 conveniently, a plurality of positioning holes 2-3 are formed in the edge of the inner container 2, and the inner container 2 is fixed in the helmet main body 1 through rivets.

In order to conveniently store the sealing rubber plug 4, the rear part of the helmet main body 1 is provided with rubber plug fixing seats 1-5 for placing the sealing rubber plug 4, when the sealing rubber plug 4 at the air outlet 1-1b of the gas flow passage 1-1 needs to be detached, the sealing rubber plug 4 can be placed on the rubber plug fixing seats 1-5, the sealing rubber plug 4 is prevented from being lost, the shape of the sealing rubber plug 4 is matched with the air outlet 1-1b, and the structure is shown in fig. 10.

In the embodiment, a key box 1-3 for installing the mode selection keys is arranged below the front part of the helmet main body 1, the keys are convenient to press below the rear part of the helmet main body 1, the waterproof effect is good, and the accidental keys can be prevented from being contacted by the outside; the controller box 1-4 for installing the controller is arranged below the rear part of the helmet main body 1, so that the influence of collision on the controller is avoided, and the fault of the controller is effectively reduced.

An illuminating lamp 5 and a working indicator lamp 6 which are connected to a controller are arranged between the two gas channels 1-1, when the helmet cooling mode is switched through a key, the working indicator lamp 6 can display three indicating colors of red, yellow and blue, and the working indicator lamp 6 indicates the working mode, which is the prior art and is not repeated in the invention. The illuminating lamp 5 is connected with a brightness adjusting module, a brightness adjusting button connected to the brightness adjusting module is installed in the button box 1-3, and the brightness of the illuminating lamp 5 is adjusted through the brightness adjusting button. Specifically, the illumination lamp 5 is supported at the front of the helmet main body 1 via lamp holders 1-8, while the helmet main body 1 is provided at the front thereof with data line holes 1-9 through which the illumination lamp 5 is connected to the controller.

In this example, the power supply is a rechargeable battery, a battery box 1-2 for mounting the rechargeable battery and a solar panel and protruding to the outer side of the helmet body 1 is provided on the helmet body 1, the solar panel is connected to the rechargeable battery through a power line, and the rechargeable battery can be charged through the solar panel. The rear part of the helmet main body 1 is provided with charging interfaces 1-7 connected to a rechargeable battery, and the rechargeable battery can be charged by a 5V direct-current power supply.

In order to protect the face of the user, a face guard 7 is further provided, and referring to fig. 11, the face guard 7 includes a middle body portion 7-1, and connection portions 7-2 provided at both ends of the middle body portion 7-1. The middle main body part 7-1 is a curved surface structure protruding towards the outer side of the helmet main body 1, so that the visual range can be expanded; the connecting part 7-2 is fixed on the helmet main body 1, and a boundary line 7-3 is arranged at the connecting part of the connecting part and the middle main body part 7-1, so that the middle main body part 7-1 can be broken at the position when collision occurs, and the impact injury to the face of a user is avoided; the binding surface of the connecting part 7-2 and the helmet main body 1 is provided with anti-skid grains, which is convenient for adjusting the angle between the face protective cover 7 and the helmet main body 1.
