According to the mobile sterilization system, the anti-vibration rubber pad is arranged between the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 501 of the frame 500 and the sterilization assembly 100, and vibration impact on the sterilization assembly 100 in the accommodating cavity 501 when the frame is driven by the vehicle head to move can be effectively buffered by the anti-vibration rubber pad, so that gas leakage of the sterilization assembly 100 is prevented, and the use reliability of the mobile sterilization system is improved.

As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 5, in this embodiment, the moving operation assembly 200 further includes a sealing assembly 230 and a clamping member 240, the clamping member 240 is provided with a plurality of limiting slots 2401, the limiting slots 2401 are engaged with the hinge of the container door, and the sealing assembly 230 is located between the clamping member 240 and the container side wall.

In the mobile killing system, the mobile operating assembly 200 further comprises the sealing assembly 230 and the clamping member 240, wherein the clamping member 240 is connected with the hinge member of the container door body through the limiting groove 2401 on the clamping member to fix the clamping member 240 on the outer side wall of the container, the sealing assembly 230 is arranged between the clamping member 240 and the outer side wall of the container, and the sealing assembly 230 is arranged to enable the joint of the mobile operating assembly 200 and the side wall of the container to be in a sealing state, so that the optimal sealing effect of the mobile killing system is ensured, and the safety performance is improved.

Optionally, the clamping member 240 is a flexible member with a certain elasticity, so that the sealing assembly 230 can be conveniently filled in the clamping member, and the operation is convenient.

Optionally, seal assembly 230 includes a plurality of seals that are sequentially positioned along the junction of operative assembly 200 and the container.

In the mobile sterilizing system, the sealing assembly 230 is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of sealing members, so that the sealing members are arranged at the positions where the container is connected with the mobile operation assembly, and the sealing tightness is guaranteed.

As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the operation body 210 includes an operation panel 2101, a support assembly 2102 and a through-hole stopper 2103, the support assembly 2102 is detachably connected to the operation panel 2101 at one end and detachably connected to the container at the other end, the operation unit 220 and the stopper 2103 are provided on the operation panel 2101, and the stopper 2103 can be hermetically connected to the gas delivery device 300.

In the mobile killing system, the operating body 210 comprises the operating platform 2101 and the supporting assembly 2102, wherein at least part of the operating platform 2101 is made of a flexible material made of a transparent material, so that observation is facilitated in the operating process, and the operating convenience is improved. In addition, the operation body 210 is detachably connected with the operation platform 2101 and the support assembly 2102, so that the operation body 210 can be manufactured more simply and conveniently without a large-scale mold, cost saving is facilitated, and the operation body 210 is more convenient to carry and move.

In addition, the operation body 210 is further provided with a through limit 2103, and the limit 2103 is used for being hermetically connected with the gas conveying device 300, so that the gas conveying device passes through the through limit 2103 and extends into the container, and the sterilizing gas generated by the sterilizing assembly 100 enters the container.

A mobile killing method, as shown in fig. 6, comprising the steps of:

s1, connecting the mobile operation assembly with the container;

s2, opening the door body of the container by moving the operation part on the operation assembly;

s3, enabling the gas conveying device to penetrate through the moving operation assembly and the container door body and extend to the interior of the container;

s4, starting a disinfection component;

and S5, closing the disinfection component when the disinfection time reaches a preset value.

The second aspect of the invention provides a mobile killing method, which comprises the following specific steps: carry out sealing connection with foretell removal operation subassembly and the container that needs disinfection, then operating personnel contacts the door body of container through the operation portion on the removal operation subassembly to open the door body, pass the removal operation subassembly and extend to inside the container with gas delivery device afterwards, open the disinfection subassembly simultaneously, disinfect to the inside conveying sterilizing gas of container, after reaching preset disinfection time, close the disinfection subassembly, stop to conveying sterilizing gas in the container.

According to the mobile sterilizing method, the inside of the container can be sterilized by an operator in a state of being completely isolated from the inside of the container, the risk of cross contamination can be prevented, the safety is good, the protection performance is good, the automation degree is high, the labor intensity can be effectively reduced, and the sterilizing efficiency is improved.

Optionally, before starting the disinfecting assembly, the following steps are further included:

detecting the connection state of the mobile operation assembly and the container;

detecting the opening and closing state of a door body at the joint of the container and the mobile operation assembly;

when the movable operation assembly and the container are in a connected and sealed state, and the door body at the joint of the container and the movable operation assembly is in an opening state, the disinfection assembly is started.

According to the mobile sterilization method, whether the mobile sterilization system is normally connected with the container and is strictly sealed can be judged by detecting the connection state and the sealing state of the mobile operation assembly and the container, so that the isolation of the interior of the container from the outside is guaranteed, and the safety of sterilization operation is improved. When detecting that the mobile operation assembly and the container are strictly sealed and the door body at the joint of the container and the mobile sterilization system is opened, the sterilization assembly is started to generate sterilization active substances to sterilize the interior of the container. The moving sterilization method can ensure that an operator can avoid contacting with the inside of the container when sterilizing the inside of the container, thereby ensuring the health and safety of the operator, and in addition, can also meet the technical requirements of moving operation of the sterilization system, thereby facilitating the sterilization treatment of the plurality of containers by the moving sterilization system.

Optionally, after the sterilization assembly is started, the following steps are further included:

when the mobile operation assembly is in a separation state with the container; or

When the sealing state of the movable operating assembly and the container is damaged; or

When the door body at the joint of the container and the mobile operation assembly is in a closed state,

activate an alarm and/or deactivate the disinfecting assembly.

The mobile sterilization method further comprises the following steps after the sterilization assembly is started: when the movable operation assembly is in a separation state with the container, or the sealing state between the movable operation assembly and the container is broken, or the door body at the joint of the container and the movable operation assembly is in a closing state, an alarm prompt is started, and/or the disinfection assembly is closed. Under the condition, the sealing state between the container and the mobile sterilizing system is broken, so that the alarm system is started to prompt an operator to repair the sealed environment as soon as possible, or the sterilizing assembly is controlled to be closed, and the leakage of the sterilizing active substances or the exposure of the internal environment of the container to the external environment are prevented. The operation can improve the use safety of the disinfection and sterilization process of the mobile disinfection and sterilization system and improve the overall safety performance.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
