Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of logistics transportation, in particular to a vehicle-mounted fire-fighting system.

Background

As the trucks all bear combustible materials, the high temperature generated after combustion can quickly initiate the combustion of fuel tanks and other combustible materials on the trucks, and therefore, the truck ignition has the following characteristics: (1) the fire is fast and the combustion is violent; (2) explosion and combustion, and large-area spreading. At present, the following two causes are caused by the fire of a truck: first, fire accidents caused by vehicle oil circuit faults, such as engine overheating and flammable and explosive materials such as oil circuits, belong to the class B of fire accidents (class B refers to liquid fires or fires of meltable solid substances such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, crude oil, methanol, ethanol, asphalt, paraffin and the like); and secondly, the explosion of an oil circuit system caused by vehicle collision, the long-time mechanical friction of the vehicle and other reasons cause fire, for example, the tyre is ignited by high temperature generated by the violent friction between a wheel drum and a brake device (such as a brake pad), and the type of the accident belongs to the class A fire of fire accidents (the class A fire refers to liquid fire or the fire of meltable solid matters, such as fire of common combustible matters such as wood, cloth, paper, rubber, plastic and the like).

The conventional fire extinguisher equipment for trucks has the following problems: (1) the traditional fire extinguisher of truck equipment is generally a portable fire extinguisher, and the biggest problems existing in fire extinguishing are as follows: the volume is small, the pressure is small, and generally about 4L or 4 kg; when the fire of the truck is great, the fire is difficult to be completely extinguished by the portable fire extinguisher; (2) the traditional fire extinguisher is stored in a pressure storage mode, is filled with gas, has leakage and explosion hidden troubles and needs to be maintained regularly; (3) a traditional fire extinguisher is blown by wind and rain outside a vehicle body all the year round, some parts of the traditional fire extinguisher are easy to rust and corrode, especially a handle, a nozzle and a pressure gauge are aged and corroded, and the failed fire extinguisher cannot be found and replaced in time.

In view of the above, there is a need for a fire suppression system with a simplified structure, simple fire suppression operation, high fire suppression capability, economical applicability, and easy maintenance to solve the problems of the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a vehicle-mounted fire-fighting system which is simple in structure, simple in fire-fighting operation, strong in fire-fighting capacity, economical and applicable and simple to maintain, and the specific technical scheme is as follows:

a vehicle-mounted fire-fighting system comprises a water storage tank, a foam generator, a three-way pipe, a fire-fighting box and a fire-fighting pipe;

the water storage tank is communicated with one inlet end of the three-way pipe through a first pipeline, the foam generator is communicated with the other inlet end of the three-way pipe through a second pipeline, and the outlet end of the three-way pipe is communicated with a fire fighting pipe movably arranged in the fire fighting box;

Preferably, in the above technical solution, the foam generator has a cylindrical structure, a height of 0.4-0.8m, and a diameter of 0.20-0.25 m.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the vehicle-mounted fire-fighting system comprises a water storage tank, a foam generator, a three-way pipe, a fire-fighting box and a fire-fighting pipe, and the whole system is simple in structure; the water storage tank, the foam generator and the fire fighting pipe are all connected with the three-way pipe, so that foam can be independently adopted for fire extinguishing, the combination of water and foam for fire extinguishing can be realized for fire extinguishing, the A-type and B-type fires can be completely extinguished, and the practicability is high; all be equipped with the valve on first pipeline, second pipeline and the fire control pipe, put out a fire through the on-off control of valve, convenient operation.

(2) The three-way pipe comprises a converging pipeline and two branch pipelines, the water storage tank and the foam generator are respectively communicated with the branch pipelines, and when water and foam are used for extinguishing fire together, the water and the foam can be well mixed, so that the fire extinguishing efficiency is improved.

(3) The foam generator is also provided with a foam inlet pipe, an exhaust pipe and a high-pressure air inlet pipe, wherein the foam inlet pipe is provided with a foam inlet valve; an exhaust valve is arranged on the exhaust pipe; the high-pressure air inlet pipe is communicated with the booster pump, and the high-pressure air inlet pipe is provided with a high-pressure air inlet valve. (4) The fire fighting box comprises a box body and the roller assembly which is movably arranged in the box body and is used for winding the fire fighting pipe, and the combination design of the box body and the roller assembly is convenient for accommodating the fire fighting pipe, so that the requirement of small occupied space is met, the fire fighting pipe with proper length can be accommodated, and the fire fighting is convenient for fire fighting. The roller assembly comprises a bearing and a roller, and the roller is movably sleeved on the bearing and is convenient to collect and discharge the fire fighting pipe; the bearing and the U-shaped groove on the box body form a detachable connection mode, and the operation is convenient.

(5) The fire-fighting box body is of a tetragonal structure, and the length, the width and the height of the box body are respectively 0.6m, 0.2m and 0.6 m; the length of fire control pipe is 25m, satisfies the demand of ordinary freight train and trailer simultaneously, and the practicality is strong.

The water storage tank and the foam generator are reasonable in size design and convenient to manufacture and install, and meanwhile, the capacity of the water storage tank and the capacity of the foam generator can meet the requirements of a common truck and a trailer, and the practicability is high.

Embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways, which are defined and covered by the claims.

Example 1:

referring to fig. 1, a vehicle-mounted fire-fighting system comprises a water storage tank 1, a foam generator 2, a three-way pipe 3, a fire-fighting box 4 and a fire-fighting pipe 5.

The water storage tank 1 is communicated with one inlet end of the three-way pipe 3 through a first pipeline G1, the foam generator 2 is communicated with the other inlet end of the three-way pipe 3 through a second pipeline G2, and the outlet end of the three-way pipe 3 is communicated with a fire fighting pipe 5 movably arranged in the fire fighting box 4, and the specific steps are as follows: the three-way pipe 3 comprises a confluence pipeline 3.1 and two branch pipelines 3.2, as shown in detail in fig. 2, wherein the outlet ends of the two branch pipelines 3.2 are connected with the inlet end of the confluence pipeline 3.1, the water storage tank 1 is communicated with the inlet end of one branch pipeline 3.2 through a first pipeline G1, the foam generator 2 is communicated with the inlet end of the other branch pipeline 3.2 through a second pipeline G2, and the outlet end of the confluence pipeline 3.1 is communicated with the fire fighting pipe 5.

The foam generator 2 is also provided with a foam inlet pipe 2.1, an exhaust pipe 2.2 and a high-pressure air inlet pipe 2.3, and the foam inlet pipe 2.1 is provided with a foam inlet valve 2.11; an exhaust valve 2.21 is arranged on the exhaust pipe 2.2; high-pressure intake pipe 2.3 and booster pump 7 intercommunication, just be equipped with high-pressure admission valve 2.31 on the high-pressure intake pipe 2.3.

The fire fighting box 4 comprises a box body 4.1 and a roller assembly 4.2 which is movably arranged inside the box body 4.1 and is used for winding the fire fighting pipe 5. The roller component 4.2 comprises a bearing and a roller movably sleeved on the bearing, and a groove for accommodating the fire fighting pipe 5 is formed in the roller along the circumferential direction; two opposite inner side walls of the box body 4.1 are provided with U-shaped grooves with upward openings, and two ends of the bearing are respectively detachably arranged in the U-shaped grooves on the two opposite inner side walls. The box body 4.1 of the fire box 4 is of a tetragonal structure, and the length, the width and the height of the box body are respectively 0.6m, 0.2m and 0.6 m; the length of the fire fighting pipe 5 is 25 m.

The water storage tank 1 comprises a cylindrical water tank barrel, the diameter of the water tank barrel is 0.3-0.5 time of the height of the water tank barrel, and the height of the water tank barrel is 1.5-2.8 m. A typical trailer needs to hold 1600 kg of water and a typical truck holds 1200 kg of water.

The foam generator 2 is a cylindrical structure with a height of 0.4-0.8m and a diameter of 0.20-0.25 m. Normally, 10 kg of foam is reserved.

The vehicle-mounted fire-fighting system of the embodiment is applied to extinguish fire through a powerful water column and a foam column generated by pressurization, and specifically comprises the following operations:

1. adding foam into a foam generator, specifically: opening a foam inlet valve 2.11 and an exhaust valve 2.21 on the foam generator 2, and filling the foam generator 2 with foaming agent through a foam inlet pipe 2.1; the air outlet valve 2.21 is normally closed and is opened only when the foaming agent is added.

2. Delivering foam, in particular: when the foam generator 2 is filled with the foaming agent, the high-pressure air inlet valve 2.31 thereon is opened to perform pressurization (connected to the booster pump 7 through the high-pressure air inlet pipe 2.3), and the foaming agent is delivered to the branch pipe 3.2 in the three-way pipe 3 through the second pipe G2.

3. Delivering water, in particular: the valve 6 on the first pipe G1 is opened, and the water in the water storage tank 1 is conveyed to the branch pipe 3.2 in the three-way pipe 3.

4. The fire extinguishing method specifically comprises the following steps: when fire is extinguished, the fire fighting pipe 5 is directly held and pulled outwards to a fire extinguishing place, and a valve on the fire fighting pipe 5 is opened to extinguish the fire; after the fire is extinguished, the first pipeline G1, the second pipeline G2 and the valve 6 on the fire fighting pipe 5 are closed, and the fire fighting pipe 5 is rotated back into the fire fighting box through the roller assembly 4.2 in the fire fighting box 4.
