Descending mechanism 2 includes bracing piece 201, and bracing piece 201 is fixed at frame 1 top of spraying paint, and the actuating lever 203 is installed through connecting rod 202 in bracing piece 201 top, and actuating lever 203 both sides are the arc structure, and gyro wheel 205 is installed through first support 204 in loop bar 902 bottom right side, and actuating lever 203 acts on gyro wheel 205.

The rotating mechanism 10 comprises a rotating rod 1001, the rotating rod 1001 is fixedly arranged on the mounting shaft 904, a driven gear 1002 is fixedly arranged on the rotating rod 1001, driving toothed plates 1003 are respectively arranged on the side wall of the paint spraying chamber 3 and the top end of the drying chamber 4, and the driving toothed plates 1003 are meshed with the driven gear 1002.

The clamp 11 comprises an installation block 1101, the installation block 1101 is provided with second supports 1102 in bilateral symmetry, the second supports 1102 are rotatably provided with clamping rods 1103, the top ends of the clamping rods 1103 are rotatably provided with driven rods 1104, the rotating rod 1001 is provided with sliding grooves 1105, the sliding grooves 1105 are provided with sliding blocks 1106, the two sides of each sliding block 1106 are provided with second telescopic rods 1107, the second telescopic rods 1107 are sleeved with fourth springs 1108, the second telescopic rods 1107 are rotatably connected with the driven rods 1104, and the bottom ends of the sliding grooves 1105 are lower than the top ends of the clamping rods 1103.

The working principle is as follows:

the arranged first slope block 101 and the second slope block 102 enable redundant paint to flow to the bottom end of the paint spraying chamber 3 along the slope blocks during paint spraying, then the redundant paint is recycled through the recycling holes 506 at the bottom end of the paint spraying frame 1, the paint is filtered through the filter screens 507 on the recycling holes 506 and then recycled into the liquid storage tank 501 again, and the consumption and the processing cost of the paint are reduced; during paint spraying operation, the paint in the liquid storage tank 501 is pumped out through the work of the water pump 502 and is conveyed to the paint spraying plate 504 through the paint spraying pipe 503, and the paint is sprayed out through the paint spraying holes 505 on the paint spraying plate 504 to carry out paint spraying operation on furniture;

when the conveyor belt device 8 drives the clamping mechanism 9 to move, the rotating rod 1001 in the rotating mechanism 10 in the clamping mechanism 9 acts on the driven plate 606 in the mounting groove 608, so that the driven plate 606 compresses the first telescopic rod 607 and is accommodated in the mounting groove 608, and simultaneously the driven plate 606 drives the connecting cable 604 to move, so that the connecting cable 604 pulls the sealing plate 602 in the sliding sleeve 601, so that the sealing plate 602 opens the paint spraying pipe 503, so that paint can enter the paint spraying plate 504 through the paint spraying pipe 503 to perform a paint spraying operation on furniture, when the conveyor belt device 8 drives the clamping mechanism 9 to move, the driven gear 1002 in the rotating mechanism 10 is engaged with the driving toothed plate 1003 on the side wall of the paint spraying chamber 3, the driving toothed plate 1003 acts on the driven gear 1002 to drive the rotating rod 1001 and the clamp 11 to rotate, so that the furniture can be painted on all sides, and when the rotating rod 1001 is separated from the driven plate 606 by the continuous movement of the clamping mechanism 9, the third spring 609 on the first telescopic rod 607 acts on the second spring 603 on the sealing plate 602, the driven plate 606 and the sealing plate 602 return to the original positions, the paint spraying pipe 503 is closed, and paint spraying is stopped, so that paint is saved;

after the conveyor belt device 8 drives the clamping mechanism 9 to move into the painting frame 1, the driving rod 203 in the descending mechanism 2 acts on the roller 205 on the first support 204 at the bottom end of the sleeve 902 to drive the sleeve 902 to descend in the sleeve 901, so that the clamp 11 is flush with the painting board 504, so that the painting board 504 can perform painting operation on the furniture on the clamp 11, and simultaneously the driven gear 1002 on the rotating rod 1001 is meshed with the driving toothed plate to enable the rotating mechanism 10 to work smoothly, when the furniture is fed, the furniture is placed between two clamping rods 1103, the sliding block 1106 is moved from the top end to the bottom end of the sliding chute 1105, the sliding block 1106 moves so that the driven rod 1104 acts on the clamping rods 1103 to effectively fix the furniture, because the bottom end of the sliding chute 1105 is lower than the top end of the sliding chute 1103, when the sliding block 1106 moves to the bottom end of the sliding chute 1105, the second telescopic rod 1107 and the driven rod 1107 of the sliding block 1106 are at a certain angle with the clamping rods 1103, simultaneously make slider 1106 fix in spout 1105 bottom under the effect of fourth spring 1108, guarantee that supporting rod 1103 effectively fixes furniture, prevent that furniture from droing, make things convenient for the last unloading operation of furniture, the device can realize the continuous operation of spraying paint of furniture simultaneously, effectively improves machining efficiency.
