Background

The existing gearbox bearing is provided with a hole at the position of the outer diameter of the bearing close to the end face, and the hole is provided with a pin which is in interference fit with the bearing.

The existing method for installing the pin on the bearing adopts one person to fix the pin at the position of the pin hole by using tweezers, and another person uses a hammer to hit the pin to enable the pin to be installed in the hole, but the pin is not fixed stably by using the tweezers in the installation process and often slides down the pin, so that the pin and the hole are not aligned, and the pin is assembled by knocking by using the hammer, the force cannot be guaranteed to be perpendicular to the axis of the bearing, the strength is inconsistent, after the pin is installed, the pin is askew, the height of the assembled pin does not meet the requirement, the height of the pin is not too large or too small, the reasonable rate is 30% -40%, more than 2 persons are required to be matched during the pin assembling, and 1 person cannot install the pin.
