third, the first semicircular fixing ring 4 and the second semicircular fixing ring 5 can be folded in half, the top ends of the first semicircular fixing ring 4 and the second semicircular fixing ring 5 are attached, so that the space occupied by the first semicircular fixing ring 4 and the second semicircular fixing ring 5 when the portable electronic tag is carried is reduced, the fixing clamping columns 19 are separated from the groove walls of the fixing holes 12, then an operator can rotate the second connecting cylinder 16 to fold the first connecting cylinder 10 and the second connecting cylinder 16 in half, and then the telescopic rod 20 is contracted, so that the space occupied by carrying a brail is reduced to a certain extent.
