Under the shielding effect of the first shielding cloth 214 and the second shielding cloth 322, foreign matters are not easy to enter between the inner layer 212 and the outer layer 211 of the body from the first button holes 213, and foreign matters are not easy to enter between the inner layer 320 and the outer layer 310 of the sleeve from the second button holes 321.

Referring to fig. 5, in other embodiments, the locking assembly 530 may include a first snap fastener 540 and a second snap fastener 550, the first snap fastener 540 includes a first male fastener 541 and a plurality of first female fasteners 542, the first female fastener 542 is sewn on the inner layer 212 of the body, the first male fastener 541 is sewn on an end of the first adjusting rope 510 away from the second protrusion 121, and the first male fastener 541 may be engaged with any one of the first female fasteners 542. When the first male buckle 541 is engaged with the first female buckle 542, the second arc-shaped gasket 120 cannot slide toward the sleeve 300.

Referring to fig. 5, the second snap fastener 550 includes a second male fastener 551 and a plurality of second female fasteners 552, the second female fasteners 552 are sewn into the inside of the sleeve 300, the second male fastener 551 is disposed at an end of the second adjusting rope 520 far away from the second arc-shaped gasket 120, and the second male fastener 551 can be fastened with any one of the second female fasteners 552. When the second male buckle 551 is engaged with the second female buckle 552, the second arc-shaped gasket 120 cannot slide toward the collar 400.

Finally, the embodiment also discloses a production process of the custom designed garment, and with reference to fig. 6, the production process of the custom designed garment comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing the body 210, the collar 400, and the sleeves 300: the body 210 includes an outer body layer 211 and an inner body layer 212, the sleeve 300 includes an outer sleeve layer 310 and an inner sleeve layer 320, the inner body layer 212 is provided with a first button hole 213, the inner body layer 212 is provided with a first blocking cloth 214 sewn in the first button hole 213 near one end surface of the outer body layer 211, the inner sleeve layer 320 is provided with a second button hole 321, and the inner sleeve layer 320 is provided with a second blocking cloth 322 sewn in the first button hole 213 near one end surface of the outer sleeve layer 310.

S2, primary sewing: the shoulder outer layers 221 and the shoulder inner layers 222 are boxed, a placing cavity 223 is formed between the shoulder outer layers 221 and the shoulder inner layers 222, and openings are formed at one ends of the placing cavities 223 close to the sleeves 300 and one ends close to the collar 400.

S3, sewing adjusting mechanism 500: sewing one end of the first adjusting rope 510 to one side of the second protruding part 121 far away from the second arc-shaped gasket 120, and sewing a first button 531 to one end of the first adjusting rope 510 far away from the second protruding part 121; one end of the second adjusting rope 520 is sewn to one side of the second arc-shaped gasket 120 far away from the second protrusion 121, and a second button 532 is sewn to one end of the second adjusting rope 520 far away from the second arc-shaped gasket 120.

S4, placing shoulder pads 100: the shoulder pad 100 is put in from the opening of the placing cavity 223 near one end of the sleeve 300 or the opening near one end of the collar 400 with the first tab 114 facing one end of the collar 400.

S5, final stitching: sewing one end of the shoulder 220 close to the sleeves 300 together with the sleeves 300, further sealing the opening of the placing cavity 223 close to one end of the sleeves 300, sewing one end of the shoulder 220 close to the collar 400 together with the collar 400, and further sealing one end of the placing cavity 223 close to the collar 400;

when the sleeve 300 and the shoulder 220 are sewed together, one end of the first arc-shaped gasket 110 close to the sleeve 300 is sewed together with the sleeve 300 to realize the fixation of the second gasket;

when the end of the shoulder part 220 adjacent to the neck collar 400 is sewn together with the neck collar 400, the first adjusting string 510 is passed through the sewn seam between the shoulder part 220 and the neck collar 400; when one end of the shoulder 220 near the sleeve 300 is sewn to the sleeve 300, the second adjustment string 520 is passed through the sewn seam between the shoulder 220 and the sleeve 300.

The implementation principle of the shoulder pad, the custom-designed garment and the production process of the custom-designed garment in the embodiment of the application is as follows:

in the initial state, the first arc-shaped pad 110 and the second arc-shaped pad 120 are overlapped, and if the shoulder shape of the user is a shoulder sliding or narrow shoulder, the user can slide the second arc-shaped pad 120 in a direction away from the sleeve 300 by pulling the first adjusting rope 510, thereby increasing the supporting area of the shoulder pad 100. If the user adjusts the second arc-shaped gasket 120, the second arc-shaped gasket 120 is too close to the collar 400, and the user can pull the second adjusting rope 520, so that the second arc-shaped gasket 120 can slide toward the sleeve 300, thereby reducing the supporting area of the shoulder pad 100. After the position of the second arc-shaped gasket 120 is adjusted, the first button 531 is fastened in the first button hole 213 closest to the first button 531, and the second button 532 is fastened in the second button hole 321 closest to the second button 532, so that the second arc-shaped gasket 120 cannot slide relative to the first arc-shaped gasket 110.
