Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of learning equipment, in particular to a folding learning table.

Background

Reading and learning are indispensable activities of people, especially students. More and more people in the current society have the problems of myopia, cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, cat waist, humpback, scoliosis and the like, particularly the problems are more common in the group of teenagers, and the diseases seriously influence the study, work and life of the people. The main reasons for the above serious consequences are: when reading, writing and studying, the book is easy to be tired when being pressed by hands for a long time, the distance between eyes and the book is incorrect, the visual angle between the sight line and the book is incorrect, the cat looks at the waist with a low head to read and write, and the like. In order to read, write and study healthily and comfortably, people begin to read and study by using a professional learning table, and the learning table plays an important role in the field of learning equipment and can help to improve the learning efficiency; however, the existing learning table has a single structure, a fixed use area, a limited range and difficult adjustment, so that the body burden of learners is not caused by the fixed sitting posture for long-term learning, and muscle soreness is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to a foldable learning table, which solves the above problems of the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a folding study desk comprises desk legs 1, a panel 2, a bookshelf 3 and a folding lamp 4; the desk legs 1 are two groups of brackets with n-shaped structures, the upper ends of the desk legs are provided with slide rails 11, and two groups of slide blocks 12 which slide oppositely are arranged on the slide rails 11; the panels 2 are of split structures and are respectively fixedly arranged on the two groups of sliding blocks 12, and the panels 2 are opened in an opposite sliding mode; the end part of the upper end of the table leg 1 is provided with a supporting plate 5 which is rotatably arranged between the folding device and the table leg 1;

the bottom end surfaces of the upper ends of the two groups of table legs 1 are vertically connected with upright posts 14 through right-angle corner connectors 13, and the opposite upright posts 14 between the two groups of table legs 1 are fixedly provided with supporting frames 15 together; two groups of connecting modules are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the side end surface of the supporting frame 15 close to the desk leg 1; the middle parts of the two sides of the supporting frame 15 are respectively provided with a linkage mechanism 28; the front end sides of the two panels 2 are vertically and fixedly provided with driving plates 21, the lower end of one driving plate 21 is horizontally and fixedly connected with a first rack 22, and the lower end of the other driving plate 21 is horizontally and fixedly connected with a second rack 23; the second rack 23 is positioned at the upper end of the first rack 22, a gear 24 is arranged between the first rack 22 and the second rack 23, the second rack is meshed with the first rack 22 and the second rack 23, and the bottom side of the gear 24 is rotatably connected with the upper end of the table leg 1; a bookshelf 3 is arranged on one side between the two groups of desk legs 1; a box 33 is arranged in the bookshelf 3, and the box 33 is annularly arranged in the bookshelf 3 through a rotating mechanism; the table legs 1 located at the rear end side of the panel 2 are provided with a hinge mechanism.

The folding device comprises a first folding rod 51, a second folding rod 52 and a third folding rod 53; one end of the first folding rod 51 is hinged with the table leg 1, and the second folding rod 52 is parallel to the third folding rod 53 and is hinged with the first folding rod 51; the supporting plate 5 is rotatably connected with a second folding rod 52 and a third folding rod 53.

The two groups of connecting modules respectively comprise a first rod 26 and a first connecting piece 27; one end of the first rod 26 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the support frame 15, and the other end is movably connected with the first connecting piece 27; the upper end of the first connecting piece 27 is fixedly provided with an interlayer 25.

The linkage 28 includes a first spur gear 281, a second spur gear 282, a third spur gear 283, a second rod 284, a second connector 285, a third connector 286, and a third rod 287; the first spur gear 281, the second spur gear 282 and the third spur gear 283 are all rotatably connected with the inner wall of the supporting frame 15 and are meshed in sequence in a horizontal state; the third connecting piece 286 is right-angled and is respectively a vertical end and a horizontal end, the vertical end is rotatably connected with one end of the third rod 287, and the horizontal end is fixedly connected with the lower end face of one of the interlayers 25; the other end of the third rod 287 is rotationally connected with a third spur gear 283; one end of the second rod 284 is fixedly connected with the first spur gear 281, and the other end is rotatably connected with the second connecting piece 285; the upper end of the second connecting piece 285 is fixedly connected with the lower end surface of the other interlayer 25; the two interlayers 25 are disposed obliquely inward of each other.

The rotating mechanism comprises a chain wheel 31 and a chain 32; the chain wheel 31 is distributed on the inner wall of the bookshelf 3 in a rectangular shape, and the chain 32 is sleeved on the chain wheel 31; one end of the box 33 is fixedly connected to the chain 32.

The hinge mechanism comprises a first hinge rod 41, a second hinge rod 42, a third hinge rod 43, a fourth hinge rod 44, a fifth hinge rod 45 and a sixth hinge rod 46; the six-hinged rod 46 is hinged with the lower end face of the table leg 1, and the six-hinged rod 46 is hinged with the five-hinged rod 45; the first hinge rod 41 is in an F shape, and the tail end of the first hinge rod is fixedly provided with a folding lamp 4; the fifth hinge rod 45 is hinged with one end of the first hinge rod 41 through the fourth hinge rod 44; the other ends of the six hinge rods 46, the three hinge rods 43, the two hinge rods 42 and the first hinge rod 41 are sequentially hinged.

The panel 2 and the interlayer 25 are both made of acrylic plates, and the desk legs 1 are made of aluminum profiles.

The two connecting modules on each side of the table leg 1 are provided with two interlayers 25, and the two interlayers 25 are respectively fixedly connected with the first connecting pieces 27 arranged on the two sides.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the foldable table top solves the problems of insufficient table top area, muscular soreness of a user sitting for a long time and the like.

2. The foldable supporting plate is convenient for placing arms and is more beneficial to correcting sitting postures.

The panel 2 and the interlayer 25 are both made of acrylic plates, and the table legs 1 are made of aluminum profiles, so that the weight of the whole table is reduced.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: by manually pulling the panel 2 outwards, the first rack 22 is meshed with the gear 24 to drive the second rack 23 to move outwards, and finally the panel 2 is oppositely unfolded; the two parts of the interlayer 25 are reversely unfolded to be flush with the panel 2 through the linkage mechanism 28, so that the desktop is unfolded; the supporting plate 5 is horizontally fixed with the panel 2 in an upward rotating mode, a bracket is used for supporting the elbow position, and the folding lamp 4 is rotated upwards and fixed through a folding device to play a role in lighting.
