According to one aspect of the disclosure, an apparatus for synchronizing time of a communication or/and positioning terminal, includes: time calibration and transmission module, terminal and line.

The time calibration and transmission module is a module capable of transmitting time calibration information to a connected terminal through a line.

The terminal is a module which is connected with the time calibration and transmission module through a line and can receive and process time information.

The line is a wired network connecting the time calibration and transmission module and the terminal.

Preferably, the communication time of each of the terminals may be stored in a storage medium of each of the terminals.

Preferably, when each terminal receives the calibration time message sent by the time calibration and sending module, the current time of the terminal is obtained by adding the communication time read from the storage medium of the terminal to the time information analyzed from the calibration time message.
