The pistachio nut sheller is characterized by comprising a machine table (100), an opening device (200), a conveying belt (300) and a sorting vibrating screen (400), wherein the opening device (200) is arranged above the machine table (100), and the opening device (200) is positioned below the conveying tail end of the conveying belt (300); the sorting vibrating screen (400) is arranged below the opening device (200), the sorting vibrating screen (400) is obliquely arranged, and the material collecting box (500) is arranged below the sorting vibrating screen (400).

The pistachio nut sheller according to claim 1, wherein the opening device (200) comprises a strip-shaped grinding wheel (210) and a right squeezing roller (220), the strip-shaped grinding wheel (210) and the right squeezing roller (220) are oppositely arranged, an adjusting device (230) is arranged on the strip-shaped grinding wheel (210), and the adjusting device (230) is used for adjusting a gap between the strip-shaped grinding wheel (210) and the right squeezing roller (220); and a driving device (240) is arranged on the right extrusion roller (220).

The pistachio nut sheller according to claim 1, wherein the sorting vibrating screen (400) comprises a screen frame (410), a screen plate (420) and a vibrating motor (430), the screen plate (420) is arranged in the screen frame (410), at least two screen plates (420) are adopted, screen holes (421) are formed in the screen plate (420), and the vibrating motor (430) is arranged on the screen frame (410).

6. A pistachio nut sheller according to claim 5 wherein the sizing shaker (400) is divided into a shell size section (401) and a nut size section (402).

7. The pistachio nut sheller according to claim 5, wherein the sieve holes (421) are oval, and the axes of the sieve holes (421) on the upper layer are intersected with the axes of the sieve holes (421) on the lower layer.

8. The pistachio nut sheller of claim 5, wherein the screen apertures (421) are circular.

The pistachio nut sheller according to claim 1, wherein the sorting vibrating screen (400) is provided at an end thereof with a collecting box (600), a conveying start end of the conveying belt (300) penetrates through the collecting box (600), and a bottom plate of the collecting box (600) is inclined toward the conveying belt (300).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of nut processing, in particular to a pistachio nut sheller.

Background

The nut needs to be broken shell and handled at the in-process of nut processing, but current shell opener needs the manual work to screen the nut when accomplishing the shell breaking, and the unable opening of less nut simultaneously causes the opening efficiency of nut to be lower to cause the waste to the raw materials easily.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. The invention provides a pistachio nut sheller, which comprises a machine table, an opening device, a conveying belt and a sorting vibrating screen, wherein the opening device is arranged above the machine table and is positioned below the conveying tail end of the conveying belt; the sorting vibrating screen is arranged below the opening device, the sorting vibrating screen is arranged in an inclined mode, and the material collecting box is arranged below the sorting vibrating screen.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the opening device comprises a strip-shaped grinding wheel and a right squeeze roller, the strip-shaped grinding wheel and the right squeeze roller are arranged in an opposite manner, and the strip-shaped grinding wheel is provided with an adjusting device for adjusting a gap between the strip-shaped grinding wheel and the right squeeze roller; and the right extrusion roller is provided with a driving device.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the adjusting device comprises a first bearing seat, bearing seat guide rails and a translational reducer, wherein the first bearing seat is mounted at the shaft end of the strip-shaped grinding wheel, the first bearing seat is mounted between the bearing seat guide rails, and the bearing seat guide rails are horizontally arranged; the translation speed reducer is connected with the first bearing seat, and a connecting rod is arranged between the translation speed reducers.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the driving device comprises a driven gear, a driving gear and a driving motor, the driven gear is mounted at one shaft end of the right squeeze roll, and the other shaft end of the right squeeze roll is provided with a second bearing seat; the driving gear is arranged on a shaft lever of the driving motor, and a driving chain is arranged between the driving gear and the driven gear.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the sorting vibrating screen comprises a screen frame, screen plates and a vibrating motor, wherein the screen plates are arranged in the screen frame, at least two screen plates are adopted, screen holes are formed in the screen plates, and the vibrating motor is arranged on the screen frame.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the sorting shaker is divided into a shell sorting section, a nut sorting section.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the holes are oval, and the axes of the holes in the upper layer cross the axes of the holes in the lower layer.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the sieve openings are circular.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the sorting vibrating screen is provided at an end thereof with a collecting box through which a conveying start end of the conveying belt passes, and a bottom plate of the collecting box is inclined toward the conveying belt.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

the pistachio nuts are conveyed into the opening device through the conveying belt to be opened, the opened nuts fall onto the sorting vibrating screen, the shells and the nuts are screened through the sorting vibrating screen and respectively fall into the material collecting box to be collected; the automatic opening and collection of pistachio nuts are realized, and the production efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the pistachio nut shelling machine comprises a machine table 100, an opening device 200, a conveying belt 300 and a sorting vibrating screen 400, wherein the opening device 200 is arranged above the machine table 100, and the opening device 200 is positioned below the conveying tail end of the conveying belt 300; the sorting vibrating screen 400 is arranged below the opening device 200, the sorting vibrating screen 400 is arranged obliquely, and the material collecting box 500 is arranged below the sorting vibrating screen 400; the pistachio nuts are conveyed into the opening device 200 through the conveying belt 300 for opening, the opened nuts fall onto the sorting vibrating screen 400, the shells and the nuts are screened through the sorting vibrating screen 400 and respectively fall into the material collecting box 500 for collection; the automatic opening and collection of pistachio nuts are realized, and the production efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the opening device 200 comprises a strip-shaped grinding wheel 210 and a right squeezing roller 220, the strip-shaped grinding wheel 210 and the right squeezing roller 220 are arranged oppositely, and when the pistachio nut passes through a gap between the strip-shaped grinding wheel 210 and the right squeezing roller 220, the pistachio nut shell is broken due to the squeezing and the friction of the strip-shaped grinding wheel 210, so that the pistachio nut is peeled from the pistachio nut shell; in order to conveniently adapt to pistachios of different sizes, the strip-shaped grinding wheel 210 is provided with an adjusting device 230, and the adjusting device 230 is used for adjusting the gap between the strip-shaped grinding wheel 210 and the right squeezing roller 220; the right pressing roll 220 is provided with a driving device 240, and the right pressing roll 220 is driven to rotate by the driving device 240.

The adjusting device 230 comprises a first bearing seat 231, a bearing seat guide rail 232 and a translational speed reducer 233, wherein the first bearing seat 231 is arranged at the shaft end of the strip-shaped grinding wheel 210, the first bearing seat 231 is arranged between the bearing seat guide rails 232, and the bearing seat guide rails 232 are horizontally arranged; the translational reducer 233 is connected with the first bearing seat 231, the connecting rod 234 is arranged between the translational reducers 233, a translational screw is arranged in the reducer 233 and connected with the first bearing seat 231, a first umbrella-shaped tooth is arranged on the translational screw in a threaded mode, a second umbrella-shaped tooth is meshed with the first umbrella-shaped tooth, and the second umbrella-shaped tooth is arranged at the end portion of the connecting rod 234.

By rotating the connecting rod 234, the first bearing seat 231 is translated on the bearing seat guide rail 232, so that the gap between the strip-shaped grinding wheel 210 and the right pressing roller 220 is adjusted.

The driving device 240 comprises a driven gear 241, a driving gear 242 and a driving motor 243, wherein the driven gear 241 is arranged at one shaft end of the right squeezing roller 220, and a second bearing seat 244 is arranged at the other shaft end of the right squeezing roller 220; the driving gear 242 is mounted on the shaft of the driving motor 243, and a driving chain is mounted between the driving gear 242 and the driven gear 241.

Referring to fig. 4, the sorting vibration sieve 400 includes a sieve frame 410, sieve plates 420, and a vibration motor 430, the sieve plates 420 are installed in the sieve frame 410, at least two sieve plates 420 are adopted, the sieve plates 420 are provided with sieve holes 421, the sieve frame 410 is provided with the vibration motor 430, and the sieve plates 420 are vibrated by the vibration motor 430, so that shells and nuts of pistachio nuts fall from the sieve holes 421.

In order to separate the shells and the kernels of the pistachio nuts, the sorting vibrating screen 400 is divided into a shell sorting section 401 and a kernel sorting section 402; wherein the sieve holes 421 of the shell separation section 401 are oval, and the axes of the sieve holes 421 on the upper layer are crossed with the axes of the sieve holes 421 on the lower layer; the openings 421 of the nut sorting section 402 are circular.

Referring to fig. 5, a collecting box 600 is provided at the end of the sorting vibration sieve 400, and the conveying start end of the conveyor belt 300 passes through the collecting box 600; the bottom plate of the collecting box 600 is inclined toward the conveying belt 300.

The pistachios with undivided shells and kernels and pistachios without opening breakage are collected in the collecting box 600 and are conveyed to the opening device 200 again through the conveying belt 300 for secondary opening breakage and screening, so that the opening ratio and the sorting rate of the pistachios are further improved.
