step three: opening a disc cutter to cut the aluminum coil to obtain a pre-coiled material after edge cutting, compacting the aluminum coil by a compression roller in front of a wind-up roller in the cutting process, wherein the gap value and the overlapping amount between the knife edge of the disc cutter and the aluminum coil are respectively 10 +/-1% and 50 +/-5% of the thickness of the aluminum coil,

step four: winding the pre-coiled material obtained in the third step by a winding roller;

step three: opening a disc cutter to cut the aluminum coil to obtain a pre-coiled material after edge cutting, compacting the aluminum coil by a compression roller in front of a wind-up roller in the cutting process, wherein the gap value and the overlapping amount between the knife edge of the disc cutter and the aluminum coil are respectively 10 +/-1% and 50 +/-5% of the thickness of the aluminum coil,

step four: winding the pre-coiled material obtained in the third step by a winding roller;

step five: and after the whole aluminum coil is cut, unloading the pre-coiled material on the winding roller to obtain a finished coiled material with qualified trimming quality and no cutting defect.

For the purpose of enhancing the understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, which are provided for the purpose of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

the method comprises the following steps: placing an aluminum coil 7 with loose plate type on an unwinding roller 1, controlling the unwinding roller 1 to unwind in a reverse unwinding mode, and arranging a deflection roller 2 at the unwinding position of the aluminum coil 7, wherein the reverse unwinding mode enables the aluminum coil 7 to discharge from the bottom by rotating the aluminum coil 7 anticlockwise;

step two: according to the plate type condition of the aluminum coil 7, the heights of two ends of an inlet guide roller 3 in front of a disc cutter 4 are adjusted, and the height of one end, corresponding to the plate type loose aluminum coil 7, of the inlet guide roller 3 is reduced;

step three: opening a disc cutter 4 to cut an aluminum coil 7 to obtain a pre-rolled material after trimming, compacting the aluminum coil 7 by a compression roller 5 in front of a wind-up roller 6 in the cutting process, wherein the gap value and the overlapping amount between the knife edge of the disc cutter 4 and the aluminum coil 7 are respectively 10 +/-1% and 50 +/-5% of the thickness of the aluminum coil 7,

step four: winding the pre-coiled material obtained in the third step by a winding roller 6;
