In one embodiment of the clothes folding module 300, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the clothes carrying boards include 2 first clothes carrying boards 25 arranged side by side, and two sides of the first clothes carrying boards 25 are respectively fixed on the second clothes carrying boards 24 through 2 hinges. Meanwhile, a first screw rod sliding table 20 is installed above the fixed end of the first clothes carrying plate 25, the first screw rod sliding table 20 is installed on a first screw rod sliding table fixing seat 21 through screw nuts, and the first screw rod sliding table 20 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the 2 first clothes carrying plates 25.

In one embodiment of the folding module 300, the folding mechanism includes a first folding mechanism for folding the garment in a first direction in one configuration.

In one configuration of the first clothes folding mechanism, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first clothes folding mechanism includes a first press piece 32, a first press driving mechanism connected to the first press piece 32, a first scanning bar 31 engaged with the first press piece 32, and a first scanning bar 31 connected to the first scanning bar 31. The first press piece 32 is used for pressing the clothes on the clothes loading plate, and the first scan bar 31 is used for folding the clothes pressed by the first press piece 32 in a first direction.

In another structure of the clothes folding mechanism, the clothes folding mechanism further includes a second clothes folding mechanism, as shown in fig. 5, the second clothes folding mechanism is located on the other side above the clothes carrying plate, the second clothes folding mechanism folds the clothes in a second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction, for example, when the first clothes pressing driving mechanism folds the clothes in the X direction, the second clothes pressing driving mechanism folds the clothes in the Y direction, and vice versa.

In one configuration of the second clothes folding mechanism, as shown in fig. 5, the second clothes folding mechanism includes 2 second press-fitting pieces 35, a second press-fitting drive mechanism connected to the second press-fitting pieces 35, 2 second sweep bars 23 engaged with the 2 second press-fitting pieces 35, and a second sweep bar drive mechanism connected to the second sweep bars 23. The second press piece 35 is used for pressing the clothes on the loading plate, and the second sweep bar 23 is used for folding the clothes pressed by the second press piece 35 in the second direction.

The coat folding mechanisms with the two structures can fold the sleeveless coat or the coat with the right sleeve, and when the sleeveless coat is folded, only the first coat folding mechanism is needed to work; when the right-sleeve upper garment is folded, the sleeve parts of the garment need to be folded into the garment body, so that the garment needs to be folded by the second folding mechanism and the first folding mechanism simultaneously, the first folding mechanism folds the garment body of the garment, and the second folding mechanism folds the sleeves of the garment.

The first clothes pressing driving mechanism and the second clothes pressing driving mechanism are identical in structure, and the first sweeping rod driving mechanism and the second sweeping rod driving mechanism are identical in structure.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a second lead screw sliding table 34 of a stroke is installed on the right side above the clothes carrying plate, the guide rail fixing seat is installed on the lead screw sliding table fixing seat 21-1 through a screw nut, the guide rail fixing seat is connected with the optical axis fixing seat 22-1 through a bolt, and the optical axis fixing seat 22-1 is matched with the first sweeping rod 31 and fixed through a bolt to form a first sweeping rod driving mechanism.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, two first screw rod sliding tables 20 with a stroke of 400mm are installed on the upper rear side of the clothes carrying plate, the guide rail fixing seats are installed on the screw rod sliding table fixing seats 21-2 through screw nuts, the guide rail fixing seats are connected with the optical axis fixing seats 22-2 through bolts, and the optical axis fixing seats 22-2 are matched with the second sweeping rods 22 and fixed through bolts to form a second sweeping rod driving mechanism.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the front side and the rear side of the clothes carrying plate are provided with tail fixing blocks connected with a first push rod motor 29, the front side of the first push rod motor 29 is connected with a head fixing block 30 and is connected with a connecting frame 26 through the head fixing block 30, the middle sections of two sides of the connecting frame 26 are connected with slide block mounting blocks 27, and the slide block mounting blocks 27 are connected with linear guide rails 28 through bolts. The tail ends of the two ends of the connecting frame 26 are provided with a steering engine fixing frame, the steering engine fixing frame is connected with the first steering engine 33 through bolts, and the first press-fitting piece 32 and the second press-fitting piece 35 are connected with the first steering engine 33 through steering engine disks respectively.

When clothes folding operation is carried out, if the clothes are identified as long-sleeve clothes by a vision camera, the second sweeping rod 23 and the first sweeping rod 31 are respectively positioned below the sleeves and below the clothes, the connecting frame 26 moves from top to bottom under the action of the first push rod motor 29, meanwhile, the first press piece 32 and the second press piece 35 are screwed out through the first steering engine 33 to press the clothes, the first sweeping rod 31 moves to the first direction (such as the Y-axis direction) under the action of the second lead screw sliding table 34, and the second sweeping rod 23 moves to the second direction (such as the X-rear direction) under the action of the first lead screw sliding table 20 to fold the sleeves and the clothes. After the clothes folding operation is completed, the first press piece 32 and the second press piece 35 are respectively screwed out of the clothes under the driving of the rotation of the first steering engine 33 connected with the first press piece, the first push rod motor 29 lifts the first press piece 32 and the second press piece 35, and the shape of the folded clothes is not affected by screwing out the first press piece 32 and the second press piece 35.

If the clothes are judged to be short sleeves after being identified by the vision camera, only the first folding mechanism works at the moment, and the clothes folding process is the same as the long-sleeve clothes folding process, so that the repeated description is omitted.

The clothes storage module 400 is used for storing the clothes folded by the clothes folding module 300 into the corresponding clothes storage box according to the clothes type.

In one structure of the clothes storage module 400, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the clothes storage module 400 includes a second steering engine 40, a limiting piece 41, a second push rod motor 37, and a clothes storage box 46, the clothes storage box 46 of the present embodiment has multiple layers, each layer of the clothes storage box stores different types of clothes, and the clothes storage box 46 of each layer is controlled to be pushed out or pushed in by a third lead screw sliding table 44.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, a steering engine fixing frame is installed on the front and rear side frames below the second clothing carrying plate 24, the second steering engine 40 is connected with the steering engine fixing frame through bolts, and the second steering engine 40 is connected with a limiting piece 41 through a steering wheel. Two sides below the second clothes carrying plate 24 are connected with the machine frame through a push rod motor tail fixing seat, the other end of the second clothes carrying plate is connected with a second push rod motor 37, and a fixing block 39 is arranged at the head of the second push rod motor 37 and connected with a patch sheet 38 through a bolt.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, each layer of the clothes box 46 includes a first single-section guide rail 42, a clothes box loading plate 43, a third lead screw sliding table 44, and a second single-section guide rail 45. The side plate of the clothes containing box clothes carrying plate 43 is positioned between the first single-section guide rail 42 and the second single-section guide rail 45 and is connected with the first single-section guide rail 42 and the second single-section guide rail 45 through bolts. The other side of the first single-section guide rail 42 is connected with a clothes containing rack 50. As shown in fig. 8, a third screw sliding table 44 is installed below the clothes box 46, and the upper end of the third screw sliding table 44 is connected with a moving block 49 fixed on a clothes rack 50 through a screw sliding table fixing block 48 by bolts.

The laundry receiving module 400 is received as follows: after finishing the clothes folding operation, the limiting piece 41 rotates to the horizontal through the rotation of the second steering engine 40 to rapidly open the first clothes carrying plate 25, clothes fall into the clothes containing box 46 on the first layer, then the front end of the second push rod motor 37 is connected with the end fixing block 39 through the bolt, the patch piece 38 is installed at the upper end of the fixing block to increase friction, the second push rod motor 37 extends forwards during working, the first clothes carrying plate 25 is pushed to the horizontal, the limiting piece 41 rotates to the vertical through the rotation of the second steering engine 40 to limit the first clothes carrying plate 25, and the second push rod motor 37 returns to the initial position.

When the clothes are stored in the other layers except the first layer, the control system identifies and judges the type of the clothes through the vision camera, and the clothes fall into the clothes containing box 46 of the type of the clothes under the action of the third screw sliding table 44 of the layer. For example, if the clothes are dropped into the second layer of the clothes containing box 46, since the lead screw sliding table fixing block 48 is connected to the fixing block 49 through the bolt, after the third lead screw sliding table 44 starts to work, the lead screw sliding table fixing block 48 does not move, and the third lead screw sliding table 44 as a whole drives the clothes containing box 43 to move backwards through the single section of guide rail 42, so that the first layer of the clothes containing box 46 moves backwards, after the first clothes containing plate 25 is opened, the clothes fall into the second layer of the clothes containing box 46, and after the third lead screw sliding table 44 works again, the first layer as a whole returns to the initial position. If the clothes fall to the third layer of the clothes containing box 46, the principle of the falling to the second layer of the clothes containing box 46 is the same, the third screw sliding tables 44 of the first layer of the clothes containing box 46 and the second layer of the clothes containing box 46 work simultaneously, the first layer of the clothes containing box 46 and the second layer of the clothes containing box 46 move backwards integrally, and therefore the clothes fall to the third layer of the clothes containing box 46.

Meanwhile, the time required for drying various clothes in various environments can be recorded through carrying out drying experiments, a mathematical model is established by monitoring the time required for drying the clothes in various humidity and temperature environments, the temperature and the humidity are input on an operation interface, the lifting height can be automatically adjusted by a lifting mechanism, and when the clothes are dried, a clothes collecting module starts to work to collect the clothes. Therefore, in an embodiment of the intelligent clothes drying and tidying system of the present embodiment, the intelligent clothes drying and tidying system further includes a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, or both the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor, which are connected to the control system, and the temperature sensor is disposed on the clothes drying module 100 or below the clothes drying module 100, and is used for detecting the temperature of the environment where the clothes are located, and sending the temperature value to the control system. The humidity sensor is disposed on the clothes drying module 100 or below the clothes drying module 100, and is configured to detect humidity of an environment where clothes are located, and send a humidity value to the control system.

Compared with the traditional manual operation, the intelligent clothes airing and tidying system realizes automation and reduces the manual operation intensity; only one mechanism is needed, the control is simple, and the work is stable; through the mutual matching of the four modules, the intelligent clothes airing, collecting, folding and storing are realized, the structure is compact and simple, and the reliability is high; by means of the telescopic mechanism at the top end of the clothes drying module 100, the clothes drying module 100 has the capability of adjusting the space height, and the difficulty of taking clothes can be effectively reduced.

The intelligent clothes airing and arranging system can solve the problems that people are not at home due to much special weather and people are out of the home, the clothes aired at home are worried about the influence of the weather, the safety problem caused by factors such as overhigh height, slippery ground and the like when the old man dries the clothes at home is also solved, and the whole airing process is more reliable due to the adoption of the intelligent clothes airing and arranging system.
