The working principle is as follows: during construction, determining a construction position of the anchor cable body 31, excavating a soil body at the position by using the steel sheet pile stub 21, excavating to a pile top elevation line 51, performing construction of the anchor cable body 31 after cleaning a pile head, inserting the hook-shaped element 39 at one end of the anchor cable body 31 into soil, rotating the sliding sleeve 361, enabling the pressing plate 363 to be in contact with the ground until the anti-skidding teeth 364 are stabilized with the ground, penetrating the other end of the anchor cable body 31 through the steel sheet pile stub 21, and performing construction of the crown beam 4 after the construction of the anchor cable body 31 is completed; one end of the anchor cable body 31 penetrates through the reserved hole 41 and is fixedly connected with the crown beam 4, after the strength of the crown beam 4 and the anchor cable mechanism 3 meets the requirement, soil body backfilling of first backfilling soil 6 is carried out behind the back of the crown beam 4, and tensioning and locking of the first backfilling soil 6 of the anchor cable are carried out; and (3) continuing to excavate the soil body in the pit, constructing the basement structure 7 after excavating to the pit bottom elevation line 53, and backfilling the soil body of the second backfilling soil 8 after the basement structure 7 is constructed out of the ground until the height of the second backfilling soil is consistent with the height of the ground, so that the arrangement of the anchor cables is completed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

2.
