Technical Field

The application belongs to the technical field of daily electric appliances, and particularly relates to a foot brushing device.

Background

People want to dry their feet quickly after bathing or washing their feet, on the one hand, because wet feet cause discomfort to people; on the other hand, the water drops remained on the feet are easy to breed bacteria to cause dermatophytosis, and in winter, the feet are cold to influence the health of people, and the people need to dehumidify and keep warm in time. Currently, people dry their feet primarily with the aid of dry towels. However, in a typical household, a public foot towel is typically used without regular replacement or cleaning of the towel being customary. The foot is wiped by a dry towel, and bacteria and the like remained on the foot are easily adhered to the towel. When the towel is wiped repeatedly for a long time, bacteria on the towel are easy to cause risks of breeding, cross infection and the like.

In order to solve the problems, the foot brushing device is arranged on the market at present and comprises a shell and a fan arranged in the shell, and an air outlet which is opposite to an air outlet end of the fan is formed in the shell. The air generated by the fan during working can be discharged from the air outlet, the user aims the feet at the air outlet, and the moisture on the feet is dried through the air discharged from the air outlet, so that the risk caused by wiping the feet with a dry towel is avoided.

In order to improve the foot drying efficiency of the foot brushing device, the current method is to increase the power of the fan, namely, the rotating speed of the fan is increased to increase the wind speed, and the larger the wind speed is, the faster the water on the foot is evaporated. However, the air outlet end of the fan is directly connected with the air outlet, on one hand, the air discharged from the air outlet end cannot be completely discharged from the air outlet, so that the air leakage phenomenon exists, and the air outlet speed is reduced; moreover, the angle of the air discharged from the air outlet is changeable, namely the air quantity and the air speed received by the foot part are small, and the foot drying efficiency is low. On the other hand, the requirement still cannot be met by simply increasing the rotating speed of the fan to improve the wind speed, the power consumption is high, and the cost is high; moreover, the noise and wind noise brought by the fan can affect the use experience of the user. Therefore, under the premise of not increasing the fan power and reducing the noise, it is desirable to provide a foot brushing device capable of increasing the air outlet speed to improve the foot drying efficiency.

TABLE 1 wind speed and noise test result table (fan speed 30000rpm) when noise reduction structure is additionally arranged on fan

TABLE 2 wind speed and noise test result table (fan speed 30000rpm) when the fan is not equipped with noise reduction structure

From the comparison of tables 1 and 2, it can be seen that:

(1) on the premise that other conditions are the same, the larger the short axis length of the air outlet opening 100 is, the smaller the air speed is, the larger the noise is, that is, the air speed is inversely proportional to the short axis length of the air outlet opening 100, and the noise is proportional to the short axis length of the air outlet opening 100;

(2) fan 21 installs noise reduction structure 22 additional and does not install noise reduction structure 22 additional and compares, under the prerequisite that air outlet opening 100's minor axis length keeps unanimity, the wind speed that fan 21 installed after noise reduction structure 22 additional is less than fan 21 and does not install the wind speed after noise reduction structure 22 additional, nevertheless, the noise that fan 21 installed after noise reduction structure 22 additional is obviously less than fan 21 and does not install the noise after noise reduction structure 22 additional, it is obvious effective to the noise reduction effect of the foot device of falling to explain noise reduction structure 22.
