When the special-shaped part 2 is placed on the clamping tool, part of the special-shaped part 2 is placed on the fixing table 4 of the height adjusting assembly, part of the special-shaped part 2 is placed on the fixing plate 10 and covers part of the movable positioning rod 14, the covered movable positioning rod 14 moves towards the fixed magnetic block 13, the covered movable positioning rod 14 acts on the special-shaped part 2 in the opposite direction through the repulsive force between the fixed magnetic block 13 and the movable magnetic disc 18 and offsets with the gravity of the special-shaped part, so that the movable positioning rod 14 and the special-shaped part 2 are kept static, meanwhile, the stress of the special-shaped part in the vertical direction is not required to be uniform, and the special-shaped part is only clamped in the horizontal direction. The uncovered movable positioning rods 14 abut against part of the edge of the special-shaped part 2 placed on the edge adapting assembly, so that the edge shape of the special-shaped part 2 can be adaptively adjusted by the plurality of movable positioning rods 14.

The transverse adjusting unit comprises a fixed sleeve 19, a transverse threaded sleeve 20, a transverse screw 21 and a transverse rocking handle 22. One end of the machine base 1, which is positioned at the height adjusting component, is vertically provided with a plane adjusting supporting block 23, and two ends of the plane adjusting supporting block 23 are respectively and vertically provided with a fixed sleeve 19. The plane adjusting support block 23 is fixed with a transverse threaded sleeve 20 at a position between the two fixed sleeves 19. The transverse screw 21 respectively penetrates through the fixing sleeve 19 and the transverse threaded sleeve 20, the two ends of the transverse screw are respectively sleeved with a first elastic buckle 24 to be radially fixed with the fixing sleeve 19, the transverse screw 21 is in threaded connection with the transverse threaded sleeve 20, and a transverse rocking handle 22 is fixed at any end of the transverse screw 21. In order to prevent the transverse screw 21 from deviating or falling off between the transverse threaded sleeve 20 and the plane adjusting support block 23 during the rotation process, an inverted U-shaped limit block 25 extends from the fixed connection position of the transverse threaded sleeve 20 and the plane adjusting support block 23 towards the plane adjusting support block 23, and the transverse threaded sleeve 20 is embedded into the inverted U-shaped limit block 25 through the plane adjusting support block 23 to realize the limit fixation of the two.

The longitudinal adjustment unit comprises a longitudinal threaded sleeve 26, a longitudinal threaded rod 27 and a longitudinal rocking handle 28. The longitudinal thread bush 26 is fixedly arranged on the transverse thread bush 20 and the projections of the two on the horizontal plane are perpendicular to each other. The longitudinal screw 27 penetrates through the longitudinal thread sleeve 26 and is in threaded connection with the longitudinal thread sleeve, a longitudinal rocking handle 28 is fixed at one end of the longitudinal screw 27, which is far away from the edge adapting assembly, and the other end of the longitudinal screw is fixedly connected with the movable clamping piece through a connecting piece. The connecting piece comprises a square frame 29, a rotary clamping shaft 30 and a second elastic buckle 31, wherein the square frame 29 is fixed on the outer side surface of the movable clamping piece, a clamping groove 32 is formed in the square frame 29, the rotary clamping shaft 30 is convexly arranged at one end of the longitudinal screw 27, which is not provided with the longitudinal rocking handle 28, the rotary clamping shaft 30 is embedded in the clamping groove 32 of the square frame 29, and two sides of the second elastic buckle 31 and the clamping groove 32 are abutted and fixed. Rocking the longitudinal rocking handle 28 causes the longitudinal screw 27 to move axially within the longitudinal threaded sleeve 26 and to engage a catch 32 in the square frame 29 by rotating the catch shaft 30 to drive the movable clamp to move.

The movable clamping piece further comprises a U-shaped frame 33 and a plurality of movable clamping balls 34, a U-shaped limiting groove 35 is concavely arranged on the U-shaped frame 33, movable adjusting blocks 3 are convexly arranged at two ends of the U-shaped limiting groove 35 respectively, the movable clamping balls 34 are sequentially embedded in the U-shaped limiting groove 35 and abut against and contact with the two movable adjusting blocks 3, a U-shaped cover 36 covering the U-shaped limiting groove 35 is arranged at the top of the U-shaped frame 33, and the two movable adjusting blocks 3 can abut against and contact with the edge of the special-shaped part 2 through force transmission among the movable clamping balls 34.

The specific clamping engineering is as follows:

firstly, the height of the fixing table 4 is adjusted according to the thickness and the machining height of the special-shaped part 2 to be clamped. The staff manually rotates the adjusting pieces 7 at the ends of the adjusting screws 5 in turn to adjust each adjusting screw 5, thereby adjusting the height of the fixed table 4 relative to the surface of the machine base 1. Because the adjusting screw 5 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 6 on the fixed platform 4 and has a self-locking function, the fixed platform 4 can stop rotating the adjusting screw 5 after being adjusted to a proper height, and the fixed platform 4 can keep the height unchanged based on the self-locking function between the adjusting screw 5 and the threaded hole 6.

Secondly, the special-shaped part 2 is placed on the clamping tool, and the special-shaped part 2 is partially placed on the height-adjusted fixing table 4 and partially placed on the fixing plate 10 of the edge adaptive assembly. Since the fixing plate 10 is densely arrayed with a plurality of movable positioning rods 14, when the special-shaped part 2 is placed on the fixing plate 10, the covered movable positioning rods 14 move downwards, and the uncovered movable positioning rods 14 correspond to and abut against the edge shape of the special-shaped part 2. The movable positioning rod 14 moving downwards has the same magnetic pole as the movable magnetic disk 18 on the end part and the fixed magnetic block 13 at the bottom, so that the repulsive force between the fixed magnetic block 13 and the movable magnetic disk 18 acts in the opposite direction on the special-shaped part 2 in the downward movement process, and the covered movable positioning rod 14 and the special-shaped part 2 are kept still.

Thereafter, the relative position of the movable clamp with respect to the profiled element 2 is adjusted by means of the transverse adjustment unit and the longitudinal adjustment unit. The operator can rock the transverse crank 22 and the longitudinal crank 28 simultaneously so that the transverse screw 21 rod and the longitudinal screw 27 move axially simultaneously in the transverse threaded bush 20 and the longitudinal threaded bush 26, so that the movable clamp can move transversely and longitudinally in the plane to adjust the position relative to the profiled element 2. The threaded connection between the longitudinal screw 27 and the longitudinal thread bush 26, and between the transverse screw 21 and the transverse thread bush 20 has a self-locking function, so that the position of the movable clamping piece can be kept unchanged.

Further, the movable adjusting block 3 on the movable clamping piece is in contact with the edge of the special-shaped part 2, and meanwhile, the movable adjusting block is adjusted according to the shape of the edge of the special-shaped part 2, and the movable adjusting block and the special-shaped part are abutted through force transmission among the plurality of movable clamping balls 34 arranged in the U-shaped limiting groove 35 and the edge of the special-shaped part 2. Finally, the longitudinal rocking handle 28 is shaken to drive the longitudinal screw 27 to move, so that the movable adjusting block 3 on the movable clamping piece is further abutted against the edge of the special-shaped part 2, and is matched with a plurality of movable positioning rods 14 abutted against the edge of the special-shaped part 2 in the edge adapting assembly to lock and fix the special-shaped part 2 on the clamping tool.

Referring to fig. 11, this embodiment is a schematic structural view of clamping a circular ring-shaped part on the clamping tool, and the rest of the structure is the same as that in the first embodiment.
