8. The preparation method of the water-based paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step one, mixing an aqueous antiviral additive TYSE9231 and an emulsifying dispersant, and stirring at high speed of 1200 revolutions per minute for 180 minutes to obtain an antiviral dispersion;

step two, adding the waterborne hyperbranched substrate closed resin into a stirring tank, slowly adding the antiviral dispersion obtained in the step one under the condition of 300 revolutions per minute, and stirring for 150 minutes;

and step three, after the stirred liquid is naturally cooled, sequentially adding a defoaming agent, a wetting agent, a flatting agent, an adhesion promoter, color paste and a water-based antiviral auxiliary BEK569, and stirring while adding.

The invention has strong adhesive force on the surfaces of cement and metal materials, simple operation performance and can directly clean the coating tool by water. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the aqueous paint of the present invention is a uniform non-hard aqueous liquid product, and has the advantages of low fineness, high glossiness and hardness, and excellent blocking resistance, scratch resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance and solvent resistance. According to the GB/T23986-2009 gas chromatography for measuring the content of the organic compound (V0C) issued by the colored paint and the varnish, the content of the volatile organic compound (V0C) in the water-based paint obtained in each embodiment of the invention is detected, the obtained result is shown in figure 2, and as can be seen from figure 2, the content of the Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) in the water-based paint is far lower than the standard required by the GB/T23986-2009, and the water-based paint has excellent green and environmental protection effects. The soluble heavy metal content of the aqueous paints obtained according to the examples of the present invention was measured according to American society for testing and materials-ASTM F963-11-Standard for soluble heavy metal content in substrates/inks or coatings, and the soluble heavy metal content was measured by extracting a sample according to ASTM F963-11 with dilute hydrochloric acid and analyzing the sample with ICP-OES, and the results are shown in FIG. 3: wherein MDL represents the detection limit and ND represents the non-detection. As can be seen from the figure 3, the water-based paint does not contain soluble heavy metal elements such as lead, shackle, hairpin, cadmium, inscription, mercury and the like, and also does not contain soluble pollution elements such as stele, selenium and the like, and is safe, environment-friendly and pollution-free.

Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that various changes, modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
