The monitoring data obtained by monitoring of the atmospheric environment monitoring module 101, the water body environment monitoring module 102 and the noise environment monitoring module 103 are transmitted to the data transmission module 2, and after the data preprocessing module in the data transmission module 2 is sorted and arranged, the monitoring data are transmitted to the processor analysis module 3 through the data transmission module.

The processor analysis module 3 receives the monitoring data transmitted by the data transmission module 2, and then the data analysis module analyzes the data, compares the data with the existing historical data and the national standard data in the data storage module, the comparison result shows that the data obtained this time is higher than or equal to 1.2 times of the national standard data, the result is compared with the historical data in the data storage module again, the comparison result shows that the deviation of the data obtained this time and the numerical value recorded as exceeding standard in the historical data is within 20 percent, the data analysis result shows that the data exceeds standard and is discharged, the data analysis module issues an alarm instruction, and the alarm module sends an alarm after receiving the alarm instruction.

The processor analysis module 3 receives the monitoring data transmitted by the data transmission module 2, and compares the data with the existing historical data and the national standard data in the data storage module after the data analysis module analyzes the data, the comparison result shows that the data obtained this time is lower than 1.2 times of the national standard data, the data analysis result shows that the data do not exceed the standard and is discharged, the data analysis module does not issue an alarm instruction, and the data are stored in the data storage module as the historical data.
