A platform load reduction analog simulation system is characterized by comprising a data input module (1), a data operation module (2), a standard database analog module (3) and a data output module (4); the data input module (1) is connected with the data operation module (2), collects data information of the operation parameters of the load of the distribution room, and inputs corresponding operation parameter data information to the data operation module (2); the standard database simulation module (3) is connected with the data operation module (2) and provides a theoretical mathematical parameter model of the load of the power distribution area, and the power grid tester presets the parameters of the load of the power distribution area and generates the information of simulation data, and then inputs the corresponding theoretical mathematical parameter model to the data operation module (2); the data operation module (2) is used for obtaining characteristic parameters representing the load of the station area through operation of operation parameter data information of load data of the station area, comparing the characteristic parameters with a theoretical mathematical parameter model, and then inputting an operation result to the data output module (4), so that a simulation power grid operation environment of the load of the station area is restored and simulated, and further, various factor analysis results of the load of the station area on the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter, which influence the power grid operation, are restored.

6. A use method of a platform area load reduction simulation system is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, recording waves in a transformer area: data acquisition is carried out on the load site of the station area through a wave recorder acquisition module;

s2, data input: inputting data in the acquisition module of the wave recorder into the data operation module 2;

s3, generating a superposition waveform by a LabVIEW system: a LabVIEW system in the data operation module 2 generates a superposed waveform;

s4, converting the superposed waveform into a simulation waveform: the D/A digital-to-analog conversion board card in the data operation module 2 converts the analog waveform into an analog waveform, and the power source module in the data operation module 2 amplifies the analog waveform into a simulation waveform;

s5, generating a standard waveform by a Matlab system: presetting parameters of the load of a distribution room in which a data processing module of the Matlab working condition analog simulation system is positioned, and generating an analog standard waveform by a waveform generator;

s6, whether the waveforms are the same: comparing the simulated waveform with the standard waveform, executing the step S7 when the waveforms are the same, and returning to the step S1 when the waveforms are different;

s7, outputting data to the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter: and restoring the operating environment of the platform area load.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of power grid testing, and particularly relates to a platform area load reduction simulation system and a using method thereof.

Background

In actual production and life, the electricity utilization characteristics in different transformer area ranges are different, for example, the electricity consumption of an industrial area is larger than that of a residential area, the load characteristics are different, and the region information is obtained; the power utilization characteristics of the same platform area range are different in different seasons and weather, which is hydrological environment information; temporary construction of a certain area within the platform area, such as subway construction, can also change the electricity utilization characteristics of the area, which are city construction information, and the temporary construction can influence the electricity utilization characteristics; therefore, in addition to the electricity consumption information, the power metering unit should integrate information of a plurality of data sources, such as location information, hydrological and climate information, city construction information and the like, eliminate interference, and improve the accuracy of the load restoration and recurrence of the transformer area.

The national grid company continuously advances the construction of the smart grid, and along with the application of unconventional grid operating environments such as special power supply or distributed power supply access and a large number of power electronic devices, special and complex working conditions in the grid are generated, various influences are generated on the metering performance of an electric energy metering device and the like, the safety production is unstable, and hidden dangers exist in the high-quality service of a power supply enterprise, and the method is mainly embodied in the following aspects:

(1) the defects of the existing detection standards and specifications

Some detection items and methods in the detection specifications and standards of the existing electric energy metering device lag behind the changes of the electric energy metering device and the operating environment, and related test methods cannot meet the adaptability assessment requirements of the emerging or unconventional power grid operating environment.

(2) Complex power grid environment difficult to reproduce in fault analysis

The operation environment factors of a power grid are one of main reasons for causing faults of the electric energy metering device, the faults often need to restore an actual operation environment, fault analysis is carried out through fault reproduction of the device, however, the test capability of influence of reproduction of the metering environment and complex working conditions on various performances and functions of the electric energy metering device under the complex operation working conditions of the existing laboratory is insufficient, and related fault analysis is often left out.

At present, few systems for carrying out reduction testing on a broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter have a poor effect, so a reduction simulation system is needed to analyze the influence of a load on the reduction simulation system.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a platform area load reduction simulation system aiming at the defect that a reduction test system for a broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter is few, and aims to help power grid testers to analyze and solve the problem of influence of platform area loads on the platform area load reduction simulation system.

On one hand, the technical scheme of the platform area load reduction analog simulation system is that the platform area load reduction analog simulation system comprises a data input module 1, a data operation module 2, a standard database analog module 3 and a data output module 4; the data input module 1 is connected with the data operation module 2, collects data information of the operation parameters of the load of the distribution room, and inputs corresponding operation parameter data information to the data operation module 2; the standard database simulation module 3 is connected with the data operation module 2 and provides a theoretical mathematical parameter model of the load of the power distribution area, and the power grid tester presets the parameters of the load of the power distribution area and generates simulation data information, and inputs the corresponding theoretical mathematical parameter model to the data operation module 2; the data operation module 2 is used for obtaining characteristic parameters representing the load of the station area through operation of operation parameter data information of load data of the station area, comparing the characteristic parameters with a theoretical mathematical parameter model, and inputting an operation result to the data output module 4, so that a simulation power grid operation environment of the load of the station area is restored and simulated, and further, various factor analysis results of the load of the station area on the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter, which influence the power grid operation, are restored.

Further, the data input module 1 adopts a wave recorder acquisition module, is connected with the load of the distribution room, is connected with the data operation module 2, and is used for acquiring and storing the power grid operation data and various electrical information in the load site of the distribution room; because of the storage function of the acquisition module of the wave recorder, a power grid tester only needs to carry the wave recorder to a load site of a platform area, and then accesses the wave recorder to a load reduction analog simulation system of the platform area for operation after data acquisition, so that the wave recorder has good flexibility and convenience.

Further, the data output module 4 adopts a broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter, is connected with the data operation module 2, and is configured to restore the analysis result of the influence of the power grid operation data and various types of electrical information in the load site of the distribution room on the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter.

Further, the standard database simulation module 3 includes a Matlab working condition simulation system data processing module and a waveform generator, which are connected to the data operation module 2, and a power grid tester presets parameters of a load of a distribution room in which the power grid tester is located through the Matlab working condition simulation system data processing module, so that the waveform generator generates a simulated standard waveform as a reference waveform and inputs the reference waveform to the data operation module 2.

Furthermore, the data operation module 2 comprises a LabVIEW simulation system data processing module, a signal generator, a D/A digital-to-analog conversion board card and a power source module, a power grid tester inputs and calculates power grid operation data and various electrical information in a platform load field through the LabVIEW simulation system data processing module, the signal generator generates a superposed waveform with fundamental waves and harmonic waves, the analog waveform is converted into an analog waveform through the D/A digital-to-analog conversion board card, the analog waveform is amplified into a simulated waveform through the power source module, and finally the simulated waveform is compared with a standard waveform for operation and then an influence analysis result is output to the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter, therefore, power grid testers can accurately analyze and obtain various factors influencing the operation of the power grid, and power grid operation parameters of the load in the platform area can be effectively controlled.

In another aspect of the present invention, the method for using the platform load reduction simulation system includes the following steps:

s1, recording waves in a transformer area: data acquisition is carried out on the load site of the station area through a wave recorder acquisition module;

s2, data input: inputting data in the acquisition module of the wave recorder into the data operation module 2;

s3, generating a superposition waveform by a LabVIEW system: a LabVIEW system in the data operation module 2 generates a superposed waveform;

s4, converting the superposed waveform into a simulation waveform: the D/A digital-to-analog conversion board card in the data operation module 2 converts the analog waveform into an analog waveform, and the power source module in the data operation module 2 amplifies the analog waveform into a simulation waveform;

s5, generating a standard waveform by a Matlab system: presetting parameters of the load of a distribution room in which a data processing module of the Matlab working condition analog simulation system is positioned, and generating an analog standard waveform by a waveform generator;

s6, whether the waveforms are the same: comparing the simulated waveform with the standard waveform, executing the step S7 when the waveforms are the same, and returning to the step S1 when the waveforms are different;

s7, outputting data to the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter: and restoring the operating environment of the platform area load.

The platform load reduction simulation system utilizes a wave recorder acquisition module to record and acquire data in a platform area site, and utilizes simulation data formed by a Matlab working condition simulation system data processing module, the simulation data and the simulation data are input into a LabVIEW module communication environment, the analysis of input waveforms can be realized, characteristic parameters are extracted, special waveforms representing environmental influences are generated on the basis, and the special waveforms are output through a D/A board card to realize the reduction and output of the simulation waveforms of the communication environment; meanwhile, the power source module is utilized to realize the power characteristic output of the simulation waveform, the output simulation waveform is loaded on a collection network of a broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter in a laboratory, and finally, the quantitative influence of the environmental parameters on HPLC is analyzed through the district load reduction simulation system, so that a characteristic library can be formed according to the quantitative influence, the characteristic library is used for guiding the deep application and the performance improvement of the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter, and the analysis and the optimization of various factors of the power grid operation are realized.

The invention can analyze the quantitative influence of the environmental parameters on the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter through the platform area load reduction simulation system, and form a characteristic library according to the quantitative influence, so as to guide the deep application and performance improvement of the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter, thereby realizing the analysis and optimization of various factors of the power grid operation, helping power grid testers analyze and solve the problem of influence of the platform area load on the platform area load reduction simulation system.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the platform load reduction simulation system includes a data input module 1, a data operation module 2, a standard database simulation module 3, and a data output module 4;

the data input module 1 is connected with the data operation module 2, collects data information of the operation parameters of the load of the distribution room, and inputs corresponding operation parameter data information to the data operation module 2;

the standard database simulation module 3 is connected with the data operation module 2 and provides a theoretical mathematical parameter model of the load of the power distribution area, and the power grid tester presets the parameters of the load of the power distribution area and generates simulation data information, and inputs the corresponding theoretical mathematical parameter model to the data operation module 2;

the data operation module 2 is used for obtaining characteristic parameters representing the load of the station area through operation of operation parameter data information of load data of the station area, comparing the characteristic parameters with a theoretical mathematical parameter model, and inputting an operation result to the data output module 4, so that a simulation power grid operation environment of the load of the station area is restored and simulated, and further, various factor analysis results of the load of the station area on the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter, which influence the power grid operation, are restored.

Specifically, in fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the data input module 1 adopts a wave recorder acquisition module, which is connected to the load of the distribution room and connected to the data operation module 2, and is configured to acquire and store the power grid operation data and various electrical information in the load site of the distribution room; because of the storage function of the acquisition module of the wave recorder, a power grid tester only needs to carry the wave recorder to a load site of a platform area, and then accesses the wave recorder to a load reduction analog simulation system of the platform area for operation after data acquisition, so that the wave recorder has good flexibility and convenience.

The data output module 4 adopts a broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter, is connected with the data operation module 2, and is used for restoring the influence analysis result of power grid operation data and various electrical information in the load site of the distribution room on the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter.

The standard database simulation module 3 comprises a data processing module of a Matlab working condition simulation system and a waveform generator, and is connected with the data operation module 2, and a power grid tester presets parameters of the load of a distribution room through the data processing module of the Matlab working condition simulation system, so that the waveform generator generates a simulated standard waveform which is used as a reference waveform and is input to the data operation module 2.

The data operation module 2 comprises a LabVIEW simulation system data processing module, a signal generator, a D/A digital-to-analog conversion board card and a power source module, a power grid tester inputs and calculates power grid operation data and various electrical information in a platform load field through the LabVIEW simulation system data processing module, the signal generator generates a superposed waveform with fundamental waves and harmonic waves, the simulated waveform is converted into an analog waveform through the D/A digital-to-analog conversion board card and then is amplified into a simulated waveform through the power source module, and finally, after the simulated waveform is compared with a standard waveform for operation, an influence analysis result is output to the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter, so that the power grid tester can accurately analyze and obtain various factors influencing the power grid operation, and can effectively control the power grid operation parameters of the platform load.

In fig. 3, the method for using the platform load restoration simulation system according to the present invention includes the following steps:

s1, recording waves in a transformer area: data acquisition is carried out on the load site of the station area through a wave recorder acquisition module;

s2, data input: inputting data in the acquisition module of the wave recorder into the data operation module 2;

s3, generating a superposition waveform by a LabVIEW system: a LabVIEW system in the data operation module 2 generates a superposed waveform;

s4, converting the superposed waveform into a simulation waveform: the D/A digital-to-analog conversion board card in the data operation module 2 converts the analog waveform into an analog waveform, and the power source module in the data operation module 2 amplifies the analog waveform into a simulation waveform;

s5, generating a standard waveform by a Matlab system: presetting parameters of the load of a distribution room in which a data processing module of the Matlab working condition analog simulation system is positioned, and generating an analog standard waveform by a waveform generator;

s6, whether the waveforms are the same: comparing the simulated waveform with the standard waveform, executing the step S7 when the waveforms are the same, and returning to the step S1 when the waveforms are different;

s7, outputting data to the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter: and restoring the operating environment of the platform area load.

In the specific implementation of the invention, the inventor selects the test date on the working day, and the inventor uses the invention to perform voltage test on a certain public network transformer acquisition point to obtain the voltage variation condition in the power supply range of the transformer area, which can be obtained by the invention, the voltage of the transformer area varies in the range of 227V to 250V, and the voltage fluctuation range is large, as shown in fig. 4;

meanwhile, the inventor utilizes the invention to perform power test at the public network variable acquisition point to obtain the power change situation in the power supply range of the platform area, which can be obtained by the invention, the platform area is near 49 to 52 points, the corresponding time is between 12 to 13 points, the power consumption reaches the maximum value, in addition, at the time point 77 to 88 time points, namely the time point 7 to 10 points later, the power consumption reaches the secondary peak, and before 8 points earlier, the power reaches the minimum value, therefore, the time period can be considered as a light load time period, see fig. 6;

in addition, the inventor selects the test date on weekends, and utilizes the invention to perform voltage test on the public network variable acquisition point to obtain the voltage variation condition in the power supply range of the distribution area, wherein the voltage of the distribution area varies in the range of 227V to 250V, the voltage fluctuation range is larger, and the fluctuation curve is the same as the normal working day, as shown in FIG. 7;

meanwhile, the inventor utilizes the invention to carry out current test at the public network variable acquisition point to obtain the change condition of the user current in the power supply range of the distribution room, the current used by the user fluctuates between 10A and 20A, and the current of the user reaches the maximum value 55A near 21A at night, which is shown in figure 8;

meanwhile, the inventor utilizes the public network power acquisition point to carry out power test to obtain the change condition of the power in the power supply range of the distribution area, the distribution area is near 77 to 86 points, the corresponding time is between 19 to 22 points in the evening, the power consumption reaches the maximum value and lasts until about 11 points in the evening, and the curve shows that the power consumption habit of a user has a certain difference compared with the working day due to the fact that the power consumption habit is weekend; furthermore, the power reaches a minimum value at time points 53 to 57, i.e., at time points 15 to 16 pm, so that this time period can be considered as a light load time period.

In addition, the inventor utilizes the invention to carry out on-site wave recording on the station area, tests and analyzes through the invention, the waveform is loaded to the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter to test, the on-site wave recording waveform is divided into fundamental wave and harmonic wave, the harmonic wave times are mainly concentrated in 16 times, 21 times, 24 times, 31 times and 35 times, error data comparison is obtained by comparing the actual reduction power value loaded to the broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter with the standard value of the power source output, the feasibility of the method is verified, and the following table is shown:

The table above is an error data table, and the error data table is made into an error result graph (see figure 9), so that the result can be visually observed, and the table above can show that the error fluctuation is small and stable before 21 harmonics, the error is controlled to be about-0.050%, when the output exceeds 21 harmonics, the error is linearly and rapidly increased, and the error reaches-1.048% once to 35 harmonics, so that the harmonic frequency is reduced to the minimum, the generation of higher harmonics is inhibited, and the larger error of the electric meter is avoided.

In the test results of the above specific embodiment, the method is used for the specific test work of the power grid tester, has an accurate measurement result, and can analyze different operation parameters of the power grid through the test result, thereby better controlling the operation of the power grid.

Meanwhile, a power grid tester can combine the configuration situation of the current broadband power line carrier HPLC module type electric energy meter of the power grid, carry out load type classification and induction research of a typical transformer area through field power utilization information characteristic analysis, build a transformer area physical framework, have edge calculation and hardware modularization, build dimensions based on user load properties, communication combination modes, region distribution and the like, build the typical transformer area, build a typical transformer area characteristic information base, correspond to laboratory simulation analog quantity, carry out power utilization characteristic and operation characteristic simulation technical research of multi-mode information fusion, and build a transformer area grading monitoring system, so that the reappearance of the typical transformer area and the intelligent monitoring of the operation situation of metering equipment are realized.
