Background

Nowadays, in order to enhance the overall process risk management of financial products, the recording and video recording, which is referred to as "double recording" for short, needs to be synchronously performed in the process of selling the financial products, and the recorded audio and video data is stored.

The first client 101 is mainly used for a main user to record and obtain audio and video data in real time, package the recorded and obtained audio and video data in real time, and upload the packaged audio and video data to the back-end service system 102 by using a real-time transmission protocol. Of course, the first client 101 may also be used to reserve a recording time and the like.

Therefore, the first client 101 is a client used by the salesperson in the scenario of a dual-recording application.

The back-end service system 102 is mainly configured to receive the audio and video data uploaded by the first client 101, distribute relevant protocols to the audio and video data, provide real-time audio and video data to the second client 103 in real time, and feed back quality evaluation data of the audio and video data uploaded by the second client 103 to the first client 101.

Optionally, the backend service system 102 may include a server and a CDN node. The server is mainly used for receiving the audio and video data uploaded by the first client 101 and storing the audio and video data, namely, the server is equivalent to a data source. The CDN node is mainly used for content distribution, that is, is mainly used for pulling the audio and video data stored by the server in real time from the server and providing the audio and video data to the second client 103 for real-time playing, so as to implement real-time streaming.

The second client 103 is mainly used for acquiring the latest audio and video data from the back-end server system in real time and playing the latest audio and video data in real time based on the address of the audio and video data, and for uploading quality evaluation data of the audio and video data.

Therefore, the second client 103 is a client used by the inspector in the scenario of the dual-recording application.

Based on the processing system of the audio and video data, the embodiment of the application provides a processing method of the audio and video data. As shown in fig. 2, a method for processing audio/video data provided in an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:

S302, based on the address of the audio and video data contained in the viewing request, the CDN node pulls the latest audio and video data in storage in real time and transmits the latest audio and video data to a second client for real-time playing.

And S204, receiving quality evaluation data of the audio and video data fed back by the second client.

Optionally, the quality evaluation data of the audio and video data may be generated in the playing process of the audio and video data and uploaded after the current acquisition of the audio and video data is finished. Of course, this is only one optional way, and may also be generated and uploaded continuously during the playing process of the audio-video data.

Optionally, a user of the second client, that is, an inspector, may record each link in the video recording process according to a predefined questionnaire list in the process of viewing the real-time audio and video data. And after the recording is finished, uploading the quality evaluation data of the audio and video data to the server.

If there is a problem in the recording link, the quality evaluation data includes the problem in each link, and may include information prompting re-recording, and the like. And if no problem exists in the recording link, the quality evaluation data comprises indication information indicating that the audit is passed.

And S205, feeding the quality evaluation data back to the first client.

Optionally, before executing step S201, the method for processing audio/video data provided in another embodiment of the present application may further execute a live broadcast reservation, as shown in fig. 4, where the live broadcast reservation mode includes the following steps:
