The evidence and assets related to the bankruptcy case are complex, the related beneficial parties are many, and the priority relationship given by law exists, so that the handling of the bankruptcy case is abnormally complex, and the handling period is long. In addition, the work load of the bankruptcy cases is large, judicial resources are limited, usually, a working group or a judicial staff can be responsible for the cases with large quantity at the same time, and information, files and processes among the cases basically reach the information processing limit of natural people.

For the management of bankruptcy cases, the complexity of case information is high, causal and unspecific condition parameters are more, the case information has special information internal connection and requirements, and how to solve the specific requirements and the relevant contradictions in the requirement solving process through an intelligent system has important significance.

Since each main body in the bankruptcy case is usually a civil main body, and the legal relationship thereof respects the contract (agreement between both parties) in the civil relationship and the intention of the main body, a great deal of main body negotiation and intention determination matters exist in case management. In the traditional case, the determination of willingness is typically determined by a live meeting of a court organization. However, in practice, since the number of civil affairs subjects is large and it is very difficult to coordinate time with each other, it is difficult to legally organize the conference. In addition, since the participation in the field brings a large burden to the subject, the conference is not generally organized immediately with few problems, which affects the case advancing efficiency.

The embodiment provides the following solutions for meeting requirements of special and complex main relations in a bankruptcy case, the special characteristics of the case interfered by various unspecific conditions (new contracts, new evidences and the like), and a large number of unspecific legal obligations of the case. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

the conference system comprises a conference initiating control unit and a conference right recording unit;

the conference initiating control unit comprises a creditor end, a sponsoring judge end, a debtor end and a lawyer end in a connecting mode; and a case-related person management component;

the case involved management component is used for verifying the identities of the criminals, the creditors, the debtors and the lawyers involved in the case, establishing a group by the personnel passing the identity verification and sharing the group to other members in the group;

the conference initiating control unit comprises a control strategy: the involved judges can initiatively initiate the conference and select the participants from the group, and the selected participants can participate in the video conference and/or the network conference after identity authentication; and/or, the criminal involved in the case can set up the meeting rule, the rule includes setting up the meeting validity rule, the meeting validity rule includes appointing whether the selected participant must attend the meeting, whether influence the meeting validity; and/or other involved members can initiate a conference (named as a secondary conference), the initiation of the secondary conference is carried out besides the selected participants, and a conference request is also provided, wherein the conference request comprises a conference outline, the conference request is sent to an involved judge terminal, and the involved judge terminal can refuse or pass the conference request.

In addition, the meeting also includes meeting resolution, which relates to case specific asset allocation, the specific asset tag is selected from the case database, and the meeting resolution is formed by attribute marking. If the conference is a conference of a judge organization, the conference resolution is validated and entered into an asset allocation scheme after being confirmed by all participants. If the conference is a second-level conference, after all participants confirm, an effective request is formed, the effective request is sent to the case-involved officer end, and the case-involved officer end can refuse or agree that the conference resolution is effective. Agreeing to the conference resolution to be effective as an effective resolution effective record; if the conference resolution is not approved to be in effect, the conference resolution is returned and the results are shared with the participants.

It should be understood that the information of the user logging in the bankruptcy case management platform may be that the user clicks an application program of the bankruptcy case management platform, and the click may be a click, a double click, a long click, or a click on an applet, a public number, or the like. The receiving may be that the touch screen of the mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, and the like, receives the click operation of the user and responds.

Fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of an electronic device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 4, the electronic apparatus includes: at least one processor 401, at least one memory 402, and at least one communication interface 403.
