5. The garment hanger locking mechanism of claim 4, wherein the locking member is pivotally connected at one end to the garment hanger body by a spring hinge, and the resilient member is a spring in the spring hinge.

6. The garment hanger locking mechanism of claim 5, wherein the mechanism body is integrally connected to the garment hanger.

7. A garment hanger, characterised in that the garment hanger is provided with a garment hanger locking mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.

The clothes hanger according to claim 7, characterized in that an S-shaped hook for hanging clothes is arranged on the inner side of the clothes hanger, one end of the S-shaped hook is connected to the clothes hanger body, and the cambered surface of the other end of the S-shaped hook is tightly attached to the clothes hanger body.

The existing clothes hanger locking mechanism needs to manually open or close a closed loop, and two common setting modes are taken as examples: one type is that one end is connected with the clothes rack body through a hinge, the other end is hooked at the end part of a hook through a hooking mechanism to form a closed loop, and the hooking mechanism needs to be manually hooked or unhooked; the other type is that the hook is arranged on a hook in a sliding mode and is provided with an arc-shaped piece, the hook slides to cover the opening of the hook to form a closed loop, and the arc-shaped piece needs to be manually slid. The biggest problem of manual setting is that must interact with user's hand, the height of clothes-horse receives the restriction of user's height, and the too high user of clothes-horse can't operate, perhaps operates through the instrument of a kind of ladder, and is very loaded down with trivial details.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the existing defects, the invention provides a clothes hanger locking mechanism and a clothes hanger, which can achieve the effect of realizing locking or unlocking of the locking mechanism through magnetic interaction without the need of hand operation of a user, thereby facilitating hanging of the clothes hanger at a high place.

The clothes hanger comprises a clothes hanger body and a hook, wherein one end of the hook is arranged at the upper end of the clothes hanger body. The clothes hanger locking mechanism is arranged at the upper end part of the clothes hanger body.

The clothes hanger locking mechanism comprises a mechanism body connected to the clothes hanger, and a locking part is rotatably and movably connected to the mechanism body; the locking part is further connected with the mechanism body through an elastic part, and the locking part rotates under the driving of the elastic part and is matched with a hook of the clothes hanger to form a closed loop.

In this embodiment, one end of the locking member is connected to the hanger body by a spring hinge, and the elastic member is a spring hinge. As shown in figure 1, the other end of the locking member is connected to the end of the hanger hook by the spring hinge to form a closed loop.

The closed loop can be opened by using an object which can apply an external magnetic field to be close to the magnetic piece as long as the external magnetic field has enough strength. Therefore, the invention does not need to be operated by hands of a user.

In practical application, the external magnetic field is generally applied through a specially-made clothes supporting rod. In this embodiment, an iron clothes stay is exemplified. The clothes hanger is forked in a common clothes hanger taking mode, namely, a fork part of an iron clothes supporting rod is forked at the upper end of the clothes hanger, a magnetic force piece is set to be a magnet, the fork part of the iron clothes supporting rod is a ferromagnet, under the influence of the magnetic field of the magnet, the ferromagnet is magnetized to generate a magnetic field (the magnetic field generated here is an external magnetic field for the magnet), the magnet is applied with an external magnetic field, and the magnet drives a locking piece to overcome the elasticity through the magnetic force to open a closed loop. That is, when the iron clothes supporting rod is forked on the upper end of the clothes hanger, the closed loop is always in the open state in fig. 2, so that the clothes hanger can be conveniently hung on or taken down from the clothes drying rod. The other end of the locking piece and the other end of the hook are inclined planes which are mutually attached. The elasticity of the elastic part can be set to be stronger, so that the other end of the locking part is tightly attached to the other end of the hook, and the magnetic part is just positioned at the upper end of the channel; along with the increase of the use time of the clothes hanger, the elastic force of the elastic piece is set to be stronger, even if the elastic force of the elastic piece is attenuated to a certain degree, the other end of the locking piece can still be attached to the other end of the hook, the usability of the clothes hanger cannot be influenced, and the service life of the clothes hanger is prolonged.

In this embodiment, the mechanism body is integrally connected to the hanger. In other embodiments, the device may be mounted to the hanger by a snap-fit or the like.

The clothes hanger is characterized in that an S-shaped hook for hanging clothes is arranged on the inner side of the clothes hanger body, one end of the S-shaped hook is connected to the clothes hanger body, and the cambered surface of the other end of the S-shaped hook is tightly attached to the clothes hanger body. The S-shaped hook can be used for hanging clothes and enables the clothes not to fall off easily. For example, the elastic band of the underwear is hung in the S-shaped hook, one end of the S-shaped hook is connected with the clothes hanger body, and the other end of the S-shaped hook is tightly attached to the clothes hanger body, so that the elastic band can overcome the arc surface of the other end and the friction force between the elastic band and the clothes hanger body if the elastic band is to fall off.
