Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a technical solution:

a wired and wireless integrated fetal monitor is shown in figures 1 to 7 and comprises a device body 1, wherein the device body 1 comprises a display screen 2, a connecting wire 3 and a detecting head 4, the connecting wire 3 is installed between the display screen 2 and the detecting head 4 in an inserting mode, the connecting wire 3 is in a spiral shape, a stretching piece 5 is movably installed inside the connecting wire 3, the stretching piece 5 comprises a stretching unit 6, a clamping mechanism 7 and a supporting frame 8, the supporting frame 8 is movably installed at the lower end of the stretching unit 6, and the clamping mechanism 7 is movably connected to the left side and the right side of the supporting frame 8;

the inside of T shape cylinder 61 is close to left and right sides lower extreme position and all is provided with extraction subassembly 60, extraction subassembly 60 includes concave frame 601, disc 602, traction strip 603 and clockwork spring leaf 604, concave frame 601 fixed mounting is in the internal surface of T shape cylinder 61, and disc 602 through pivot swing joint in the inside of concave frame 601, clockwork spring leaf 604 through winding mode fixed connection between traction strip 603 and disc 602, and traction strip 603 runs through T shape cylinder 61 to the lower extreme, the part of T shape cylinder 61 that traction strip 603 runs through is provided with rectangular channel 611, and the position on the inside of rectangular channel 611 is close to the right side run through and is connected with I-shaped butt rod 612, I-shaped butt rod 612 runs through inside the tube mouth of T shape cylinder 61, and is provided with two sets of elastic ropes 613 between I-shaped butt rod 612 and the T shape cylinder 61 run through the groove.

When the device works, the T-shaped column tube 61 penetrates through one third of the inner part of the line tube of the connecting line 3, the rest connecting line 3 is clamped with the clamping mechanism 7, the using mode of the extension unit 6 is consistent with the working principle of a pressing type ball pen, the T-shaped push rod 62 is pressed downwards, the resisting plate 69 is pushed out from the tube mouth at the lower end of the T-shaped column tube 61, the resisting plate 69 upwards pushes the ejector rod 65, the ejector rod 65 is matched among the tube 63, the guide rail 64 and the first sliding groove 66 on the ejector rod 65, the ejector rod 65 pushes the rotary disc 67 upwards, then the inclined plane of the rotary disc 67 is separated from the lower end of the guide rail 64, the tip end of the ejector rod 65 contacts and extrudes the inclined plane of the rotary disc 67, the rotary disc 67 rotates radially under the elastic force of the first spring 68, at the moment, the rotary disc 67 pushes the ejector rod 65 downwards, the ejector rod 65 pushes the resisting plate 69 downwards until the lower end of the resisting plate 69 penetrates through the T-shaped column tube 61, the resisting plate 69 is dislocated with the I-shaped resisting rod 612, the I-shaped abutting rod 612 is popped out from the rectangular groove 611 under the elastic force of the elastic rope 613, the traction strip 603 can be pulled up and down, when the connecting wire 3 moves along with the detecting head 4, due to the elasticity of the connecting wire 3, the traction strip 603 and the clamping mechanism 7 are also pulled when the connecting wire 3 is pulled downwards, the limitation of the clamping mechanism 7 is kept with the elastic force of the traction strip 603, so that the movement of the connecting wire 3 can be facilitated, and the deformation and the elastic potential energy reduction of the connecting wire 3 can be reduced; however, after the device body 1 is used, the connecting wire 3 stops being pulled, the traction strip 603 automatically returns under the action of the spring leaf 604, the T-shaped push rod 62 can be pressed again, the abutting plate 69 pushes the ejector rod 65 upwards, the tip of the ejector rod 65 is separated from the inclined surface of the rotary disc 67, the rotary disc 67 is rotated under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 68, the inclined surface of the rotary disc 67 is overlapped with the guide rail 64, then the ejector rod 65 and the abutting plate 69 move upwards, the abutting plate 69 pushes the opening of the T-shaped column tube 61, and the edge of the abutting block 69 is designed in an arc shape, so that the obstruction in the up-and-down sliding process can be reduced, when two sides of the abutting plate 69 respectively push the two I-shaped abutting rods 612 into the rectangular groove 611, the I-shaped abutting rods push the traction strip 603 abut against the two sides, the movement of the clamping mechanism 7 can be limited, and the limiting of the clamping mechanism 7 on the connecting wire 3 is facilitated.

It should be noted that, if the connecting thread 3 is not provided with the clamping mechanism 7 to help the limiting and the rebounding, the connecting thread can be stretched straightly and lose elasticity after being pulled for a long time.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the clamping mechanism 7 includes a V-shaped clamp plate 71, a T-shaped sliding plate 72, a concave inner block 73 and an elastic band 74, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 is fixedly installed at a lower position of a right side of the V-shaped clamp plate 71, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 penetrates through an inside of the support frame 8, the upper V-shaped clamp plate 71 and the lower V-shaped clamp plate 71 are connected by a traction bar 603, a slider of the T-shaped sliding plate 72 is a negative magnet, the concave inner block 73 is fixedly installed at a corner of the V-shaped clamp plate 71, a gap width of the concave inner block 73 is greater than a thickness of the connection line 3, two sides of the gap of the concave inner block 73 are provided with a leak hole, and the elastic band 74 is fixedly installed at a middle-upper position of the V-shaped clamp plate 71.

When the device works, under a normal condition, the connecting wire 3 is clamped in the V-shaped clamping plate 71, when the device body 1 runs, the probe head 4 drives the connecting wire 3 to downwards draw, under the action of the traction force of the traction strip 603, the connecting wire 3 drives the V-shaped clamping plate 71 to downwards move, meanwhile, the downwards traction speed of the connecting wire 3 is greater than the downwards sliding speed of the V-shaped clamping plate 71, therefore, the connecting wire 3 is downwards clamped in the V-shaped clamping plate 71 along the trend, when the connecting wire 3 downwards moves, the middle section position of the elastic belt 74 is abutted, the elastic belt 74 wraps the connecting wire 3 and is clamped into the clamping groove of the concave inner block 73 together, the V-shaped clamping plate 71 is closed due to the fact that the V-shaped clamping plate is pulled by the left end and the right end of the elastic belt 74, the concave inner block 73 is clamped tightly, so that the connecting wire 3 is limited in the V-shaped clamping plate 71, and therefore the synchronous downwards moving speed of the connecting wire 3 and the clamping mechanism 7 is kept conveniently.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, semicircular air bags 711 are embedded in the inner surface of the V-shaped clamp plate 71 near the upper positions of the left and right sides, and an exhaust pipe 712 is fixedly installed at the left side of the semicircular air bags 711, and the exhaust pipe 712 penetrates through the V-shaped clamp plate 71 and is connected with a leak hole on the inner surface of the concave inner block 73.

In operation, when the V-shaped clamping plate 71 is pressed by the connecting wire 3 to close the included angle, the two semicircular air bags 711 approach and press along with the closing of the V-shaped clamping plate 71, the air in the mutually pressed semicircular air bags 711 is exhausted through the exhaust pipe 712, and the exhausted air is blown to the inside of the concave inner block 73, so that the heat dissipation of the connecting wire 3 clamped in the gap can be facilitated.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the lower end of the left side of the supporting frame 8 is an inclined surface, the inclined surface is 30 ° to 40 °, the outer surfaces of the left and right sides of the supporting frame 8 are both provided with a second sliding slot 81, the T-shaped sliding plates 72 penetrate through the second sliding slot 81 to be attached to the inner wall of the supporting frame 8, the two T-shaped sliding plates 72 that are symmetrical to each other penetrate through the inside of the supporting frame 8, and the two T-shaped sliding plates 72 are connected by a connecting assembly 82.

When the device body 1 is used, the connecting wire 3 is pulled to be overlong along with the detection requirement, meanwhile, the connecting wire 3 moves along with the detection head 4, the connecting wire 3 close to the joint of the connecting wire 3 and the detection head 4 is very easy to touch with the belly of a pregnant woman, so that the couplant can be scraped on the belly, the contaminated couplant can be brought into other places along with the movement of the connecting wire 3, therefore, when the device is used, the connecting wire 3 is pulled along with the detection head 4, the clamping mechanism 7 slides up and down in the supporting frame 8 along with the pulling of the connecting wire 3, when the device slides normally, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 is connected to the straight second sliding groove 81 in a sliding manner, when the connecting wire 3 is pulled to be overlong, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 slides downwards, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 on the left side slides to the inclined plane at the lower end of the left side of the supporting frame 8, the connecting wire 3 close to the detection head 4 is retracted, so that when the connecting wire 3 is elongated along with the detection head 4, the contact of the connecting wire 3 with the belly skin and the couplant is reduced.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the number of the connecting assemblies 82 is two, and the connecting assemblies 82 are installed at front and rear positions of the T-shaped sliding plate 72, each of the connecting assemblies 82 includes a first semicircular bar 821, a second semicircular bar 822, two zigzag frames 823 and a roller 824, the number of the second semicircular bars 822 of each of the connecting assemblies 82 is two, and the two second semicircular bars 822 are respectively and fixedly installed at front and rear ends of the two T-shaped sliding plates 72, the first semicircular bar 821 is installed at rear ends of the two second semicircular bars 822 in a staggered manner, the number of the zigzag frames 823 is two, the two zigzag frames 823 are fixedly installed at positions close to left and right sides on an inner surface of the first semicircular bar 821, and the second semicircular bar 822 penetrates through the zigzag frames 823 and is connected to the roller 824.

When the connecting device works, when the left and right T-shaped sliding plates 72 are connected to the straight second sliding chute 81 in a sliding manner, the connecting assembly 82 is connected between the two T-shaped sliding plates 72, so that the left and right T-shaped sliding plates 72 can be kept on the same plane, the downward moving speeds of the left and right T-shaped sliding plates 72 can be kept close to each other, and the distortion of the connecting line 3 is reduced; when the connecting wire 3 is pulled too long, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 slides downward, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 on the left side slides to the inclined surface at the lower end of the left side of the supporting frame 8, meanwhile, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 on the right side remains stationary, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 on the left side moves towards the inside of the supporting frame 8, the two second semicircular strips 822 on the left side close to the front and the back move leftwards respectively, and the rolling shaft 824 also rolls towards the middle part of the first semicircular strip 821, so that the stable placement and movement of the T-shaped sliding plate 72 can be maintained.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, an adsorption assembly 9 is fixedly installed at a lower end of the extension unit 6, the adsorption assembly 9 penetrates through the inside of the support frame 8, the adsorption assembly 9 includes a first magnetic cylinder 91, a second magnetic cylinder 92 and a sponge strip 93, the first magnetic cylinder 91 is fixedly installed between the second magnetic cylinder 92 and the abutting plate 69, the diameter of the second magnetic cylinder 92 is greater than that of the first magnetic cylinder 91, the sponge strip 93 is filled in the inside of the first magnetic cylinder 91 and the second magnetic cylinder 92, the outer surface magnetic pole of the first magnetic cylinder 91 is a negative pole, and the outer surface magnetic pole of the second magnetic cylinder 92 is a positive pole.

When the device works, the bottom plate 69 drives the adsorption assembly 9 to move downwards by pressing the extension unit 6, the first magnetic cylinder 91 and the second magnetic cylinder 92 correspond to the second chute 81, when the connecting wire 3 drives the clamping mechanism 7 to normally pull downwards, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 slides along the straight second chute 81, at the moment, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 and the first magnetic cylinder 91 are in the same polarity repulsion, and the T-shaped sliding plate 72 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the support frame 8 under the action of the repulsion force of the magnet, so that the smooth movement of the T-shaped sliding plate 72 can be kept; when the stretching distance of the connecting wire 3 between the T-shaped sliding plate 72 and the first magnetic cylinder 91 is too long, the left T-shaped sliding plate 72 slides into the oblique second sliding groove 81, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 and the second magnetic cylinder 92 attract each other in opposite polarity, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 moves towards the inner side of the supporting frame 8, and meanwhile, the traction strip 603 and the V-shaped clamping plate 71 drive the connecting wire 3 to approach the supporting frame 8, so that the wire rope pull-back effect at the joint of the probing head 4 and the connecting wire 3 can be improved.

The working principle is as follows: when the device works, the T-shaped column tube 61 penetrates through one third of the inner part of the line tube of the connecting line 3, the rest connecting line 3 is clamped with the clamping mechanism 7, the using mode of the extension unit 6 is consistent with the working principle of a pressing type ball pen, the T-shaped push rod 62 is pressed downwards, the resisting plate 69 is pushed out from the tube mouth at the lower end of the T-shaped column tube 61, the resisting plate 69 upwards pushes the ejector rod 65, the ejector rod 65 is matched among the tube 63, the guide rail 64 and the first sliding groove 66 on the ejector rod 65, the ejector rod 65 pushes the rotary disc 67 upwards, then the inclined plane of the rotary disc 67 is separated from the lower end of the guide rail 64, the tip of the ejector rod 65 contacts and extrudes the inclined plane of the rotary disc 67, the rotary disc 67 rotates radially under the elastic force of the first spring 68, at the moment, the rotary disc 67 pushes the ejector rod 65 downwards, the ejector rod 65 pushes the resisting plate 69 downwards until the lower end of the resisting plate 69 penetrates through the T-shaped column tube 61, the resisting plate 69 is dislocated with the I-shaped resisting rod 612, the I-shaped abutting rod 612 is ejected from the rectangular groove 611 under the action of the elastic force of the elastic rope 613, the traction strip 603 can be pulled up and down, when the connecting wire 3 moves along with the detecting head 4, the elasticity of the connecting wire 3 is added, the traction strip 603 and the clamping mechanism 7 are also pulled when the connecting wire 3 is pulled downwards, after the use of the device body 1 is finished, the connecting wire 3 stops being pulled, the traction strip 603 automatically returns under the action of the spring leaf 604 of the spring, the T-shaped push rod 62 can be pressed again, the abutting plate 69 pushes the ejector rod 65 upwards, the tip end of the ejector rod 65 is separated from the inclined surface of the turntable 67, under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 68, the turntable 67 is rotated by radial force, the inclined surface on the turntable 67 is overlapped with the guide rail 64, then the ejector rod 65 and the abutting plate 69 move upwards, the abutting plate 69 pushes the T-shaped cylindrical tube 61 into the opening, and the left side and the right side of the abutting plate 69 pushes the I-shaped abutting rod 612 into the rectangular groove 611 and pulls the strip 603, therefore, the movement of the clamping mechanism 7 can be limited, when the connecting wire 3 is pulled along with the detecting head 4, the clamping mechanism 7 slides up and down in the supporting frame 8 along with the pulling of the connecting wire 3, when the connecting wire slides normally, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 is connected to the straight second sliding groove 81 in a sliding manner, when the connecting wire 3 is pulled too long, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 slides downwards, the T-shaped sliding plate 72 on the left side slides to the inclined plane at the lower end of the left side of the supporting frame 8, the connecting wire 3 close to the detecting head 4 is retracted inwards, and therefore when the connecting wire 3 is elongated and moves along with the detecting head 4, the contact of the connecting wire 3 with the belly skin and the couplant can be reduced.
