In a word, the control system provided by the invention only needs to set the electric control system to automatically switch the gear train phase of the cigarette machine when producing laser punched cigarettes or non-punched cigarettes, so that the manual labor is reduced, and the cigarette brand changing time is saved. After the cigarette production mode is switched to the non-punching cigarette production mode, the continuous abrasion of mechanical parts of laser punching equipment can be avoided, and the influence on the appearance quality and the loose end quality of cigarettes is also reduced.

The teeth 2 in the gear system 2 and the teeth 1 in the gear system 1 are required to be modified into a half-tooth structure, and no transmission relation exists between the teeth 1 and the teeth 2, so that the power transmission of the original cigarette machine is disconnected at the position, and the prior gear train and the subsequent gear train can be separately controlled under the condition that the transmission of the original gear system 1 and the gear system 2 is not changed.

(3) when the cigarette without punching is produced, the cigarette shifting wheel needs to be taken down or moved away, so that the cigarette shifting wheel does not contact with the cigarette, at the moment, the subsequent gear train controlled by the servo control system transmits the punching rotating gear to the cigarette adsorbed in the drum wheel groove b, and then the cigarette is transmitted to the subsequent gear train.
