The invention relates to a locking device, in particular to a novel locking device.

Background

A shackle is an article used to fasten two objects, and generally comprises a movable portion and a fixed portion, which are coupled and decoupled to lock and unlock the movable portion and the fixed portion.

The existing buckles mostly adopt single-end fastening buckles, such as a buckle device on a backpack, which is matched with a strap for locking. However, the above-mentioned lock catch mainly has the following problems in use: (1) the strap is difficult to wind into the lock catch; (2) for any section of strip, quick fastening cannot be realized; (3) for smoother straps, the desired fastening effect cannot be achieved. For some double-end fastening buckles which begin to be popular in the market at present, certain defects of the single-end fastening buckle are overcome to a certain extent, but certain problems exist, for example, two ends of a strip are difficult to release after being locked, and the strip can only be cut off.

Accordingly, there is a need for a new locking device.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a novel locking device which can avoid the problems of difficult strip winding, troublesome fastening and dismounting, poor fastening effect and low efficiency caused by the use of the existing locking device.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme to solve the technical problems:

a novel locking device comprises two identical sub-locks, wherein two strip fixing rods, two strip fastening rods and four riveting interfaces respectively corresponding to the strip fixing rods and the strip fastening rods are respectively arranged on the mounting surface of each sub-lock; the mounting surfaces of the two sub-latches are arranged oppositely, and the two matched sub-latches are fixed through riveting of the riveting interfaces on the sub-latch A and the strip fixing rod and the strip fastening rod on the sub-latch B, and riveting of the riveting interfaces on the strip fixing rod and the strip fastening rod on the sub-latch A and the sub-latch B.

As one of the preferable modes of the invention, the mounting surface of each sub-lock catch is divided into a left area and a right area which are respectively an interface distribution area and a winding rod distribution area; the connector distribution area is provided with four vertically-through riveting connectors, and the winding rod distribution area is provided with two strip fixing rods and two strip fastening rods; wherein, the strip fixing rod and the strip fastening rod are used for winding and fixing strips.

As one of the preferable modes of the present invention, with reference to the starting position of winding of the strip, the first strip fastening rod, the second strip fastening rod, and the first strip fastening rod are sequentially arranged on the winding rod distribution region from the near to the far, and the first fastening rod riveting interface, the second fixing rod riveting interface, and the first fixing rod riveting interface are sequentially arranged on the interface distribution region from the near to the far; the first fastening rod riveting interface, the second fixing rod riveting interface and the first fixing rod riveting interface are respectively corresponding to the first strip fastening rod, the second strip fixing rod and the first strip fixing rod of the other sub-lock catch in position and are in riveting fit with each other.

As one preferable mode of the present invention, the locking device formed by the strap and the two sub-locks has two matching states, namely a "single-lock matching state" and a "double-lock matching state"; under the matching state of the single lock catches, the two tail ends of the strip are matched and locked with the first strip fixing rod and the first strip fastening rod of the two sub lock catches; under the matching state of the double lock catches, the two tail ends of the strip are matched and locked with the first strip fixing rod, the first strip fastening rod, the second strip fixing rod and the second strip fastening rod of the two sub lock catches.

As one preferable mode of the present invention, when the strip is a rough strip, a single-locking-and-buckling-matching state is adopted between the strip and the locking device, and the specific matching structure is as follows: one end of the rough strip sequentially passes through the first strip fastening rod and the first strip fixing rod of the sub-lock from the initial position, and is wound around the first strip fixing rod for a circle and then penetrates back to the initial position, and at the moment, the tail end of the rough strip is fastened at the position of the first strip fastening rod.

As one preferable mode of the present invention, when the strip is a smooth strip, a double-locking-and-buckling-matching state is adopted between the strip and the locking device, and the specific matching structure is as follows: one end of the smooth strip sequentially passes through the first strip fastening rod and the first strip fixing rod of the sub-lock from the initial position, and penetrates back to the initial position after being wound for one circle; the smooth strip penetrating back to the initial position is wound by one circle of the first strip fastening rod, extends towards the direction of the second strip fastening rod, and penetrates back to the position of the second strip fastening rod after sequentially passing through the second strip fastening rod and the second strip fixing rod; at this time, the smooth type strips are fastened at the first and second strip fastening rods.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the locking device locks the two sub-locks in a riveting mode, is easy to assemble and disassemble, and is convenient for the strip to be inserted into the sub-locks; the invention realizes the quick fastening and dismounting of the two ends of the strip, greatly improves the fastening efficiency of the strip and realizes the repeated use of the strip and the lock catch; the method has the following specific advantages:

(1) the lock catch is a double-end fastening lock catch, so that the quick fastening of any section of strip can be realized;

(2) the strip is convenient to insert; the lock catch does not need to penetrate through the lock catch, and the sub lock catch is inserted into the sub lock catch according to a fixed mode;

(3) the lock catch is fast to install and disassemble; the two sub-lock catches are inserted oppositely to complete installation; after the strip is fastened, the stress direction when the lock catch is disassembled is vertical to the fastening direction, and the strip is easy to disassemble due to larger friction force;

(4) the lock catch is fastened in a riveting mode, and the size of the lock catch can be adjusted according to the width of the strip, namely, the effective lengths of the strip fixing rod and the strip fastening rod are adjusted;

(5) the single end of each sub-lock catch is a double-lock catch device, so that the smooth strip can be fastened.

Detailed Description

The following examples are given for the detailed implementation and specific operation of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the novel locking device of the present embodiment, which is used in cooperation with a strap 5, includes two identical sub-locks 1, and two strap fixing rods 2, two strap fastening rods 3, and four riveting interfaces 4 respectively corresponding to the strap fixing rods 2 and the strap fastening rods 3 are respectively disposed on an installation surface 13 of each sub-lock 1; the mounting surfaces 13 of the two sub-latches 1 are arranged oppositely, and the two matched sub-latches 1 are fixed by riveting the riveting interface 4 on the sub-latch A11 with the strap fixing rod 2 and the strap fixing rod 3 on the sub-latch B12 and riveting the riveting interface 4 on the strap fixing rod 2 and the strap fixing rod 3 on the sub-latch A11 with the sub-latch B12. In the embodiment, the locking device is a double-end fastening lock, so that the quick fastening of any section of the strip 5 can be realized; simultaneously, locking device locks two sub-hasp 1 through the riveted mode, very easily installs the dismantlement, and it is comparatively convenient to insert of strip 5 on sub-hasp 1, has greatly promoted the fastening efficiency of strip 5, has realized the used repeatedly of strip 5 and hasp.

The specific structure of the novel locking device is described below with reference to specific drawings.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the mounting surface 13 of each sub-latch 1 is divided into a left area and a right area, which are an interface distribution area 131 and a winding rod distribution area 132. The interface distribution area 131 is provided with four vertically-through riveting interfaces 4, and the winding rod distribution area 132 is provided with two strip fixing rods 2 and two strip fastening rods 3; wherein, two strip fixing rods 2 and two strip fastening rods 3 can be used for winding and fixing strips 5. This design makes the single end of each sub latch 1 of the present embodiment a double latch device, and can realize the reinforced fastening of the strap 5.

Further, referring to fig. 7, with the winding start position of the strip 5 as a reference, the first strip fastening rod 31, the second strip fastening rod 32, the second strip fastening rod 22, and the first strip fastening rod 21 are sequentially disposed on the winding rod distribution area 132 from the near to the far, and the first fastening rod riveting interface 41, the second fastening rod riveting interface 42, the second fastening rod riveting interface 43, and the first fastening rod riveting interface 44 are sequentially disposed on the interface distribution area 131 from the near to the far. Further, referring to fig. 5, the cross section of the first strap fastening rod 31 is trapezoidal, the cross section of the second strap fastening rod 32 is drop-shaped, the cross section of the second strap fastening rod 22 is circular, and the cross section of the first strap fastening rod 21 is cut circular; the shapes of the first fastening rod rivet joint 41, the second fastening rod rivet joint 42, the second fixing rod rivet joint 43, and the first fixing rod rivet joint 44 correspond to the shapes of the first strap fastening rod 31, the second strap fastening rod 32, the second strap fixing rod 22, and the first strap fixing rod 21, respectively.

Meanwhile, referring to fig. 7, in the first strap fastening bar 31 having a trapezoidal cross section, the upper bottom portion 311 of the trapezoid is wound into the initial position toward the strap 5, and the lower bottom portion 312 thereof is wound toward the position of the second strap fastening bar 32; on the second strip fastening rod 32 with the cross section in the shape of a water drop, the tip 321 in the shape of the water drop is obliquely arranged and specifically inclines to the position of the first strip fastening rod 21; on the first tape fixing lever 21 having a cut circular cross section, the arc-shaped portion 211 of the cut circle is directed toward the tape 5 winding start position, and the cut portion 212 thereof is distant from the tape 5 winding start position.

It should be noted that, the position arrangement and the shape design of each strap fastening rod 3 and the strap fixing rod 2 all enable the locking device of the present embodiment to be fastened and detached better and faster when being used in cooperation with the strap 5.

In addition, it should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the strap 5 and the locking device formed by the two sub-locks 1 have two engagement states, i.e. a "single-lock engagement state" and a "double-lock engagement state", as shown in fig. 8 to 11. In the single-buckle matching state, referring to fig. 8, the two ends of the strap 5 are matched and locked with the first strap fixing rod 21 and the first strap fastening rod 31 of the two sub-buckles 1; in the double buckle engaged state, referring to fig. 10, both ends of the strap 5 are engaged and locked with the first strap fixing bar 21, the first strap fastening bar 31, the second strap fixing bar 22, and the second strap fastening bar 32 of the two sub-buckles 1.

Specifically, referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the strip 5 is a rough strip 51, the strip 5 and the locking device are in a single-locking matching state, and the matching structure is as follows: one end of the rough-type strap 5 passes through the first strap fastening bar 31 and the first strap fixing bar 21 of the sub-buckle 1 in order from the initial position, and passes back to the initial position after being wound one turn around the first strap fixing bar 21, at which time, the end of the rough-type strap 5 is fastened at the position of the first strap fastening bar 31.

Referring to fig. 10 and 11, when the strip is a smooth strip 52, the strip 5 and the locking device are in a double-locking matching state, and the specific matching structure is as follows: one end of the smooth type strip 52 passes through the first strip fastening bar 31 and the first strip fixing bar 21 of the sub buckle 1 in sequence from the initial position, and passes back to the initial position after being wound one turn around the first strip fixing bar 21; the smooth type strip 52, which is pulled back to the initial position, extends toward the second strip fastening rod 32 after being wound once around the first strip fastening rod 31, and is pulled back to the second strip fastening rod 32 after passing through the second strip fastening rod 32, the second strip fixing rod 22 in order; at this time, the smooth type strips 52 are fastened at the positions of the first and second strip fastening rods 31 and 32.

The using method comprises the following steps: referring to fig. 12 and 13, the strap 5 is wound around the outer circumference of the object to be fastened, and both ends of the strap 5 are wound around the corresponding strap fixing bar 2 and strap fastening bar 3 of the two sub-buckles 1, respectively; when the strap 5 and the sub-lock catches 1 are fastened in place, the two sub-lock catches 1 are installed and fixed in an opposite insertion mode.

The lock catch has the advantages that:

(1) the lock catch is a double-end fastening lock catch, so that the quick fastening of any section of the strip 5 can be realized;

(2) the strip 5 is convenient to insert; the lock catch does not need to penetrate through the lock catch, and the sub lock catch 1 is inserted into the sub lock catch according to a fixed mode;

(3) the lock catch is fast to install and disassemble; the two sub-lock catches 1 are inserted oppositely to complete installation; after the strip 5 is fastened, the stress direction when the lock catch is disassembled is vertical to the fastening direction, and the lock catch is only subjected to larger friction force and is easy to disassemble;

(4) the latch is fastened in a riveting mode, referring to fig. 14, the size of the latch can be adjusted according to the width of the strap 5, namely, the effective lengths of the strap fixing rod 2 and the strap fastening rod 3 are adjusted;

(5) the single end of each sub-lock catch 1 is a double-lock catch device, and the smooth strip can be fastened in an enhanced mode.
