In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6, the active warning device 409 includes a housing 40901, the housing 40901 is fixed on the top surface of the cabinet body 1, a through groove 40902 communicating the housing 40901 with the longitudinal groove 404 is formed on the surface of the cabinet body 1, the front and rear sides of the inner wall of the housing 40901 are rotatably connected with a parity shaft 40903, the surfaces of the parity shaft 40903 and the middle shaft 405 are both fixedly sleeved with chain wheels 40904, and the two chain wheels 40904 are in transmission connection through the chain 40905;

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 7, the passive warning mechanism 5 includes a winding cavity 501, the winding cavity 501 is opened at the bottom of the cabinet body 1 and is communicated with the cable channel 417, a winding shaft 502 is rotatably connected inside the winding cavity 501, and a bright warning pad 503 is wound on the surface of the winding shaft 502;

the outer end of the bright warning pad 503 penetrates the cabinet body 1 and is fixedly connected with a cross bar 504 outside, a guide groove 505 communicated with the cable way 417 is formed in the surface of the cabinet body 1, a pull arm 506 is fixedly connected to the surface of the cross bar 504 in the guide groove 505, and the pull arm 506 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the steel cable 407.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, and fig. 6, the surface of the pulley 406 is provided with a texture matching with the steel cable 407, and the top of the longitudinal groove 404 is provided with a pressing wheel matching with the steel cable 407 and the texture, so that a better friction force is provided between the pulley 406 and the steel cable 407, and it is ensured that the pulley 406 and the neutral shaft 405 can rotate effectively following the drawing of the steel cable 407.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, two ring partitions are symmetrically and fixedly connected to an inner wall of the housing 40901 along the coil spring 40906, so as to limit two sides of the coil spring 40906 to a certain extent and ensure that the coil spring can be rolled and knocked in order.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the front end of the reel 502 penetrates through the cabinet body 1 and extends to the outside, and the front end of the reel 502 is fixedly sleeved with a turntable, so that the maintenance personnel can roll the bright warning pad 503, pull the steel cable 407 and the embedded rectangular ring 402 to return to the original position, and refill the heat-sensitive glass tube 419 for reuse.

A use method of a self-starting fireproof diffusion switch cabinet comprises the following steps:

s1, when the inside of the switch cabinet is on fire, the temperature inside the switch cabinet rises, the temperature sensing of the heat-sensitive glass tube 419 is broken, and when only one heat-sensitive glass tube 419 is started, the corresponding torsion spring 414 can drive the shifting arm 413 and the rotating shaft 411 to rotate upwards, and drive the other rotating shaft 411 to rotate upwards through the connecting shaft 415, so that the other heat-sensitive glass tubes 419 are broken through bending, and the effective starting of related equipment is ensured;

s2, the steel cable 407 is unlocked by breaking the heat-sensitive glass tube 419, so that the steel cable 407 cannot lock the embedded rectangular ring 402, the steel cable descends by self gravity, the folded fire shield cushion 403 is pulled to expand downwards until the embedded rectangular ring 402 is embedded with the embedded base 2, at the moment, the fire shield cushion 403 can seal equipment arranged inside the cabinet body 1, if the fire point is positioned on the equipment, the fire epitaxy can be isolated, the closed area accelerates the consumption of internal oxygen, so that the fire is inhibited and self-extinguished, if the fire point is positioned on the cabinet body 1, the fire can be isolated from main equipment, the external fire is prevented from being transmitted to electric equipment, and the loss caused by the fire can be effectively reduced;

s3, in the process of S2, the wire cable 407 is pulled by the embedded torque ring 402 to synchronously pull the wire wheel 406 and the middle shaft 405 to rotate, and the chain 40905 drives the top homothetic shaft 40903 to rotate so as to tighten the coil spring 40906 for strengthening, and the coil spring 40906 in the strengthened state continuously drives the convex hammer 40907 to move along the housing 40901 to stir and strike the bell sheet 40908, so that people can actively warn outwards through the bell sound, and can know the fire;

s4, in the process of the above-mentioned S2, the steel cable 407 is pulled by the engaging rectangular ring 402 to move up the horizontal bar 504 synchronously by the pulling arm 506, and the bright warning pad 503 on the surface of the reel 502 is pulled out, so that the warning is made to the outside by the warning color, further increasing the rate of the fire.
