A common event management system, the common event involving a plurality of individuals, the management system comprising: a data acquisition module, a data processing module, a medical resource scheduling module and a grid management module,

wherein the data acquisition module is configured to obtain initial data about the common event from a plurality of data sources;

the data processing module is configured to process the initial data to obtain processed data;

the medical resource scheduling module is configured to receive individual service requests and allocate currently available medical resources for individuals requesting service according to the individual service requests; and

the grid management module is configured to divide a geographical area governed by the management system into a plurality of grids, and assign a plurality of grid administrators to the plurality of grids to manage individuals within the plurality of grids, respectively.

The public event management system of claim 1, wherein the initial data regarding the public event comprises at least one of basic data, physical condition data, liquidity data, and contacter data for a plurality of individuals involved in the public event.

The public event management system of claim 2 wherein the base data includes at least one of the address, age, gender, identification number;

the physical condition data comprises at least one of clinical symptom data, physical sign data, and diagnostic result data;

the mobility data comprises the travel history data; and

the contacter data includes at least one of data of whether to contact an individual having an abnormal physical condition and data of whether to contact an individual having a travel history for a predetermined geographic region.

The common event management system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising an individual information declaration module,

wherein the individual information declaring module is configured to allow the accessed individual to declare individual data;

the individual data comprises at least one of basic data, physical condition data, flowability data, and contacter data;

the data collection module is configured to obtain the individual data from the individual information declaration module as at least part of the initial data regarding the common event.

The public event management system of claim 4, wherein the data acquisition module is further configured to obtain data from at least one of an online hospital visit data source, an offline hospital visit data source, an emergency assistance platform data source, and a signs monitoring device data source as the initial data regarding the public event at least in part.

The common event management system of claim 5, wherein the vital signs monitoring device data source is in communication with a plurality of vital signs monitoring devices; and

the plurality of sign monitoring devices comprise at least one of body temperature detection devices arranged in public places, instruments arranged in hospitals and used for monitoring patients and wearable monitoring terminals.

The common event management system of any of claims 1-6, wherein the grid management module comprises a meshing submodule and a grid administrator submodule;

the grid partitioning submodule is configured to partition a region under jurisdiction of the management system into the plurality of grids; and

the grid manager submodule is configured to establish communication with the plurality of grid managers respectively, and to associate a plurality of individuals in the plurality of grids with the plurality of grids respectively and with the plurality of grid managers respectively, whereby the plurality of grid managers can manage the plurality of individuals in the plurality of grids respectively.

The common event management system of claim 7, wherein the grid management module is further configured to obtain the initial data about the common events from the data collection module and provide the initial data about the common events to corresponding grid administrators, respectively.

The common event management system of claim 7 or 8, wherein the processed data comprises a list of abnormal individuals who are individually affiliated with the plurality of grids;

the abnormal individual belongs to at least one of an individual with abnormal physical state, an individual with a travel history of a preset geographic area, an individual contacted with an individual with abnormal physical state and an individual contacted with an individual with a travel history of a preset geographic area; and

the grid management module is configured to obtain the lists of the abnormal individuals respectively affiliated to the grids from the data processing module and provide the lists of the abnormal individuals respectively affiliated to the grids to the grid managers respectively.

The common event management system of claim 9, wherein the abnormal physical condition individuals belong to at least one of individuals with abnormal clinical symptom data, individuals with abnormal physical sign data, and individuals with abnormal diagnosis results.

The common event management system of any of claims 7-10, wherein the processed data comprises a list of individuals respectively affiliated with the plurality of grids that have not declared individual data for a predetermined time;

the grid management module is configured to obtain the list of the individuals respectively belonging to the grids and having no claim on individual data within a preset time from the data processing module, and provide the list of the individuals respectively belonging to the grids and having no claim on individual data within a preset time to the grid managers respectively.

The common event management system of any of claims 7-11, wherein the grid administrator submodule is further configured to assign a troubleshooting task to each of the plurality of grid administrators, and to obtain feedback information of the assigned troubleshooting tasks by the plurality of grid administrators.

The common event management system of any of claims 7-12, wherein the management system further comprises a grid administrator terminal module for each of the plurality of grid administrators;

the grid administrator terminal module is configured to communicate with the grid administrator submodule and is further configured to allow each of the plurality of grid administrators to tag and upload tagged data for a particular individual in a managed grid.

The common event management system according to any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the processing data includes statistical results of current physical conditions of a plurality of individuals involved in the common event, at least one of a trend of change of an important attention individual of the plurality of individuals involved in the common event and a region distribution statistical result of the important attention individual of the plurality of individuals involved in the common event;

the statistics of the current physical conditions of the plurality of individuals involved in the common event comprise at least one of statistics of current vital sign data of the plurality of individuals involved in the common event and statistics of current clinical symptom data of the plurality of individuals involved in the common event; and

the focused attention individual belongs to at least one of a confirmed individual, a suspected individual, a cured individual, an individual who is died of illness, an individual who is in close contact with the confirmed individual, an individual who receives medical observation in the individuals who are in close contact with the confirmed individual, and an individual who relieves medical observation in the individuals who are in close contact with the confirmed individual.

The common event management system of any of claims 1-14, wherein the medical resource scheduling module comprises a hospital scheduling submodule;

the hospital scheduling sub-module is configured to allocate the offline hospital to the individual requesting the service or establish a connection between the individual requesting the service and a hospital providing the online service based on the positioning data of the individual requesting the service, the amount of treatment taken by the hospital, and the physical condition of the individual requesting the service.

The common event management system of claim 15, wherein the medical resource scheduling module further comprises an emergency tender scheduling sub-module;

the hospital scheduling sub-module is configured to assign the offline hospital for the individual requesting service; and

the emergency vehicle dispatch sub-module is configured to assign emergency vehicles based on the location data of the individual requesting the service, the offline hospital, and the distribution of currently available emergency vehicles.

The common event management system of claim 15, wherein the hospital scheduling submodule is configured to establish a connection between the individual requesting service and the hospital providing the online service; and

the hospital scheduling sub-module is further configured to obtain diagnostic data of the service-requesting individual and provide the diagnostic data of the service-requesting individual to the data acquisition module.

The common event management system of any of claims 1-17, further comprising an information providing module,

wherein the information providing module is configured to publish at least one of key individual statistics, protection knowledge and rumor splitting information; and

the information providing module is further configured to include providing at least one of confirmed individual travel history information and medical resource information for a specified area.

The common event management system according to any one of claims 1-18, wherein the management system further comprises individual service modules for individual terminals,

the individual service module is configured to communicate with the medical resource scheduling module to transmit the individual service request and establish a service connection.

The common event management system of claim 19, wherein the individual service module is further configured to communicate with the grid management module to allow the individual service module to communicate with a grid administrator of the affiliated grid; and

the individual service module is further configured to communicate with the individual information declaration module to allow the individual information declaration module to collect individual data.
