As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a mask assistor comprises two air inlet pipes 1 capable of being inserted into nostrils, wherein the air inlet pipes 1 are matched with the nostrils, the two air inlet pipes 1 are connected through a connecting strip 2, the air inlet pipe 1 is radially provided with an air outlet pipe 3 communicated with a pipeline of the air inlet pipe 1, the air outlet pipe 3 is provided with an air outlet one-way valve 4 communicated when a user exhales, the air inlet pipe 1 is provided with an air inlet one-way valve 5 communicated when the user inhales, and the air outlet one-way valve 4 and the air inlet one-way valve 5 both adopt film one-way valves; and a clamp 6 for clamping the mask is arranged at the other end of the air outlet pipe 3 far away from the air inlet pipe 1.

The air outlet pipe 3 is flat, and the air outlet pipe 3 extends outwards from the air inlet pipe 1 to form an arc shape and is attached to the curve of the face of a human body; the air inlet pipe 1, the air outlet pipe 3 and the connecting strip 2 are integrally formed and made of food-grade liquid silica gel.
