5. The three-cavity split mask according to claim 2, wherein:

the first isolation mechanism further comprises at least one first concave portion facing the liquid chamber, and each first concave portion is connected with the corresponding first convex portion.

6. The three-cavity split mask according to claim 2, wherein:

the second isolation mechanism is provided with at least one second protruding part facing the film cavity, the second isolation mechanism is of a second wave-shaped structure, and the second protruding part is arc-shaped;

when the powder chamber is pressed so that the second isolation mechanism is subjected to a set pressure, the second convex portion of the second isolation mechanism is damaged.

7. The three-cavity split mask according to claim 2, wherein:

the second isolation mechanism further comprises at least one second concave part facing the powder cavity, and each second concave part is connected with the corresponding second convex part.

8. The three-cavity split mask according to claim 2, wherein:

the volume of the powder cavity is smaller than that of the liquid cavity, and the volume of the liquid cavity is smaller than that of the membrane cavity.

9. The three-cavity split mask according to claim 2, wherein:

the plastic package is rectangular; the mask package is provided with a notch convenient to tear;

the volume of the powder cavity is 1/3-2/3 of the volume of the liquid cavity; the volume of the liquid cavity and the powder cavity is 0.8-1.5 times of the volume of the film cavity.

10. The three-cavity split mask according to claim 2, wherein:

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, relates to a facial mask, and particularly relates to a three-cavity separation type facial mask.

Background

In the conventional facial mask in the market, a mask cloth and a feed liquid are arranged in a cavity. After the consumers open the facial mask bag, the facial mask cloth is taken out for use.

The feed liquid in the mask contains important active ingredients, and the active ingredients of the existing mask are dissolved and absorbed on mask cloth and are not fresh; moreover, some active ingredients are unstable and cannot be made into aqueous solutions.

In view of the above, there is a need to design a new mask structure to overcome at least some of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the existing mask structures.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a three-cavity separation type mask which can improve the freshness of active ingredients of the mask and improve the active effect of the active ingredients.

In order to solve the technical problem, according to one aspect of the present invention, the following technical solutions are adopted:

a three-cavity separation type facial mask comprises a plastic package, wherein a powder cavity, a liquid cavity and a membrane cavity are formed in the plastic package, powder is contained in the powder cavity, essence is contained in the liquid cavity, and a facial mask body is contained in the membrane cavity;

the powder cavity is isolated from the liquid cavity through a first isolation mechanism, when the liquid cavity is extruded and the first isolation mechanism is subjected to set pressure, the first isolation mechanism is damaged, essence in the liquid cavity can enter the powder cavity, and the essence and the powder are mixed to form a mixture;

the powder cavity and the film cavity are isolated by a second isolation mechanism, when the powder cavity is extruded to enable the second isolation mechanism to bear set pressure, the second isolation mechanism is damaged, the mixture in the powder cavity can enter the film cavity, and the mask body in the film cavity can absorb the components of the mixture;

the plastic package comprises a first package surface and a second package surface, and the set areas of the first package surface and the second package surface are sealed in a plastic thermal welding mode to form the powder cavity, the liquid cavity and the film cavity;

one side of the powder cavity is adjacent to one side of the liquid cavity, and a first adhesive edge is arranged between the powder cavity and the liquid cavity; adhering a first area of the first adhering edge to form the first isolation mechanism; the bearable pressure of the first area of the first pasting edge is smaller than the bearable pressure of other areas of the first pasting edge; when the liquid cavity is squeezed to enable the first sticking edge to be subjected to set pressure, the set part of the first area of the first sticking edge is damaged, and essence in the liquid cavity can enter the powder cavity;

one side of the powder cavity is adjacent to one side of the film cavity, and a second adhesive edge is arranged between the powder cavity and the film cavity; a second area of the second pasting edge is pasted to form the second isolation mechanism; the bearable pressure of the second area of the second sticking edge is smaller than the bearable pressure of other areas of the second sticking edge; when the powder cavity is squeezed to enable the second pasting edge to be subjected to set pressure, the set part of the second area of the second pasting edge is damaged, and the mixture in the powder cavity can enter the film cavity;

the first isolation mechanism is provided with at least one first protruding part facing the powder cavity, the first isolation mechanism is of a first wave-shaped structure, and the first protruding part is arc-shaped; when the liquid cavity is squeezed so that the first isolation mechanism is subjected to set pressure, the first protruding part of the first isolation mechanism is damaged; the first isolation mechanism further comprises at least one first concave part facing the liquid cavity, and each first concave part is connected with the corresponding first convex part;

the second isolation mechanism is provided with at least one second protruding part facing the film cavity, the second isolation mechanism is of a second wave-shaped structure, and the second protruding part is arc-shaped; when the powder cavity is pressed to enable the second isolating mechanism to be subjected to set pressure, the second protruding part of the second isolating mechanism is damaged; the second isolation mechanism also comprises at least one second concave part facing the powder cavity, and each second concave part is connected with the corresponding second convex part;

the plastic package is rectangular; the mask package is provided with a notch convenient to tear; the volume of the powder cavity is 1/3-2/3 of the volume of the liquid cavity; the volume of the liquid cavity and the powder cavity is 0.8-1.5 times of the volume of the film cavity.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the first isolation mechanism is provided with at least one first protruding portion facing the powder cavity, the first isolation mechanism is of a first wave-shaped structure, and the first protruding portion is arc-shaped;

when the liquid chamber is squeezed so that the first isolation mechanism is subjected to a set pressure, the first convex portion of the first isolation mechanism is damaged.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the first isolation mechanism further includes at least one first concave portion facing the liquid chamber, and each first concave portion is connected to a corresponding first convex portion.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the second isolation mechanism is provided with at least one second protruding portion facing the film cavity, the second isolation mechanism is in a second wave-shaped structure, and the second protruding portion is in an arc shape;

when the powder chamber is pressed so that the second isolation mechanism is subjected to a set pressure, the second convex portion of the second isolation mechanism is damaged.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the second isolation mechanism further includes at least one second concave portion facing the powder chamber, and each second concave portion is connected to a corresponding second convex portion.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the volume of the powder chamber is smaller than the volume of the liquid chamber, and the volume of the liquid chamber is smaller than the volume of the membrane chamber.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the plastic package is rectangular; the volume of the powder cavity is 1/3-2/3 of the volume of the liquid cavity; the volume of the liquid cavity and the powder cavity is 0.8-1.5 times of the volume of the film cavity.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the plastic package is integrally molded; or the plastic package comprises a first package surface and a second package surface, and the set area of the first package surface and the set area of the second package surface are sealed in a plastic heat welding mode to form the powder cavity, the liquid cavity and the film cavity.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the mask pack is provided with a notch for easy tearing.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the three-cavity separation type mask provided by the invention can improve the freshness of active ingredients of the mask and improve the active effect of the active ingredients. The facial mask disclosed by the invention is used for mixing and dissolving the powdery active ingredients and the essence, and absorbing the active ingredients by the membrane cloth, so that the active ingredients are uniformly mixed and the active effect can be kept.

The description in this section is for several exemplary embodiments only, and the present invention is not limited only to the scope of the embodiments described. It is within the scope of the present disclosure and protection that the same or similar prior art means and some features of the embodiments may be interchanged.

The invention discloses a three-cavity separation type mask, and fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the three-cavity separation type mask in one embodiment of the invention; referring to fig. 1, the three-cavity separated facial mask comprises a plastic package, wherein the plastic package is provided with a powder cavity 1, a liquid cavity 2 and a membrane cavity 3, the powder cavity 1 contains powder, the liquid cavity 2 contains essence, and the membrane cavity 3 contains a facial mask body. In one embodiment, the powder chamber 1 may contain dry powder (such as lyophilized powder, active dry powder, or active dry powder 1 g); the liquid cavity 2 contains 25-30 g of essence.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first isolation mechanism 5 is provided with at least one first protruding portion 41 (usually one is provided) facing the powder cavity, the first isolation mechanism 4 is a first wave-shaped structure, and the first protruding portion 41 is arc-shaped (of course, other shapes are also possible); when the liquid chamber 2 is pressed so that the first isolation mechanism 4 is subjected to a set pressure, the first convex portion 41 (the weakest point of damage) of the first isolation mechanism 4 is damaged. In one embodiment, the first isolation mechanism 4 further comprises at least one first concave portion 42 facing the liquid chamber, and each first concave portion 42 is connected with a corresponding first convex portion 41.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the second isolation mechanism 5 has at least one second protruding portion 51 (usually one) facing the film cavity 3, the second isolation mechanism 5 has a second wave-shaped structure, and the second protruding portion 51 is arc-shaped; when the powder chamber 1 is pressed so that the second isolation mechanism 5 is subjected to a set pressure, the second convex portion 51 (the weakest point of damage) of the second isolation mechanism 5 is damaged. In one embodiment, the second isolation mechanism 5 further includes at least one second concave portion 52 facing the powder chamber, and each second concave portion 52 is connected to a corresponding second convex portion 51. Since the liquid is easy to break through from the most concave point under the condition of stress, the liquid can be ensured not to flow out from other areas.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a volume of the powder chamber is smaller than a volume of the liquid chamber, and the volume of the liquid chamber is smaller than a volume of the film chamber. In one embodiment, the volume of the powder cavity is 1/3-2/3 of the volume of the liquid cavity; the volume of the liquid cavity and the powder cavity is 0.8-1.5 times of the volume of the film cavity. pressing the powder cavity to enable the second sticking edge to be subjected to enough force, wherein a set part (a part protruding towards the film cavity) of a second area of the second sticking edge is damaged, and the mixture in the powder cavity can enter the film cavity and be absorbed by the film cloth;

tearing the mask package, and taking out the mask cloth which fully absorbs the essence and the active powder for use.

In conclusion, the three-cavity separation type mask provided by the invention can improve the freshness of active ingredients of the mask and improve the activity effect of the active ingredients. The facial mask disclosed by the invention is used for mixing and dissolving the powdery active ingredients and the essence, and absorbing the active ingredients by the membrane cloth, so that the active ingredients are uniformly mixed and the active effect can be kept.
