2. The fixation device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the at least one fixation area (120) is configured to latch the at least one tube (200), preferably the at least one tube (200), to the at least one support (300).

3. The fastening device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the at least one fastening region (120) is elastically deformable or less elastically deformable than the at least one receiving region (110).

4. The fixation device (100) according to claim 1, the fixation device (100) comprising at least one stabilizing member (130), the at least one stabilizing member (130) being configured to stabilize the fixation device (100), preferably the fixation device (100) when the at least one fixation area (120) fixes the at least one tube (200), preferably the at least one tube (200) to the at least one support (300).

5. The fixation device (100) according to claim 1, the fixation device (100) comprising at least one fastening member (140), the at least one fastening member (140) being configured to fasten the fixation device (100) to the at least one support (300), preferably to fasten the fixation device (100) when the at least one fixation zone (120) secures the at least one tube (200), preferably the at least one tube (200) to the at least one support (300).

6. The fixation device (100) according to claim 1, wherein the at least one stabilizing member (130) and/or the at least one fastening member (140) is the at least one electrical conductor (101).

7. A tube (200), preferably a tube (200), comprising at least one groove (220), the at least one groove (220) being configured to cooperate with the at least one fixation area (120) of the fixation device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 6.

8. The tube (200), preferably a tube (200), according to claim 7, wherein the at least one tube (200) comprises at least one support member (240), preferably at least one ring, configured to stabilize the at least one tube (200), preferably the at least one tube (200).

9. Support (300) comprising at least one electrically conductive surface (310), the at least one electrically conductive surface (310) being configured to be electrically connected to a tube (200), preferably a tube (200) according to claim 7 or 8, by means of the at least one electrical conductor (101) of the fixation device (100) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 6.

10. The support (300) according to claim 9, the support (300) comprising a fastening region (340), the fastening region (340) being configured to cooperate with the at least one fastening member (140) of the fixation device (100).

11. A fixation kit (400) comprising at least:

-at least one fixation device (100) according to claim 7;

-at least one tube (200), preferably a tube (200), according to claim 7; and the combination of (a) and (b),

-at least one support (300) according to claim 9.

12. A fixing method (500) for fixing at least one tube (200), preferably a pipe (200), according to claim 7 by means of at least one fixing device (100) according to claim 1 and for electrical connection to at least one support (300) according to claim 9; the fixation method (500) comprises at least one of the following steps:

-receiving (510) at least one tube (200), preferably at least one tube (200), into the at least one receiving area (110) of the at least one fixture (100);

-moving (520) the at least one fixing device (100) such that the at least one pipe (200), preferably the at least one pipe (200), is from the at least one receiving area (110) to the at least one fixing area (120);

-inserting (530) said at least one tube (200), preferably said at least one tube (200), into said at least one fixing zone (120);

-fixing (540) said at least one tube (200), preferably said at least one tube (200), to said at least one support (300); and the combination of (a) and (b),

-electrically connecting (550) the at least one tube (200), preferably the at least one tube (200), to the at least one support (300).

13. Fixing method (500) according to the preceding claim, the fixing method (500) comprising at least one fastening step (560) to the at least one support (300).

14. The fixation method (500) according to claim 12, wherein the at least one of receiving (510), moving (520), inserting (530), fixing (540), connecting (550), and/or fastening (560) is performed sequentially and/or simultaneously.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to watches and more particularly to quartz watches.

Background

In some tables that include pointers, it is critical that electrical contact be established. However, such electrical contact may exist at the beginning of the life of the watch, but it may end up deteriorating until it disappears.

In fact, such electrical contact is established during the assembly of the various parts, and in particular during the assembly of the motor module: first, the metal element is driven on the support, then the electronic board, for example comprising the sensor, is assembled with said electrical element, then the assembly is fixed to said support. The metal element is connected to the electronic board and in particular to the body (mass) of the electronic board by means of metallised zones, so as to enable the passage of signals.

In addition to this, as previously mentioned, many problems or problems arise during assembly, such as for example tolerance stack-up of various components, which makes the fixing of these components increasingly ineffective and allows gaps to occur when the tolerances are below average; or conversely, when the tolerances are higher than average, the fixing is so significant as to cause a deterioration of all or part of the assembly and also to allow the appearance of cracks, because the electronic board may have already cracked.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention proposes to solve all or part of the above drawbacks by means of a fixing device for fixing at least one pipe (preferably at least one pipe element) and for electrically connecting said at least one pipe (preferably said at least one pipe element) to at least one support; the fixing device includes:

-at least one receiving area; the at least one receiving area is configured to receive the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube);

-at least one fixation area; the at least one fixing zone is configured to fix the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) to the at least one support; and the combination of (a) and (b),

-at least one electrical conductor; the at least one electrical conductor is configured to electrically connect the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube member) to the at least one support.

According to one embodiment, the fixing means is a key.

According to one embodiment, the fixation means is the at least one electrical conductor.

Thanks to this arrangement, the fixing means make it possible to fix the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) to the at least one support and to minimize the axial clearance between the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) and the at least one support and thereby ensure a permanent electrical axial contact between the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) and the at least one support.

According to one embodiment, the at least one receiving area and the at least one fixing area are coplanar.

Thanks to this arrangement, the at least one tube, preferably the at least one tube, can be received into the at least one receiving zone and fixed in or via the at least one fixing zone by moving the fixing means parallel to the plane formed by the at least one receiving zone and the at least one fixing zone.

According to one embodiment, the at least one fixing area is configured to latch the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) to the at least one support.

Thanks to this arrangement, the fixing means makes it possible to minimize the gap between the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) and the at least one support and to ensure electrical contact between the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) and the at least one support.

According to one embodiment, the at least one fixing region is elastically deformable or is less elastically deformable than the at least one receiving region.

Thanks to this arrangement, the at least one fixing zone can be deformed so as to fix the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube member) to the at least one support by exerting a force on the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube member).

According to one embodiment, the fixation device comprises at least one stabilizing member configured to stabilize the fixation device, preferably when the at least one fixation area fixes the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) to the at least one support.

According to one embodiment, the at least one stabilizing member protrudes together with the fixation device.

According to one embodiment, the at least one stabilizing member defines the at least one receiving area and/or the at least one fixing area.

Thanks to one or other of these aforementioned arrangements, the at least one stabilizing member makes it possible to stabilize and/or minimize the gap between the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) and the at least one support and to ensure the electrical contact between the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) and the at least one support.

According to one embodiment, said fixing means comprise at least one fastening member configured to fasten said fixing means to said at least one support, preferably when said at least one fixing zone fixes said at least one pipe (preferably said at least one pipe) to said at least one support.

According to one embodiment, the at least one fastening member protrudes together with the fixation device.

According to one embodiment, the at least one fastening member is a snap.

According to one embodiment, the at least one fastening member protrudes with respect to a plane of the at least one receiving area and/or the at least one fixing area.

Thanks to one or other of these aforementioned arrangements, the at least one fastening member makes it possible to fasten the fixing device to the at least one support by limiting the movement of the fixing device and to ensure the fixing of the at least one tube (preferably of the at least one pipe piece) to the at least one support.

According to an embodiment, the at least one stabilizing member and/or the at least one fastening member is the at least one electrical conductor.

The present invention relates to a pipe, preferably a tube, comprising at least one groove configured to cooperate with the at least one fixation area of the fixation device according to the present invention.

With this arrangement, it is possible to receive the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) into the at least one receiving zone and to insert the at least one slot into the at least one fixing zone in order to fix the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) to the at least one support.

The present invention relates to a support comprising at least one electrically conductive surface configured to be electrically connected to the pipe (preferably the tube) according to the invention by means of the at least one electrical conductor of the fixing device according to the invention.

Thanks to this arrangement, the at least one support ensures electrical contact with the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) by means of the fixing means.

According to one embodiment, the support comprises a fastening zone configured to cooperate with the at least one fastening member of the fixation device.

According to one embodiment, the fastening area is a notch.

Due to one or the other of these aforementioned arrangements, the fixation means may be locked in a radial position.

The invention relates to a fixation kit comprising at least:

-at least one fixing device according to the invention;

-at least one tube (preferably at least one tube piece) according to the invention; and the combination of (a) and (b),

-at least one support according to the invention.

Thanks to this arrangement, the fixing means make it possible to fix the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) to the at least one support and to minimize the gap between the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) and the at least one support and thereby ensure the electrical contact between the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) and the at least one support.

-fixing said at least one tube (preferably said at least one tube) to said at least one support; and the combination of (a) and (b),

-electrically connecting the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) to the at least one support.

Thanks to this arrangement, the fixing method makes it possible to fix the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) to at least one support and to minimize the axial clearance between the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) and the at least one support and thereby ensure a permanent electrical axial contact between the at least one tube (preferably the at least one tube) and the at least one support.

Detailed Description

In some tables that include pointers, electrical contact is sufficient or electrical connection is sufficient for proper operation of the table. Although some faults can be detected during assembly or during very strict quality control according to the applicant's standards, unfortunately, these faults, although rare, can occur during the service life of the product and can impair its life.

Such electrical contact is established during assembly of the various parts, and in particular during assembly of e.g. an electric motor module.

To this end, the applicant proposes a fixing device 100 for fixing at least one tube 200 (preferably at least one tube 200) and for electrically connecting said at least one tube 200 (preferably said at least one tube 200) to at least one support 300, which support 300 may take the form of an electronic board 300 or an electronic module 300.

According to one aspect of the present invention, the applicant proposes a fixation kit 400 composed of a set of these various components, namely, the at least one fixation device 100 as described previously; the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube member 200); and the at least one support 300 such that the fixing device 100 can fix the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one pipe member 200) to the at least one support 300 and minimize a gap between the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one pipe member 200) and the at least one support 300 and thereby ensure electrical contact between the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one pipe member 200) and the at least one support 300.

The at least one support 300 illustrated in fig. 3 comprises at least one electrically conductive surface 310 configured to be electrically connected to the tube 200 (preferably the tube 200) by means of the at least one electrical conductor 101 of the fixture 100.

According to one embodiment shown in fig. 1, the fixing device 100 may be a key 100 comprising at least one receiving area 110, at least one fixing area 120 and at least one electrical conductor 101.

The fixing device 100 may fix the at least one tube 200, preferably the at least one tube piece 200, to the at least one support 300 according to a fixing method 500, the steps of the fixing method 500 may be performed sequentially and/or simultaneously. It is optional to place the at least one support 300 on the frame 999, according to the needs of the user. The frame 999 comprises a hole in which the at least one tube 200, preferably at least one pipe piece 200, is placed so as to pass through the frame 999 and the at least one support 300, the support 300 further comprising an opening. Preferably and in most embodiments, the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube 200) comprises at least one support member 240, which can take the form of a loop, the at least one support member 240 being configured to impart greater stability to the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube 200).

To this end, as shown in fig. 4A, the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube 200) is received 510 into the at least one receiving area 110 of the at least one fixing device 100.

Fig. 4B, after its reception 510, moves 520 the at least one fixture 100 such that the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tubular 200) passes from the at least one reception zone 110 to the at least one fixing zone 120.

Indeed, according to one embodiment, said at least one receiving zone 110 and said at least one fixing zone 120 are coplanar, so that said at least one tube 200 (preferably said at least one tubular element 200) can be received 510 into said at least one receiving zone 110 and move 520 said at least one fixing device 100 in said at least one fixing zone 120 parallel to the plane formed by said at least one receiving zone 110 and said at least one fixing zone 120.

Inserting 530 the at least one tube 200, preferably the at least one tube member 200, into the at least one securing zone 120. The at least one fixation area 120 may be defined, in whole or in part, by at least one retaining member 121, the at least one retaining member 121 being configured to be inserted into at least one slot 220 (visible in fig. 2) and retain the at least one tube 200 (preferably at least one tubular 200). In the embodiment represented in fig. 1, said at least one fixing zone 120 and said at least one retaining member 121 have a "U" or "C" shape, so as to enable a better insertion 530 of said at least one tube 200 (preferably of said at least one tubular element 200).

As mentioned above, said at least one groove 220 is present on said at least one tube 200 (preferably at least one tubular element 200) so as to cooperate with said at least one fixing zone 120 of said fixing device 100. Thus, the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube piece 200) can be received 510 into the at least one receiving area 110 and the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube piece 200) can be inserted 530 into the at least one fixing area 120, more precisely the at least one groove 220, preferably in the form of a recess 220, can be inserted 530 into the at least one fixing area 120.

The insertion 530 of the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube piece 200) may be facilitated by the elastic deformation of the at least one fixation area 120. In practice, the at least one fixing area 120 may be deformable or may be less elastically deformable than the at least one receiving area 110 and may fix 540 the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube member 200) to the at least one support member 300 by exerting a force on the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube member 200).

Fixing 540 of the at least one tube 200, preferably the at least one tube member 200, to the at least one support 300 and electrically connecting 550 the at least one tube 200, preferably the at least one tube member 200, to the at least one support 300 is thus performed, and axial play between the at least one tube 200, preferably the at least one tube member 200, and the at least one support 300 is minimized, and thereby permanent electrical axial contact between the at least one tube 200, preferably the at least one tube member 200, and the at least one support 300 is ensured.

Furthermore, such electrical contact may be achieved by the at least one fixation area 120, the at least one fixation area 120 being configured to latch the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube 200) to the at least one support 300, which in one aspect may minimize an axial gap between the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube 200) and the at least one support 300; and, on the other hand, electrical contact between said at least one tube 200 (preferably said at least one tube member 200) and said at least one support member 300.

In order to fasten 560 said at least one tube 200 (preferably said at least one tube 200) to said at least one support 300, said fixture 100 comprises at least one fastening member 140, said at least one fastening member 140 being configured to fasten said fixture 100 to said at least one support 300, preferably to fasten said fixture 100 when said at least one fixing zone 120 fixes said at least one tube 200 (preferably said at least one tube 200) to said at least one support 300.

The at least one fastening member 140 (visible in fig. 1) may be in the form of a snap and protrude together with the fixation device 100, preferably the at least one fastening member 140 protrudes with respect to the plane of the at least one receiving area 110 and/or the at least one fixation area 120 and may cooperate with a fastening area 340, which fastening area 340 may be in the form of a recess 340 comprised on the at least one support 300 and may lock the fixation device 100 in a radial position. In fact, in view of the fact that the at least one receiving zone 110 is deformable or may be more elastically deformable than the at least one fixing zone 120, once the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube piece 200) has been fixed in the at least one fixing zone 120, the at least one receiving zone 110 is elastically deformed so as to enable the at least one fastening member 140 to cooperate with the fastening zone 340.

According to an embodiment (not shown), the at least one fastening member 140 may be coplanar with the at least one receiving area 110 and/or the at least one securing area 120.

Independent of the embodiment, the at least one fastening member 140 makes it possible to fasten the fixing device 100 to the at least one support 300 by limiting the movement of the fixing device 100 and to ensure the fixing of the at least one pipe 200 (preferably the at least one pipe fitting 200) to the at least one support 300.

According to another aspect, the fixation device 100 may comprise at least one stabilizing member 130, the stabilizing member 130 being able to protrude together with the fixation device 100 and/or being able to define the at least one receiving area 110 and/or the at least one fixation area 120. Preferably, the at least one stabilizing member 130 creates a connection between the at least one receiving area 110 and the at least one fixing area 120 and may enable the fixing device 100 to be elastically deformed, and preferably, the at least one receiving area 110 may be more elastically deformed than the at least one fixing area 120 such that the at least one fastening member 140 may cooperate with the fastening area 340.

The at least one stabilizing member 130 may be in the form of a longitudinally, laterally and/or vertically extending branch and is configured to stabilize the fixation device 100, preferably the fixation device 100, when the at least one fixation area 120 secures the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube 200) to the at least one support 300. In practice, said at least one stabilizing member 130 may be at least one return member 130 and bent towards said at least one support 300 so as to push said at least one tube 200 (preferably said at least one tube 200) in a spring-like manner via said fixing means 100 of said at least one support 300. The at least one support member 240 is arranged along the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube 200) and remote from the at least one slot 220, clamping the frame 999 and/or the at least one support 300 together with the fixture 100. The spring action of the at least one stabilizing member 130 creates a latching force that ensures that at least one tube 200, preferably the at least one tube 200, is latched against the frame 999 and/or the at least one support 300 with the fixture 100. Such a latch may ensure the verticality of the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube 200), which may ensure the correct operation of the wheels to be pivoted on the at least one tube 200 (preferably the at least one tube 200) (see fig. 4C).

Furthermore, according to one embodiment shown in fig. 1, the at least one stabilizing member 130 and the at least one fastening member 140 may be combined and may be the at least one electrical conductor 101.

Thus, thanks to the invention, the fixture 100 has a greater vertical compliance and also ensures electrical contact thanks to its shape. Furthermore, the at least one support 300 comprises a notch in order to orient the fixation device 100 in rotation around the tube and to lock the fixation device 100 in a radial position. In this way, electrical contacts are more or less covered by the fixture 100 and the capacitive environment of the electrical contacts remains repeatable once the fixture kit 400 has been installed.
