The rear cap on the sliding column can prop open the inclined strips in the rising process, then the sliding column descends, the downward rear cap is erected by the two inclined strips, the rear cap enters the track and the limiting cover along with the inclined strips, and the rear cap enters the feeding groove along the track.

The track 81 and the limiting cover 83 have the same track and are arc connecting vertical lines.

The inner side of the front end of the limit cover 83 is provided with a chamfer. The chamfer can guide the rear cover cap to enter the limiting cover and the track.

The working principle is as follows: a rear cover cap is arranged in the material storage groove, a part of the rear cover cap falls into a circular groove of a sliding column, a stepping motor drives a cam to rotate, the cam jacks up a horizontal plate and the sliding column, the sliding column drives a sliding block to ascend together through a spring, then the stopping block is stopped by a material box, the stopping block drives the sliding block to stop, a connecting plate is contacted with a piston, as shown in figure 6, the sliding column drives the rear cover cap to ascend, simultaneously the piston is jacked up by the ascending connecting plate, the piston pushes air in a cylinder into an air pipe and a branch pipe, the air is flushed out from an air outlet hole and blows the rear cover cap with wrong feeding into the material storage groove, the rear cover cap on the sliding column can open inclined strips in the ascending process, then the sliding column descends, the rear cover cap facing downwards is erected by the two inclined strips, as shown in figure 7, the rear cover cap enters a rail and a limiting cover along the rail, then enters a material storage groove, then the sliding column and the sliding block descends and resets, a part of the rear cover cap in the material storage groove falls into the circular groove of the sliding column, meanwhile, the connecting plate is separated from the piston after descending, the piston descends and resets under the action of gravity, the stepping motor drives the cam to rotate for a circle, all parts reset, as shown in fig. 8, the steps can be used for continuously and automatically completing the ascending of the rear cap, the rear cap which is downward in the circular groove is erected, the rear cap enters the feeding groove forward along the track, and the rear cap with wrong feeding is removed while the rear cap ascends.
