Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of medical treatment, in particular to a medical textile.

Background

Medical textile such as doctor clothing, patient clothing, hospital bed articles and other various textile articles with huge quantity need to be used in the medical system, along with the development of science and technology, the development of novel fibers and the research and development of novel manufacturing processes of yarns and fabrics, the medical textile also advances towards new application fields, and the materials and the structure of the medical textile are diversified according to the purposes. For medical care clothes, the waterproof and antifouling clothes are required, and have the advantages of good air permeability, beautiful appearance and the like. Common medical garments fall into two broad categories, natural and non-natural.

The natural fabric comprises cotton, linen, silk, cashmere/wool and leather. However, the natural fabric used as medical care clothing is only cotton, and the other four fabrics are far from each other in price and practicability. Cotton, the most common natural fabric, has over 50% of the ready-made garments made from cotton textiles. Cotton cloth can be classified into pure cotton and non-pure cotton fabrics according to the content of cotton. Its advantage does: the operating coat made of cotton cloth is soft and close-fitting, has good hygroscopicity and air permeability, and is relatively durable. And has the disadvantages of easy shrinkage, easy wrinkle, ironing, washing and hardening.

In the impression of the immobilization rule, we will always default to natural fabrics being better than artificial non-natural fabrics. Otherwise, most medical garment brands on the market are made of non-natural fabrics, which shows that the non-natural fabrics have advantages. The non-natural fabric used for medical care clothing is generally synthetic fiber in chemical fiber, such as nylon, terylene, acrylon, spandex and the like. Generally, the chemical fiber fabrics are bright in color, soft in texture, stiff and smooth in suspension, and comfortable. However, some fabrics are inferior in wear resistance, heat resistance, moisture absorption, and air permeability, and are easily deformed and easily generate static electricity.

The fabric determines the texture of the garment, and even the work clothes such as medical care clothes need to be more exquisite while emphasizing the practicability. Because the good fabric can make the whole person be high-grade, doctors and nurses are refreshing, and the confidence of patients on medical care is enhanced. Therefore, the medical clothes with better effect can absorb moisture, perspire, prevent static electricity and improve the germ blocking rate.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a medical textile, which is particularly suitable for medical care clothes and surgical gowns and has the excellent multifunctional effects of sweat absorption, quick drying, water resistance, air permeability, static electricity prevention and germ blockage.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a medical textile which is a three-layer composite fabric surface and comprises an inner layer, an outer layer and a core layer, wherein the core layer is positioned between the inner layer and the outer layer, the inner layer is a natural fabric, the outer layer is an unnatural fabric, and the core layer is a waterproof and breathable Goretex film.

The medical textile composite fabric has the following technical advantages:

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. The medical textile is STY fabric medical clothing, has the effects of water resistance, permeation prevention and pollution prevention, can prevent blood and body fluid of a patient from permeating and infecting medical staff, is beneficial to sweat discharge, has the common pathogenic bacteria blocking rate of 100 percent, has antibacterial static electricity as the inner layer and the outer layer, is made of common fabrics or functional fabrics, has the middle layer made of PuPTFE or Goretex films in a composite mode, effectively blocks the penetration of blood, bacteria and even viruses from effectively discharging hot gas or water vapor generated by skin, and maintains the physiological comfort. As shown in fig. 1, the textile is particularly suitable for surgical gowns or medical care gowns, and adopts a three-layer composite fabric, including an outer layer 1, an inner layer 3 and a core layer 2, wherein the core layer 2 is positioned between the inner layer 3 and the outer layer 1, the inner layer 3 is a natural fabric, and the outer layer 1 is a non-natural fabric.

The outer layer 1 is a chemical fiber fabric, the chemical fiber fabric is a knitted fabric, the chemical fiber fabric is polyester fiber 10, the polyester fiber 10 has a spinneret orifice shape which is specially designed, the polyester fiber 10 is provided with a non-circular special-shaped cross section (see figure 3), and a conduit for transferring moisture is formed between the fiber and the fiber, so that the fabric has a micro-groove conduit effect, sweat discharged by a human body rapidly reaches the surface of the fabric through the large amount of conduits due to siphonage, and is diffused and volatilized. The cross section of the non-circular special-shaped cross section comprises one of a dihedral shape, a triangle shape, a polygon shape, a bilobal shape, a multi-lobal shape or a cross shape. Preferably a cross (as shown in figure 3).

Alternatively, the cross-sectional shape of the non-circular shaped cross-section includes a combination of a plurality of shapes of a dihedral shape, a triangular shape, a polygonal shape, a bilobal shape, a multilobal shape, or a cruciform shape (as shown in fig. 4).

In order to achieve the medical grade antibacterial effect, the outer surface of each polyester fiber 10 is provided with an antibacterial layer 11 (as shown in fig. 5), and the antibacterial agent is attached to the inside of the antibacterial layer 11 of the polyester fiber to continuously resist bacteria.

For comfort and skin protection; the inner layer 3 contacting with the skin surface part of the human body is made of natural fibers compatible with the skin, and the inner layer 3 is made of hygroscopic cotton textiles.

In order to prevent static electricity, the inner layer 3 and the outer layer 1 are also provided with conductive carbon fibers, so that the fabric has the anti-static performance.

In the combination of the outer layer 1, the inner layer 3 and the core layer 2, the invention adopts the three-dimensional weaving technology, and the fibers among the inner layer 3, the outer layer 1 and the core layer 2 keep the curved and/or spiral loop shape in the fabric due to the adoption of the three-dimensional weaving technology, so that the fabric has the characteristic of double-sided heterogeneity.

Preferably, the medical textile is a composite fabric, is a multifunctional STY fabric, and is suitable for being used as surgical gowns, and the core layer of the medical textile adopts a Goretex film (as shown in figure 2); goretex (gortex) is a light, thin, strong and durable film that has waterproof, breathable and windproof functions. It is known as polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe), expanded polytetrafluoroethylene, and has 14 hundred million pores per square centimeter. These pores are 20000 times smaller than water droplets but 700 times larger than water vapor molecules. Fig. 2 shows the microstructure of the core layer 2, and excellent waterproof performance (fig. 2 left) can be achieved because the pore size of the core layer 2 is much smaller than the size of the water droplets 4, and good air permeability can be achieved because the pore size is larger than the size of gas molecules such as water vapor 5. The porous film breaks through the incompatible contradiction between water resistance and air permeability, achieves the water resistance effect through the sealing property, achieves the air permeability effect through the chemical displacement reaction, has the wind resistance and the warm keeping effect, and is the most preferable material as the core layer.

The Goretex membrane is positioned between the outer layer fabric and the inner layer fabric, can smoothly discharge sweat, and has perfect waterproof performance. The air-permeable effect is achieved through chemical replacement reaction, wind and water are completely prevented, and steam can be smoothly discharged. In particular, the following advantages are provided:

1. waterproofing: the unique structure of the cloth is made of two different substances, one is an e-PTFE film which has a waterproof function. One square inch of GORE-TEX film had 90 hundred million micro-holes. And one drop of water bead 4 is 2 ten thousand times larger than the micro holes, water cannot penetrate through the micro holes, and 100% water resistance is achieved.

2. Ventilating: each micro-pore is 700 times larger than the sweat molecules of the human body, and the sweat 5 can pass through the cloth easily. The air permeability specification is g/m/24hr (the amount of water vapor passing through the unit area in a fixed time), the general waterproof and air permeable cloth is only 2000-3000g/m/24hr, and the air permeability of the Goretex membrane is up to 8000-10000g/m/24 hr.

3. The product is durable: the three-layer composite cloth can prevent pollutants, blood, body fluid and OPIM from penetrating, and has long service life.

The outer layer 1 is the outer layer fiber of the knitted fabric formed by high-moisture-conductivity quick-drying chemical fiber, the outer layer fiber is the chemical fiber which has a special-shaped cross section and forms a superfine capillary tube in the longitudinal direction to provide an excellent channel for quickly transferring moisture, and the wearability of the garment is greatly improved. The inner layer fiber can be hygroscopic natural fiber to protect skin. The outer layer 1 makes the polyester fiber 10 have a special-shaped section by utilizing the shape of a specially designed spinneret orifice. The filament yarn formed by multiple strands of fiber, such as polyester filament yarn, with the micro structure contained in the special-shaped cross section comprises a cross section with an outline shape, and a fine channel is formed in the longitudinal direction, so that the filament yarn has extremely strong water liquid transferring capacity by virtue of the wicking action of a capillary tube. The inner layer of the fabric is the next-to-skin wearing surface. Sweat is rapidly transferred through the inner fabric layer to the outer fabric layer 1 through the core layer 2.

The profiled cross-section fiber refers to a non-circular cross-section fiber spun by profiled spray holes. The cross-sectional shape includes a dihedral shape, a triangular shape, a polygonal shape, a bilobal shape, a multilobal shape, a cruciform shape, etc. The special-shaped section fiber has better glossiness, rebound resilience, bulkiness, air permeability, heat retention, water absorption, water transmission and the like than common fiber.

The inner layer 3 is a fabric formed by hygroscopic fibers, can absorb water, quickly disperse and discharge around, and keep the surface of the skin dry and comfortable.

The medical textile composite fabric has the following technical advantages:

electrostatic prevention: the use of the conductive carbon fibers ensures that the fabric keeps permanent antistatic performance and can give consideration to the attractive appearance and comfortable hand feeling of the fabric.

Bacteriostasis and deodorization: medical care and food processing industries require that uniform fabrics have a bacteriostatic function so as to reduce the probability of bacterial contact infection of working environments and ensure the safety of personnel and products. The antibacterial and antibacterial functions of the fabric reach the SEK red marking standard of Japan.

Sweat absorption and quick drying: the fabric has a micro-groove conduit effect due to the special-shaped cross-section fibers, sweat discharged by a human body rapidly reaches the surface of the fabric through a large amount of conduits due to the siphonage phenomenon and is diffused and volatilized, the uniform of the frock is helped to keep a dry and comfortable state, and the wearing comfort is improved.

Ventilation and comfort: the three-dimensional weaving technology enables the fibers to keep a curved and spiral loop shape in the fabric. The fibers have sufficient gaps, so that the circulation of air can be ensured, and the stuffiness feeling in the wearing process can be reduced.

Ironing-free crease-resistance: the components of the synthetic fiber can ensure that the fabric has excellent elasticity and recoverability, good shape retention and high strength. The wrinkles formed by wearing the clothes in the daytime can be effectively recovered and eliminated after being hung and placed at night. After washing, the clothes are hung and dried, so that the clothes are smooth and attractive, convenient and efficient.
