The invention belongs to the field of novel cigarette smoking sets, and particularly relates to a heating smoking set with double curved surface rotary sealing.

Background

The traditional cigarette releases nicotine and flavor components in tobacco in a combustion mode, and meets the requirements of consumers. The cigarette is heated to the atomizing temperature by an external heat source to achieve the effect of generating smoke. And the heating temperature is lower than the combustion temperature of tobacco, so that a large amount of harmful substances generated by the combustion of the cigarette can be remarkably reduced, and the harm of second-hand smoke to non-smoking people is reduced.

Because the heating temperature of the heated cigarette is lower than the combustion temperature, compared with the traditional cigarette, the tobacco aroma components of the heated cigarette are difficult to completely release, and the smoke quantity is insufficient, so the cigarette is difficult to be accepted by traditional smokers. If the bottom of the cigarette is sealed, the oxygen content is reduced along with the heating process (due to the replacement effect of fresh smoke on the internal atmosphere), and at the moment, even if the heating temperature is increased, the combustion phenomenon can not occur, and the release of the tobacco aroma components can be increased.

However, if the bottom of the cigarette is sealed in the cigarette preparation process, the existing cigarette production process is greatly changed, and the equipment cost is too high. It is desirable to develop a simple and economical method for sealing the bottom of a cigarette.

Simultaneously, in order to guarantee the insertion of cigarette, current cigarette holds the intracavity footpath and is greater than the external diameter of cigarette, and the cigarette holds and generally has the space between chamber and the cigarette, connects inseparably, causes the dropping of cigarette easily.

When the smoking set is used in cooperation with the oxygen-deficient heating type cigarette, the tobacco section of the cigarette can be sealed at the bottom of the cigarette accommodating cavity and the bottom of the heating element fixing seat, and the oxygen-deficient heating type cigarette does not need to be independently prepared with the sealed tobacco section, so that the preparation process of the cigarette is simplified.

2. Because the minimum inner diameter of the cigarette accommodating cavity is variable, one smoking set can be adapted to cigarettes with various diameters, and the best clamping and sealing effects can be achieved.
