Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of metrological verification, in particular to a vehicle welcome pedal structure and a vehicle comprising the same.

Background

The welcome pedal is an automobile accessory used for decorating the position of an automobile threshold, playing a role in protecting an automobile body and beautifying the automobile body, is an automobile refitting article, is provided with 4 doors of a common passenger car, and is more and more common in the front-mounted configuration of the automobile on site. At present, the welcome pedal is generally stuck on a metal plate of a vehicle body through double-sided adhesive, so that the welcome pedal has the following defects: the positioning is lacked, and the installation position cannot be ensured; an experienced installer is required to adjust and install; the secondary assembly due to assembly errors easily causes the deformation of the welcome pedal body and other defects.

Therefore, how to provide a vehicle welcome pedal structure which can be effectively positioned and is convenient for the factory installation and the later installation of the pedal becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a vehicle welcome pedal structure and a vehicle comprising the same, which solve the problem that the welcome pedal is not positioned in the automobile refitting market, and can meet the assembly requirement of a production line when the configuration of the welcome pedal is changed into the factory configuration of the whole automobile.

According to one aspect of the invention, the vehicle welcome pedal structure comprises a pedal and a vehicle body side wall metal plate, wherein a B-column lower decorative plate and a C-column lower decorative plate are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the vehicle body side wall metal plate, a doorsill decorative plate is arranged in the middle of the vehicle body side wall metal plate, a pedal gap is reserved between the doorsill decorative plate and the vehicle body side wall metal plate, and the pedal can be pushed into the space between the vehicle body side wall metal plate and the doorsill decorative plate along the pedal gap; the lower surface of the pedal is provided with a double-sided adhesive tape, and the pedal is fixed on the side wall metal plate of the vehicle body through the double-sided adhesive tape and the doorsill decorative plate.

Optionally, according to the vehicle usher pedal structure provided by the invention, a plurality of main positioning holes are formed in the part, covered by the doorsill trim plate, of the vehicle body side wall metal plate, and the main positioning holes are used for positioning when the pedal is installed through the double-sided adhesive tape.

Optionally, according to the vehicle usher pedal structure provided by the invention, the side of the pedal facing the inside of the vehicle body is provided with the same number of projections as the number of the main positioning holes, each projection is provided with the auxiliary positioning hole, and the auxiliary positioning holes and the main positioning holes can realize the installation and positioning of most pedals and the side wall metal plate of the vehicle body.

Optionally, the vehicle welcome pedal structure further comprises an installation tool, wherein a plurality of positioning columns are arranged on the lower surface of the installation tool, and the positioning columns respectively penetrate through the main positioning hole and the auxiliary positioning hole, so that the positioning of the vehicle body side wall metal plate and the pedal is completed.

Optionally, according to the vehicle usher pedal structure provided by the invention, a joint plate is arranged at a position corresponding to a gap between the doorsill trim plate and the pedal, and the joint plate is parallel to a corresponding position on the vehicle body side panel beating.

According to another aspect of the invention, a vehicle is further provided, and the vehicle welcome pedal structure comprises the vehicle welcome pedal structure.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the pedal positioning matching structure is hidden in the doorsill decorative plate, so that the mounting precision is ensured, and the appearance of the whole vehicle is not influenced;

2. the structure simultaneously meets two requirements of automobile modification and production line assembly, and provides two positioning schemes meeting the assembly precision requirement;

3. in the initial design stage of the whole vehicle, the configuration requirement of the pedal is fully considered, and a pedal gap is reserved between the doorsill decorative plate and the vehicle body side wall metal plate;

4. the doorsill decorative plate presses the pedal, so that the installation strength of the welcome pedal is improved.

According to the drawings shown in fig. 1 to 5, the invention provides a vehicle welcome pedal structure, which comprises a pedal 7 and a vehicle body side wall metal plate 1, wherein a B-pillar lower decorative plate 3 and a C-pillar lower decorative plate 4 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the vehicle body side wall metal plate 1, a doorsill decorative plate 2 is arranged at the middle part of the vehicle body side wall metal plate 1, a pedal gap 6 is reserved between the doorsill decorative plate 2 and the vehicle body side wall metal plate 1, and the pedal 7 can be pushed between the vehicle body side wall metal plate 1 and the doorsill decorative plate 2 along the pedal gap 6; the lower surface of the pedal 7 is provided with a double-sided adhesive tape, and the pedal 7 is fixed on the vehicle body side wall metal plate 1 through the double-sided adhesive tape and the doorsill decorative plate 2. In implementation, the threshold trim panel 2 can press the pedal 7 to a certain extent, so that the installation strength of the pedal 7 is improved to a certain extent; in addition, the pedal 7 positioning matching structure is hidden in the doorsill plaque 2, so that the installation precision is ensured, and the appearance of the whole vehicle is not influenced.

Furthermore, a plurality of main positioning holes 11 are formed in the part, covered by the doorsill trim panel 2, of the vehicle body side panel beating 1, and the main positioning holes 11 are used for positioning when the pedal 7 is installed through the double-sided adhesive tape. In order to ensure the overall strength of the side wall metal plate 1 of the automobile body, two main positioning holes 11 are arranged.

Furthermore, the side of the pedal 7 facing the inside of the vehicle body is provided with a number of projections 71 the same as the number of the main positioning holes 11, each projection 71 is provided with an auxiliary positioning hole 72, and the auxiliary positioning holes 72 and the main positioning holes 11 can realize the installation and positioning of most pedals 7 and the side wall metal plate 1 of the vehicle body. The same number of the main positioning holes 11 as that of the main positioning holes, namely, two lugs 71 and two auxiliary positioning holes 72 can satisfy the positioning function between the pedal 7 and the vehicle body side panel 1.

Further, the automobile body side wall metal plate positioning device further comprises an installation tool 9, a plurality of positioning columns 91 are arranged on the lower surface of the installation tool 9, and the positioning columns 91 penetrate through the main positioning holes 11 and the auxiliary positioning holes 72 respectively, so that the automobile body side wall metal plate 1 and the pedal 7 are positioned. As shown in FIG. 6, when the doorsill decoration plate is installed, the positioning column 91 is aligned to the main positioning hole 11 and the auxiliary positioning hole 72, so that effective positioning between the step and the car body side wall metal plate 1 is achieved, then the pedal 7 is fastened and connected with the car body side wall metal plate 1 through the double-sided adhesive tape, and finally the doorsill decoration plate 2 is installed, and as the pedal gap 6 is reserved between the doorsill decoration plate 2 and the car body side wall metal plate 1 in advance, normal installation of the doorsill decoration plate 2 can be guaranteed.

Furthermore, a handle 92 is arranged on the upper surface of the installation tool 9, so that the installation tool 9 can be moved conveniently; the lower surface of the installation tool 9 located between the positioning columns 91 is further provided with a limiting block 93, and the limiting block 93 is used for limiting the depth of the installation tool 9 entering the automobile body side wall metal plate 1.

Further, a positioning pin 10 is further included, and when the vehicle model does not include the pedal 7, the positioning pin 10 is disposed on the main positioning hole 11. Because some vehicle types do not contain the pedal 7 when leaving the factory, but the condition of installing the pedal 7 may exist in the later stage of a vehicle owner, the main positioning hole 11 is reserved in the vehicle body side wall metal plate 1, the positioning pin 10 is inserted in the main positioning hole 11, if the pedal 7 needs to be installed in the later stage of the vehicle, only the step of the vehicle type needs to be purchased in the market, and the positioning of the pedal 7 and the vehicle body side wall metal plate 1 is realized through the positioning pin 10.

Further, a threshold sealing rubber strip 5 is arranged at the lap joint of the vehicle body side wall metal plate 1, the B column lower decorative plate 3 and the C column lower decorative plate 4, and the threshold sealing rubber strip 5 is used for improving the overall attractiveness and the water resistance of the threshold.

Further, the doorsill trim panel 2 is of an arc-shaped structure, a reinforcing rib 21 is arranged at a position close to the inside of the vehicle body, the reinforcing rib 21 is attached to the upper surface of the side wall metal plate 1 of the vehicle body, and the reinforcing rib 21 can play a certain supporting role.

Furthermore, a joint plate 22 is arranged at the position of the doorsill trim plate 2 corresponding to the pedal gap 6, and the joint plate 22 is parallel to the corresponding position on the vehicle body side wall metal plate 1. The abutting plate 22 can increase the contact area between the threshold trim plate 2 and the pedal 7, so that when a person steps on the step, the reaction force of the pedal 7 on the threshold pedal 7 is sufficiently dispersed, and the threshold trim plate 2 can play a role in pressing the pedal 7.

According to another aspect of the invention, a vehicle is also provided, which comprises the vehicle welcome pedal structure in any embodiment.
