With the development of social economy, the continuous improvement of the living standard of people and the popularization of lamplight purse seiner, more and more small and medium ships with various different purposes appear in seaside, inland lakes, reservoirs and rivers, and as the small and medium ships move in the near-shore water area throughout the year, the small and medium ships cannot be refueled to a gas station like an automobile and cannot be refueled by a special refuelling vehicle like a large ship, so that the difficult problem of refueling is caused. At present, for small and medium-sized ships, the refueling mode commonly adopted by people is as follows: firstly, preparing common oil barrels, loading the oil barrels by a truck to a gas station, filling the oil barrels with oil, then pulling the oil barrels to a shore or a wharf by the truck, and adding the oil into an oil tank in a ship through a manual oil pump and an oil delivery hose; or the small-capacity oil drum is directly carried by hand and directly filled with an oil receiving port of an onboard oil tank through an oil outlet of the oil drum; or one section of the oil delivery hose is firstly inserted into the oil drum, an oil filler firstly sucks air in the hose by a mouth, and oil is added into the oil tank in the ship by means of the siphon principle. The refueling method generally has the problem of fuel leakage in the refueling process: (1) oil is added into an oil tank in a ship through a manual oil pump and an oil delivery hose, and because the oil delivery hose is long, fuel oil in the hose cannot be emptied after the oil is added, so that when the hose is coiled, residual fuel oil in the hose is scattered into a water body, on a near bank and on a wharf, and the water body environment and the near bank wharf environment are polluted; (2) the oil outlet of the oil drum and the oil receiving port of the oil tank on the ship are directly filled, and the oil outlet and the oil receiving port cannot be completely aligned due to the self shaking of the ship body, so that a large amount of fuel oil is leaked to enter the ship body and a water area, and the environment is polluted; (3) when oil is added into an oil tank in a ship by means of a siphon principle, an oiling worker can not avoid sucking part of fuel oil into a suction port and can not avoid spitting out the fuel oil, and therefore the water body is polluted and the ship is not sanitary.

As shown in fig. 3, the sealing member 15 includes a sealing cover 151, a vertical column 152 and a connecting plate 153, the sealing cover 151 is disposed at the top of the inner casing 13, the sealing cover 151 can seal the top of the annular channel 24, the vertical column 152 is disposed on the lower surface of the sealing cover 151, the connecting plate 153 is fixedly sleeved at the middle of the vertical column 152, the vertical column 152 and the connecting plate 153 are disposed in the inner casing 13, the upper end of the vertical column 152 is matched with the upper opening structure, the bottom end of the vertical column 152 can extend to the outside of the inner casing 13, and the upper end of the elastic member 16 is connected with the lower surface of the connecting plate 153.

Specifically, the connecting assembly comprises a plurality of connecting blocks 14, the connecting blocks 14 are circumferentially fixed on the outer wall of the interface inner shell 13, and one side of the connecting block 14, which is far away from the interface inner shell 13, is fixed on the inner wall of the interface outer shell 12. In this embodiment, the elastic member 16 is a spring.

As shown in fig. 4, the thimble 22 includes a cylindrical body 221 and an annular plate 222 fixedly sleeved on the cylindrical body 221, a bottom end of the cylindrical body 221 is fixed on the pedal link assembly 9, and the annular plate 222 is attached to an inner wall of the hopper 17. That is, when the pedal link assembly 9 and the thimble 22 are in a natural state, the annular plate 222 is attached to the inner wall of the funnel 17, when the pedal link assembly 9 is applied with force to drive the thimble 22 to move upward, the cylindrical body 221 can drive the vertical column 152 in the sealing member 15 to move upward, and at the same time, the annular plate 222 also moves upward, so that an annular gap is formed between the annular plate 222 and the funnel 17, so that the fuel flows out from the annular gap between the annular plate 222 and the funnel 17, and then flows into the oil pipe 19 through the oil pipe mounting opening 18, when the pedal link assembly 9 is released, the cylindrical body 221 falls back to the original position, the annular plate 222 is attached to the funnel 17 again, and then the funnel 17 is closed in time.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the pedal link assembly 9 includes a horizontal rod 91, a vertical rod 92, a first link 93, a second link 94, a pedal 95 and a sealing ring 96, the upper surface of the bottom plate 8 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 23, one end of the strip-shaped groove 23 is communicated with the first channel 20, the other end of the strip-shaped groove 23 penetrates through the side surface of the bottom plate 8, the horizontal rod 91 is disposed in the second channel 21, the horizontal rod 91 can move up and down in the second channel 21, the vertical rod 92 is disposed in the first channel 20, the vertical rod 92 can move up and down in the first channel 20, the sealing ring 96 is sleeved on the vertical rod 92, the bottom end of the vertical rod 92 is connected with one end of the horizontal rod 91, the upper surface of the other end of the horizontal rod 91 is provided with a thimble 22, specifically, the bottom end of the columnar body 221 is fixed on the upper surface of the horizontal rod 91, one end of the first link 93 is hinged with the top end of the vertical rod 92, the other end of the first link 93 is hinged with one end of the second link 94, the other end of the second connecting rod 94 is fixed with a pedal 95, and the middle part of the second connecting rod 94 is hinged to one end of the strip-shaped groove 23 far away from the first channel 20. When a downward force is applied through the pedal 95, one end of the second connecting rod 94 close to the pedal 95 rotates downward, so that one end of the second connecting rod 94 far from the pedal 95 drives the first connecting rod 93 to rotate, and the vertical rod 92, the horizontal rod 91 and the ejector pin 22 move upward; when the pedal 95 is released, the vertical rod 92, the horizontal rod 91 and the thimble 22 fall back to the original position under the action of gravity, and the fuel is prevented from overflowing from the second passage 21 and the first passage 20 to the outside by the sealing ring 96.

Specifically, a plurality of support protrusions 11 are provided on the lower surface of the bottom plate 8.

The specific using process is as follows: mention full oil drum 1 to place oil drum 1 on base on-off mechanism according to a plurality of stopper 7 and the one-to-one relation of a plurality of spacing grooves 10 of supporting, guarantee to interface shell 12 corresponding with funnel 17, will support stopper 7 and be fixed in on bottom plate 8 through a plurality of connecting bolt, realize oil drum 1 and base on-off mechanism's fixed. One end of the oil pipe 19 is arranged on the oil pipe mounting opening 18 below the base switch mechanism, the other end of the oil pipe is connected with an oil receiving hole of an oil tank of a small and medium-sized ship, when oiling operation is not performed, the spring is always in a stretching state, the sealing part 15 is subjected to downward force, and the sealing cover 151 seals the top of the annular channel 24 to ensure that oil cannot leak.

When the oiling operation is carried out, the vent hole is opened by stirring the cover plate 5, the opening of the vent hole ensures that the oil can smoothly flow out, a downward force is applied to a pedal 95 in the pedal link assembly 9, the second link 94 rotates the first link 93, thereby pulling the vertical rod 92 and the horizontal rod 91 to move upwards, the horizontal rod 91 drives the thimble 22 to move upwards, the thimble 22 is connected with the vertical column 152 of the sealing component 15 when moving, and pushes the vertical column 152 to move upwards, the spring continues to be stretched, due to the support of the vertical column 152 by the ejector pin 22, the sealing cap 151 leaves the top of the annular channel 24, no longer seals against the top of the annular channel 24, so that oil can flow out of the annular channel 24, and flow along the funnel 17 into the oil pipe 19 below the base switching mechanism, the oiling operation is realized, and in addition, the sealing ring 96 is arranged at the position of the vertical rod 92, so that the vertical rod 92 is ensured not to overflow oil when moving upwards.

After the oiling operation is completed, the force application to the pedal 95 of the pedal connecting rod assembly 9 is stopped, the vertical rod 92, the horizontal rod 91 and the ejector pin 22 fall back under the action of gravity, the vertical column 152 loses support and falls back under the pulling of a spring, so that the sealing cover 151 reseals the top of the annular channel 24, and oil cannot flow out; and opening the oil filling cover 3 to supplement oil into the oil drum 1 through the oil filling port 2 to wait for next oil filling operation.
