The computer room electricity utilization monitoring system is characterized by comprising a display cabinet and a plurality of adapter sockets, wherein the adapter sockets are arranged between a power supply and electric equipment and comprise a current detection device, a first communication device and a first controller, and the current detection device and the first communication device are electrically connected with the first controller;

6. The system of claim 1, wherein a nameplate is disposed outside the adapter socket, and the identification information is disposed on the nameplate.

The applicant finds that the power utilization change of the communication equipment is generally caused when the communication equipment breaks down in the process of realizing the disclosure, if a corresponding current monitoring device is arranged on each piece of power utilization equipment, when the equipment breaks down, the information is transmitted to the display equipment, and corresponding fault equipment information is displayed, so that the fault information can be timely found and displayed.

Hereinafter, the technical means of the present disclosure will be described in detail by specific examples.

The present disclosure provides a machine room power consumption monitoring system, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 5, including:

the display cabinet 4 and the multiple adapter sockets 2 are arranged between the power supply 3 and the electric equipment 1, each adapter socket 2 comprises a current detection device 201, a first communication device 203 and a first controller 202, and both the current detection device 201 and the first communication device 203 are electrically connected with the first controller 202;

the display cabinet 4 comprises a second controller 401, a second communication device 402 and a display screen 403; the second communication device 402 and the display screen 403 are both electrically connected to the second controller 401;

the current detection device 201 detects the electricity utilization current of the adapter socket 2, and when the electricity utilization current exceeds a threshold value, the first controller 202 transmits alarm information containing the identification of the adapter socket 2 to the second communication device 402 through the first communication device 203; the second controller 401 responds to the alarm information of the second communication device 402 to control the display screen 403 to display, and displays the identification of the adapter 2.

Through the arrangement of the adapter socket 2 and the display cabinet 4, the visual display of the information of the fault equipment is realized, and maintenance personnel can determine the equipment with the fault in time, so that the communication equipment is prevented from being checked one by one, the maintenance time is shortened, and the labor intensity is also reduced; through setting up a plurality of adapter socket 2, need not reequip original consumer 1, just can realize the timely discovery to every consumer 1 trouble.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the patch socket 2 further includes a circuit breaking device 207, wherein the circuit breaking device 207 is electrically connected to the first controller 202 and configured to break the electrical connection between the power supply 3 and the electrical device 1 when the power consumption current exceeds a threshold value.

Therefore, the power supply can be timely cut off when equipment failure occurs, other losses are avoided, and the safety of the electric equipment 1 is improved.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a metal contact pin 205 is disposed at the bottom of the adapter socket 2, and the metal contact pin 205 is electrically connected to the power supply 3; a metal clip 206 is arranged inside the adapter socket 2, and the metal clip 206 is electrically connected with the electric equipment 1; the circuit breaking device 207 is electrically connected between the metal contact pin 205 and the metal clip 206.

When a fault occurs, the electrical connection between the metal contact pin 205 and the metal clip 206 is broken, that is, the electrical connection between the power supply 3 and the electric equipment 1 is broken.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a fixed plate 2071 is disposed at the top end of the inside of the circuit breaking device 207, and a first conductive rod 2072 is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the fixed plate 2071; a second conducting rod 2073 is arranged below one end of the first conducting rod 2072, and the second conducting rod 2073 is electrically connected with the metal contact pin 205; a third conducting rod 2074 is arranged above the other end of the first conducting rod 2072, and the third conducting rod 2074 is electrically connected with the metal clamping piece 206; the first conductor bar 2072 is configured to contact and form an electrical connection with the second and third conductor bars 2073 and 2074 by gravity.

The electrical connection between the metal contact pin 205 and the metal clip 206 is normally achieved by the design of three conductive rods.

Further, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the metal contact pin 205 includes a first metal contact pin 2051, a second metal contact pin 2052, and a third metal contact pin 2053; the first metal contact pin 2051 is electrically connected with a live wire, the second metal contact pin 2052 is electrically connected with a zero wire, and the third metal contact pin 2053 is electrically connected with a ground wire;

the metal clip 206 includes a first metal clip 2061, a second metal clip 2062, and a third metal clip 2063; the second metal clip 2062 is electrically connected to the second metal contact pin 2052, and the third metal clip 2063 is electrically connected to the third metal contact pin 2053;

the second conductive rod 2073 is electrically connected to the first metal contact pin 2051, and the third conductive rod 2074 is electrically connected to the first metal clip 2061.

Therefore, under normal conditions, the first metal contact pin 2051 is electrically connected with the first metal clamping piece 2061, that is, the live wire is electrically connected with the electric equipment 1, and the live wire, the breaking device 207, the electric equipment 1 and the zero wire are sequentially connected to form a closed loop.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a first metal contact 2075 is disposed on an end of the first conductive rod 2072 adjacent to the second conductive rod 2073, and a second metal contact 2076 is disposed on an end of the first conductive rod 2072 adjacent to the third conductive rod 2074 to facilitate electrical connection between the three conductive rods.

The metal contact is made of copper, so that the conductivity is enhanced.

Further, an open slot 2077 is disposed at the bottom end of the fixed plate 2071, the first conducting rod 2072 is connected in the open slot 2077 through a rotating shaft, a distance from the first metal contact 2075 to the open slot 2077 is greater than a distance from the second metal contact 2076 to the open slot 2077, because the two distances are different, the end of the first metal contact 2075 is heavier than the end of the second metal contact 2076, and thus under normal conditions, the first conducting rod 2072 can contact with the second conducting rod 2073 and the third conducting rod 2074 by gravity to form an electrical connection.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, an electromagnet 204 is disposed at an inner top end of the circuit breaking device 207, and the electromagnet 204 is configured to magnetically attract the first conductive rod 2072 and break an electrical connection between the first conductive rod 2072 and the second and third conductive rods 2073 and 2074 when the current exceeds a threshold value.

When the current exceeds the threshold, the first controller 202 switches on the circuit of the electromagnet 204 to make the electromagnet 204 magnetically adsorb the first conducting rod 2072, and the first conducting rod 2072 rotates, so that the electric connection between the power supply 3 and the electric equipment 1 is disconnected.

Further, the electromagnet 204 includes a coil 2041 and an iron core 2042, and when the current consumption exceeds a threshold value, the first metal contact pin 2051, the first controller 202, the coil 2041, and the second metal contact pin 2052 are sequentially electrically connected to form a closed loop, so as to control the iron core 2042 to adsorb the first conductive rod 2072.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a data plate 208 is disposed outside the adapter socket 2, the data plate 208 is provided with the identification information, and the identification information includes information of the adapter socket 2 and information of corresponding connected devices, so that maintenance personnel can conveniently find out faulty devices, and accuracy of displaying information by the display cabinet 4 is also ensured.

The nameplate 208 is made of aluminum alloy, has low aluminum alloy density, higher strength, good plasticity and excellent heat conductivity and corrosion resistance, is close to high-quality steel, can be processed into various sections, and is prevented from being oxidized.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the display cabinet 4 further includes a warning light 404, the warning light 404 is electrically connected to the second controller 401, and the second controller 401 controls the warning light 404 to flash in response to the warning information of the second communication device 402, so that a person can check and find a fault in time.

The shell of the display cabinet 4 is made of cold rolled steel, and has smooth surface and high strength.

Further, the display cabinet 4 further includes a touch pen 405, the touch pen 405 is configured to refer to information of the display screen 403, and a worker may refer to the information through the touch pen 405 to determine a faulty device and then perform maintenance.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first communication device 203 is disposed at the bottom end inside the circuit breaking device 207, and includes a transmitting antenna 2032, the second communication device 402 includes a receiving antenna 4021, and the transmitting antenna 2032 and the receiving antenna 4021 transmit the alarm information through Wi-Fi, so as to form real-time transmission of information under a local area network.

Further, the first communication device 203 further includes a control box 2031 electrically connected to the transmitting antenna 2032 and configured to send the pre-edited identification through the transmitting antenna 2032 when the power consumption exceeds a threshold.
