Background

In order to avoid damage to important electrical elements in a transformer substation caused by lightning and influence on the overall operation of a power system, a lightning rod needs to be installed in actual transformer substation engineering to ensure the safety of electrical equipment in the transformer substation. The single-rod type steel pipe lightning rod is widely applied to an electric power system due to the advantages of simple structure, easy standardization of segments, convenient installation and the like. As the lightning rod is usually dozens of meters high, the lightning rod is convenient to transport, manufacture and install, and the single-rod steel tube lightning rod is usually formed into a whole by connecting a plurality of sections of round steel tubes through flexible or rigid flanges. In actual engineering, rigid flange connection is generally adopted to ensure the rigidity and the bearing performance of a connection node.

In practical application, the broken accident of single-pole lightning rod takes place occasionally, and main destruction appears near the flange, all is fragile destruction moreover, and the destruction phenomenon mainly includes the steel pipe fracture near the flange, and the flange bolt fracture, the flange and the welding seam fracture etc. of steel pipe.

The main reasons for the damage of the rigid flange connection single-rod lightning rod are long-term wind load effect, corrosion and other factors, the flange bolt pretightening force is easy to loose, the welding seam at the joint of the steel pipe and the flange is corroded, the stress concentration at the joint of the stiffening rib and the steel pipe is easy to occur, and the initial defect of fatigue damage is easy to cause at the joint of the flange, so that the lightning rod is brittle and damaged to collapse. Therefore, stress concentration of the node is improved by arranging the inner ring plate in the position pipe at the top end of the stiffening rib to improve the external rigidity of the pipe wall surface, so that the fatigue life is prolonged, the lightning rod is prevented from brittle fracture, and the method has important significance for improving the engineering safety of the transformer substation.

Disclosure of Invention

The upper section flange 3 is provided with a fixing hole between two adjacent upper stiffening plates 5, the lower section flange 4 is also provided with a fixing hole between adjacent lower stiffening plates 9, and the upper section steel pipe 1 and the lower section steel pipe 2 are fixed together through bolts 8 penetrating through the fixing hole of the upper section flange 3 and the fixing hole of the lower section flange 4.

In the prior art, the stress concentration of the stiffening plate is mainly caused by the geometric characteristics of the stiffening plate with a narrow top and a wide bottom and the welding seam for connecting the stiffening plate and the steel pipe. According to the invention, after the core pipe 7 at the bottom of the upper section flange 3 is inserted into the lower section steel pipe 2, the bending rigidity of the joint of the upper and lower steel pipe sections can be increased, the number of the flange stiffening plates is reduced, and the number of welding seams is correspondingly reduced, so that the effect of relieving stress concentration at the node is achieved. An inner ring plate 6 is arranged in the upper section steel pipe 1 at the top of the upper stiffening plate 5, a core pipe 7 is arranged in the lower section steel pipe 2 and extends to the bottom of the lower stiffening plate 9, so that the external stiffness of the pipe wall surface can be improved, and the effect of improving stress concentration is achieved.
