Technical Field

The invention relates to an electrical cabinet, in particular to an electrical cabinet with a dehumidification function.

Background

The electrical cabinet is a cabinet which is processed by steel materials and used for protecting components from working normally. The electrical cabinet manufacturing materials are generally divided into hot rolled steel plates and cold rolled steel plates. The cold-rolled steel sheet is softer than hot-rolled steel sheet, more is fit for the preparation of regulator cubicle. The electric cabinet is widely used in chemical industry, environmental protection industry, electric power system, metallurgical system, industry, nuclear power industry, fire safety monitoring, traffic industry and the like. In rainy days or plum rain seasons, the air in the electrical cabinet is relatively humid, so that more water vapor can be collected in the cabinet body, the normal work of internal elements of the electrical cabinet can be influenced, and the service life of the internal elements is reduced.

Therefore, the present invention is directed to an electrical cabinet capable of periodically dehumidifying air inside the cabinet.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an electrical cabinet with a dehumidification function, and solves the problems that in rainy days or plum rain seasons, air in the electrical cabinet is humid, more water vapor is collected in the cabinet body, normal work of internal elements of the electrical cabinet is influenced, and the service life of the internal elements is shortened.

In order to achieve the purpose, the electrical cabinet with the dehumidification function comprises a cabinet body, wherein an exhaust fan is fixed on the outer wall of the cabinet body, a notch is formed in the side wall of the cabinet body, a dehumidification barrel is slidably arranged in the cabinet body, and the dehumidification barrel can be slid to at least partially penetrate through the notch and extend to the outside of the cabinet body;

a net frame is movably arranged in the dehumidification barrel close to the first end, a dehumidification package is filled in the net frame, an air inlet hole is formed in the outer wall of the dehumidification barrel close to the second end, an air inlet pipe of the exhaust fan is communicated with the first end of the dehumidification barrel through a hose, and an air outlet pipe of the exhaust fan extends to the inside of the cabinet body, so that the exhaust fan can suck air in the cabinet body from the air inlet hole into the dehumidification barrel and discharge the air into the cabinet body from the air outlet pipe after being dehumidified by the dehumidification package;

and when the dehumidifying barrel is at least partially displaced to the outside of the cabinet body, a piston rod of the cylinder can at least partially extend into the dehumidifying barrel and eject the screen frame.

Preferably, an opening is formed in a side wall of the dehumidification cylinder, and a cover plate capable of shielding the opening is arranged at the top of the screen frame.

Preferably, a base is fixed at the bottom of the screen frame, a plurality of return springs are arranged in the base, one end of each return spring is connected with the bottom of the screen frame, and the other end of each return spring is connected with the inner wall of the dehumidification barrel.

Preferably, a hole body communicated with the base is further formed on the dehumidification barrel, and a corrugated rubber pipe communicated with the hole body is arranged in the base, so that a piston rod of the air cylinder can at least partially penetrate through the hole body and extend into the corrugated rubber pipe, and the screen frame is ejected out of the dehumidification barrel.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the screen frame 21 to automatically return after being ejected, a base 23 is fixed to the bottom of the screen frame 21, a plurality of return springs 26 are disposed in the base 23, one end of each return spring 26 is connected to the bottom of the screen frame 21, and the other end of each return spring 26 is connected to the inner wall of the dehumidification barrel 12.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the dehumidification cylinder 12 during operation, a hole 24 communicating with the base 23 is further formed on the dehumidification cylinder 12, and a corrugated rubber tube 25 communicating with the hole 24 is provided in the base 24, so that a piston rod of the cylinder 9 can at least partially penetrate through the hole 24 and extend into the corrugated rubber tube 25 to push the net frame 21 out of the dehumidification cylinder 12. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure the sealing performance of the slot when the dehumidification cylinder 12 is inside the cabinet 1, a cover head 14 matched with the slot is fixed at the second end of the dehumidification cylinder 12, the cover head 14 is located outside the cabinet 1, and a sealing gasket 15 is fixed in the cabinet 1 where the cabinet 1 contacts with the outer wall of the cabinet 1.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to further increase the sealing performance of the notch, an annular groove 18 is formed at the outer edge of the notch, an annular sealing ring 17 is formed at one surface of the sealing gasket 15 close to the cabinet body 1, and the annular sealing ring 17 is at least partially clamped in the annular groove 18.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate displacement of the dehumidifying cylinder 12, the dehumidifying cylinder 12 can be displaced to the outside of the cabinet 1 to air-dry or dry the dehumidifying bag inside, a motor 6 is fixed in the cabinet 1, one end of a screw lever 11 is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the motor 6, the other end of the screw lever is rotatably disposed on the inner wall of the cabinet 1, a screw nut 8 is sleeved on the screw lever 11, and a first end of the dehumidifying cylinder 12 is connected with the screw nut 8 through a connecting piece 19.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to allow the smooth rotation of the wire lever 11, a first bearing is fixed to an inner wall of the cabinet 1, and the wire lever 11 is at least partially rotatably engaged in the first bearing.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to effectively support the wire lever 11 and facilitate smooth rotation of the wire lever 11, a base 5 is fixed in the cabinet 1, a bearing seat 7 is fixed on the base 5, a second bearing is arranged in the bearing seat 7, and the wire lever 11 is at least partially rotatably engaged in the second bearing.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a transparent baffle 13 connected to the cabinet 1 is disposed above the cover head 14 to avoid interference of rain or other foreign objects on the net frame during the air drying or sun drying process.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
