Sample 1: a rectangular straight glue scale groove (d =4mm, H =2 mm) is punched, the drum runs for less than 3 hours (the drum is glued with glue scale, but the running is not influenced), sd is 1.67, and the process standard sd is less than or equal to 2.0;

sample 2: the data (the groove is blocked by the rubber dirt) after the punching drum wheel of a rectangular straight rubber dirt groove (d =4mm, H =2 mm) runs for 4 hours, the standard deviation is obviously larger than sd and is 2.09, and the standard deviation exceeds the process requirement standard;

sample 3: the data (the grooves are blocked by the glue stains) after the punching drum wheel runs for 8 hours by the rectangular widened glue stain preventing grooves (d 1=6, d2=4mm and H =2 mm), although the standard deviation sd is 2.42 which exceeds the process requirement standard, the rectangular straight glue stain grooves extend 1 time in the stable working time;

sample 4: the standard deviation of a rectangular straight glue scale groove (d =4mm, H =2 mm) and a perforated drum wheel with a countercurrent air hole in the groove after running for 12 hours (the drum wheel almost has no glue scale), maintains the sd =1.58 normal range and does not exceed the process requirement standard;

sample 5: the rectangular glue scale prevention through groove (d =4mm, H =2 mm) is used for punching a drum wheel to operate for less than 8 hours (the drum wheel is already glued with glue scale but does not affect the operation), although the standard deviation is larger than sd being 2.22 and exceeding the technological requirement standard, the stable operation time is prolonged by 1 time than that of the rectangular straight glue scale groove;

The technical effects are as follows:

with conventional straight glue tanks, stable operation can only be maintained for a short period of time for large draft perforation applications, although the apparatus can operate.

After the glue dirt groove is kept away in the widen of this scheme of adoption, obviously prolonged the time of punching the drum steady operation, alleviate intensity and the time that equipment clearance was maintained, but to the perforation of big draught, required laser energy is big, and the pressure of jet stream is also big, thereby still can cause the stability of the grey influence data of punching of gluing of drum.

After the glue stain avoiding groove of the scheme is combined with the positive pressure blowing hole and the dust collection device, the stable operation time of the punching drum is obviously prolonged, the intensity and time for cleaning and maintaining the equipment are reduced, but for the punching of large ventilation degree, the required laser energy is large, the pressure of the jet air flow is also large, the long-time stable operation can be maintained, and the stability of punching data can not be influenced due to the dust adhesion of the drum.

The effect of single solution measures is limited, and the optimal solution should be to adopt combined measures, so that obvious effect can be achieved.
