1. A die assembly, comprising:

the upper die plate is provided with a first die lip part protruding outwards; the first die lip part is provided with an arc surface extending upwards;

5. The die assembly of claim 1, wherein an acid resistant tape is attached between said first die lip portion and said second die lip portion and encloses to form said discharge gap.

6. A casting machine, characterized in that it comprises:

a conveying mechanism for conveying the base material;

the die assembly of any one of claims 1-5, disposed on a side of the conveying mechanism and facing the conveying mechanism to contact the substrate.

7. The casting machine of claim 6, wherein the delivery mechanism comprises a frame, a drive roller, a plurality of pull rollers; the driving roller is rotatably arranged on the bracket and drives the substrate drawn by the drawing roller.

8. The casting machine of claim 7, wherein the arcuate surface of the first die lip portion is disposed on a side of the substrate facing away from the pulling roll and in contact with the substrate.

9. The casting machine of claim 7, wherein the beveled surface of the second die lip is disposed on a side of the base material facing away from the pulling roll with a gap therebetween.

10. The casting machine of claim 7, wherein a base plate is attached to the bracket; the die assembly is movably mounted to the base plate.

The conveying mechanism 10 comprises a bracket 11, a driving roller 12 and a plurality of traction rollers 13; the driving roller 12 is rotatably mounted on the bracket 11 and drives the substrate pulled by the pulling roller 13, so that the substrate is conveyed forward under the driving of the driving roller 12 and the pulling rollers 13, and the adhesion of different parts of the substrate to the slurry is realized.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a die assembly 20 is disposed on one side of the conveying mechanism 10 and faces the conveying mechanism 10 to contact the substrate. The die head assembly 20 comprises a bottom plate 21, a side plate 22, an upper template 23 and a lower template 24, wherein the upper template 23 and the lower template 24 are attached to each other and movably mounted on the bottom plate 21.

A base plate 21 is attached to the support 11 and serves as the base of the die assembly 20.

The upper die plate 23 is provided with a first die lip 231 protruding outwards; first die lip 231 is equipped with the arc surface of upwards extending, the arc surface of first die lip 231 set up in the substrate dorsad one side of carry over pinch rolls 13, and with the substrate contact, so that the arc surface of first die lip 231 does not influence the adhesion of thick liquids to the substrate under the circumstances of contact substrate.

The arc surface is located at the outer end of the first die lip 231 and makes smooth transition upwards, so that the damage of the arc surface to the substrate is avoided, and the substrate is conveniently guided and calibrated during conveying.

The lower template 24 is arranged on one side of the upper template 23 and is attached to the upper template 23; a feeding runner 241 and a discharging gap are formed between the lower template 24 and the upper template 23 in an enclosing manner; the discharging gap is communicated with the feeding flow channel 241 and is used for the slurry to flow out, so that the slurry can be attached to the base material conveniently.

Wherein, the lower template 24 is provided with an arc die cavity 2411; the upper mold plate 23 covers the arc mold cavity 2411 and encloses to form the feeding flow channel 241. And the side plate 22 connects the upper template 23 and the lower template 24; the side plate 22 is provided with a feed inlet 221, the feed inlet 221 is communicated with the feed runner 241, and is communicated with the discharge gap through the feed runner 241, so that the slurry sequentially passes through the feed inlet 221, the feed runner 241 and the discharge gap until being attached to the base material.

The lower die plate 24 is convexly provided with a second die lip 243, and the second die lip 243 is arranged opposite to the first die lip 231 and is provided with a slope surface inclined downwards.

The lower template 24 is provided with an arc die cavity 2411; the upper mold plate 23 covers the arc mold cavity 2411 and encloses to form the feeding flow channel 241. The inclined surface of the second die lip 243 is arranged on the side of the substrate, which faces away from the traction roller 13, and a gap is formed between the inclined surface and the substrate, so that the substrate is prevented from being damaged.

An acid-resistant adhesive tape is connected between the first die lip 231 and the second die lip 243 and encloses to form the discharge gap, so that the slurry is ensured to be attached to the base material along the acid-resistant adhesive tape and the discharge gap, and the attachment uniformity and the attachment effect of the slurry to the base material are improved.

The die head assembly 20 is movably mounted on the bottom plate 21, wherein the die head assembly 20 is connected with a moving mechanism, and the moving mechanism drives the die head assembly 20 to move relative to the bottom plate 21 and move back and forth relative to the substrate so as to adjust the relative position between the die head assembly 20 and the substrate, and improve the adhesion uniformity and adhesion effect of the slurry to the substrate.
