s2, sequentially placing the surface paper pattern, the corrugated paper pattern and the back board paper pattern obtained in the step S1 from top to bottom, and then coating an adhesive on the outer sides of the peaks and valleys of the waves of the corrugated paper for adhesion; storing the obtained composite paperboard for later use;

s3, transferring the bonded composite paper board into an infrared dryer for drying treatment, and then performing indentation operation on the bent part of the composite paper board by adopting a stamping device;

s4, bending the composite paperboard support indentation part obtained in the step S3 by adopting bending equipment; after the bending treatment is finished, coating waterproof ink on the surface of the composite paperboard, and then drying the composite paperboard;

and S5, gluing the cut buffer pearl cotton on the inner wall of the color box body, gluing the cut rubber strips on the outer corners of the color box body, and drying to obtain the finished product of the shatter-resistant and moisture-proof color box.

Background

The color box is a folding paper box and a micro corrugated paper box which are made of two materials, namely paperboard and micro corrugated board. It is generally used as a middle-grade packaging method, and is between an inner package and an outer box package. As the name suggests, the color box is generally formed by matching a plurality of colors, which gives people strong visual sense to the buyer and the user to know the details of the overall appearance, the color and the like of the commodity. and S5, gluing the cut buffer pearl cotton on the inner wall of the color box body, gluing the cut rubber strips on the outer corners of the color box body, and drying to obtain the finished product of the shatter-resistant and moisture-proof color box.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention adopts corrugated paper as a raw material for producing the color box, and simultaneously, the inner wall of the color box is glued and connected with buffering pearl cotton, and the outer corners of the color box are glued and connected with rubber strips. Because the corrugated paper has the corrugated structural characteristics and is matched with the buffering pearl cotton and the rubber strips, the anti-falling performance of the prepared color box product can be effectively improved, and the quality of the color box product is effectively ensured.

2. According to the invention, the moisture-proof agent, the polyhexamethylene guanidine and the nano mixture are used as raw materials for preparing the waterproof ink, and under the synergistic cooperation of the polyhexamethylene guanidine and the nano mixture, the antibacterial performance of a color box product can be effectively improved, and the service life of the color box is prolonged to a certain extent. Moreover, the waterproof and moistureproof performance and the uvioresistant performance of the color box can be effectively improved, and the quality of the color box is effectively ensured.

3. The adhesive used in the invention contains raw materials such as high-efficiency bactericide and isothiazolinone, and the high-efficiency bactericide and the isothiazolinone are cooperated to further improve the antibacterial performance of the color box. the waterproof ink comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of color paste, 22 parts of gum arabic, 2 parts of lignin acid, 30 parts of ethyl acetate, 3 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of aluminum sulfate, 1.5 parts of glycerin monostearate, 1.8 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine and 2 parts of nano mixed powder.

The preparation method of the high-efficiency bactericide comprises the following steps:

adding 0.1mol of cerium nitrate into 1L of zinc nitrate aqueous solution with the concentration of 0.15mol/L, mechanically stirring to completely dissolve the cerium nitrate, and then adding sodium zirconium phosphate with the mass of 25 percent of the cerium nitrate into the obtained mixed solution; after the ultrasonic dispersion is uniform, the temperature of the mixed liquid phase is raised to 70 ℃, and the mixed liquid phase is stirred and reacted for 5 hours at the constant temperature; after the reaction is finished, filtering the mixed liquid phase, sequentially washing and drying the obtained solid filter material, transferring the solid filter material into a high-temperature sintering furnace, and roasting at the high temperature of 500 ℃ for 3 hours; then crushing and grinding the obtained solid material; the obtained solid material with the grain diameter of 0.1 mu m is the finished product of the high-efficiency bactericide.

The nano mixed powder is prepared from nano titanium dioxide and nano zinc oxide according to a mass ratio of 1: 1.5 mixing and preparing.

The adhesive used in the corrugated paper preparation process comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400 parts of starch, 6 parts of potassium hydroxide, 20 parts of 35% sodium hydroxide solution by mass, 5 parts of glutinous rice powder, 6 parts of efficient bactericide, 12 parts of lotus leaf charcoal powder, 8 parts of AP-STB (ammonium nitrate-styrene butadiene copolymer) paste, 2.0 parts of isothiazolinone, 3 parts of polyoxyethylene glycol ether and 1050 parts of distilled water.

adding 0.2mol of lanthanum nitrate into 1L of zinc nitrate aqueous solution with the concentration of 0.2mol/L, mechanically stirring to completely dissolve the lanthanum nitrate, and then adding hydroxyapatite with the mass of 35 percent of cerium nitrate into the obtained mixed solution; after the ultrasonic dispersion is uniform, the temperature of the mixed liquid phase is raised to 80 ℃, and the mixed liquid phase is stirred and reacted for 6 hours at the constant temperature; after the reaction is finished, filtering the mixed liquid phase, sequentially washing and drying the obtained solid filter material, transferring the solid filter material into a high-temperature sintering furnace, and roasting at the temperature of 700 ℃ for 4 hours; then crushing and grinding the obtained solid material; the obtained solid material with the grain diameter of 0.2 mu m is the finished product of the high-efficiency bactericide.

performance testing

The color boxes produced by examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were respectively referred to as experimental examples 1 to 3; the color boxes produced by the comparative examples are respectively marked as comparative examples; then, the color boxes produced in examples 1 to 3 and the comparative example were subjected to the correlation performance test, and the obtained data are recorded in the following table:

5. the moisture resistance test standards of the color box are as follows: a cardboard for producing a color box having a length of 20cm by 20cm was uniformly dropped 50 drops of water on the surface thereof, and the number of wet spots was observed.
