Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of fabricated concrete buildings, in particular to a concrete prefabricated staircase.

Background

In the assembled concrete building, the stair are mostly prefabricated construction. Generally, the stairs between the upper and lower platforms are integrally prefabricated according to the design size. The weight of conventional stair is 4 tons to 5 tons weight mostly, and the stair design is wider, and prefabricated stair load is bigger. In the prior art, enough large-scale tower cranes are required for construction, heavy-scale tower cranes are required for the whole prefabricated staircases due to heavy weight, and the large-scale tower cranes are high in use cost. Even in partial projects, a large tower crane needs to be specially replaced during stair installation, so that the cost is increased. Meanwhile, the single components of the existing integrally prefabricated staircase are large in size and heavy in weight, so that great difficulty is caused in manufacturing, transportation and installation.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention improves and optimizes the traditional prefabricated staircase.

The invention solves the problems and adopts the technical scheme that:

a concrete prefabricated staircase comprises an upper connecting end connected with an upper platform and a lower connecting end connected with a lower platform, and is composed of a first block and a second block, wherein the first block is arranged on one side close to a wall, and the second block is arranged on one side close to a handrail; the upper connecting end and the lower connecting end of the first block and the second block are respectively provided with at least one pin piece reserved hole; the upper end and the lower end of the first block and the second block are respectively provided with a pair of parallel hoisting embedded parts.

Compared with the prior art, the invention adopting the structure has the beneficial effects that:

this scheme is with the structure that former holistic one section prefabricated staircase design was assembled for the polylith combination, has reduced the volume and the load of single component, reaches the technical effect that stair installation was realized to small-size tower crane, greatly reduced construction cost.

Preferably, the concrete precast stairway further comprises:

each step edge of the stair is provided with an anti-skid groove.

The invention also provides an installation and construction method of the concrete prefabricated staircase, which comprises the following steps:

step one, calculating the weight of the component, and performing integral calculation of the prefabricated staircase according to a designed construction drawing.

Step two: and determining the optimal hoisting weight of the tower crane used in the whole project by combining with a construction total package unit, and splitting the prefabricated staircase into a plurality of blocks according to the hoisting weight.

Step three: and (4) manufacturing a mould in a factory for production, and transporting each produced concrete block member to the site.

Step four: and installing and fixing the blocks on the upper platform and the lower platform respectively on the site.

Step five: if the stair joints among the blocks are larger than 50mm, mortar is adopted for plugging.

Compared with the prior art, the invention adopting the method has the beneficial effects that:

the invention has fast construction speed, and each block has an independent fixing structure, so the whole body is more stable. The small-size member is convenient to install and construct and high in safety.

Detailed Description

The invention will be further illustrated by the following examples, which are intended only for a better understanding of the present invention and therefore do not limit the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the concrete prefabricated staircase provided by the invention comprises an upper connecting end connected with an upper platform and a lower connecting end connected with a lower platform, and is composed of a first block 1 and a second block 2, wherein the first block 1 is arranged on one side close to a wall, and the second block 2 is arranged on one side close to a handrail; the upper connecting end and the lower connecting end of the first block 1 and the second block 2 are respectively provided with at least one pin piece reserved hole 3; the upper end and the lower end of the first block 1 and the second block 2 are respectively provided with a pair of parallel hoisting embedded parts 4.

The hoisting embedded part 4 of the prefabricated staircase is fixedly arranged in a groove, the depth of the groove is 20mm, the diameter of the notch is 60, and the diameter of the bottom of the groove is 50; the hoisting embedment 4 is anchored in the trench bottom concrete structure.

The invention also provides a construction method of the concrete prefabricated staircase, which comprises the following steps:

step one, calculating the weight of the component, and performing integral calculation of the prefabricated staircase according to a designed construction drawing.

Step two: and determining the optimal hoisting weight of the tower crane used in the whole project by combining with a construction total package unit, and splitting the prefabricated staircase into a plurality of blocks according to the hoisting weight.

Step three: manufacturing a mold in a factory for production, and respectively manufacturing reserved holes 3 for connecting pin pieces with the upper platform and the lower platform at the upper end and the lower end of each block; two hoisting embedded parts 4 are respectively arranged on the surface of the first step and the surface of the last step.

Step four: the produced concrete block members are transported to the site, and the blocks are mounted on the upper and lower platforms, respectively, and fixed at the site.

Step five: if the stair joints 5 between the blocks are larger than 50mm, mortar is adopted for sealing.

The invention designs and manufactures the original staircase into two parts or even more parts. Each part is fixed respectively during construction, the independent blocks have the same fixing structure, all the blocks are spliced into the whole stair, the stability of the stair is not influenced even if the seam 5 is arranged in the middle, and the hoisting and installation requirements of the assembled concrete member are met.

And after the components are installed, the joint 5 (the joint width is 50 mm) of the combined stair is blocked by mortar. However, if the later stage of the stair is decorated by paving bricks and the like, the 50mm seam 5 can not be processed in the installation period, and the structure safety can not be influenced.

Each step edge of this prefabricated staircase is equipped with antiskid groove 6. The anti-skid groove 6 can be a linear groove dug on the concrete surface of the step or a groove ground by a brick paving veneer.

According to the invention, the original integral one-section prefabricated staircase is designed into a structure formed by combining and assembling a plurality of blocks, the volume and the load of a single component are reduced, the technical effect of realizing the staircase installation by using the small-sized tower crane is achieved, the problems of large components and heavy weight of the conventional prefabricated staircase are solved, the components are ensured to meet the design requirements, the construction cost of the tower crane and the like is saved, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.

The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, which is defined in the appended claims.
