Detailed Description

The lamp, the lamp cap and the lamp cap connecting structure provided by the invention are further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention is a multi-head ceiling lamp, as shown in fig. 9, which includes a base 7 fixed on a ceiling, and a plurality of lamp posts 8 connected to the base, and a lamp head 6 connected to the lamp posts 8 through the lamp head connecting structure provided in the present application. In order to realize the mechanical connection between the lamp cap 6 and the lamp post 8, the connecting base 1 is provided with a first sliding structure 101, and the connecting assembly 2 comprises a second sliding structure 201, wherein the first sliding structure 101 is slidably connected with the second sliding structure 201. The connecting seat 1 is provided with the first conductive contact structure 102, the connecting assembly 2 includes the second conductive contact structure 202, one of the first conductive contact structure 102 and the second conductive contact structure 202 is an elastic contact, when the first sliding structure 101 and the second sliding structure 201 slide to the fixed position, the first conductive contact structure 102 and the second conductive contact structure 202 are elastically abutted, and therefore the lamp holder 6 can be quickly disassembled and replaced.

The connecting seat of the present embodiment is shown in fig. 4, and includes a seat body 105. The base 105 includes a bottom 1051, a first side wall 1052 and a second side wall 1053 opposite to each other, and a third side wall 1054 connected to the bottom 1051, the first side wall 1052 and the second side wall 1053, and the whole base 105 is like a box shape with an open top and lacking one side wall. In this embodiment, the bottom 1051 is provided with a through hole as an installation portion, the end of the lamp post 8 is provided with a threaded structure, and the lamp post 8 passes through the through hole and then is fixed to the base 105 by the nut 9. In other preferred embodiments, the connecting seat can be connected to the lamp through a buckle, an adhesive or an integral molding of the lamp body, and the application is not limited thereto. One end of each of the first and second side walls 1052 and 1053 is connected to the bottom 1051, and the other end is provided with a first sliding structure 101. The first sliding structure 101 extends from the third side wall 1054 to the opposite side thereof, and since there is no other structure on the opposite side of the third side wall 1054, the absence of the side wall on this side forms the insertion opening of the first sliding structure 101. When the first sliding structure 101 and the second sliding structure 201 are assembled, the second sliding structure 201 is inserted from the insertion opening and slides relative to the first sliding structure 101, and is limited by the third side wall 1054 when reaching the third side wall 1054.

The first conductive contact structure 102 includes a substrate 1022 and a metal contact 1021 disposed on the substrate 1022. A pair of insertion grooves 1055 are oppositely provided on the first and second side walls 1052 and 1053, and the substrate 1022 is inserted in the insertion grooves 1055. The slot 1055 is disposed between the bottom 1051 and the first sliding structure 101, and the slot 1055 is parallel to the sliding direction. The missing side walls also form the insertion openings for the slots 1055, from which the substrates 1022 are inserted into the slots 1055.

The connection assembly 2 in this embodiment is provided on a base 6 as shown in fig. 2 and 6, and the base 6 includes an annular base 3 as a main structure. The annular lamp holder 3 has an outer circumferential surface and an inner circumferential surface, and the light source assembly 4 is attached to the outer circumferential surface of the lamp holder 3. The light source assembly 4 includes a flexible and bendable light source substrate 401 and a plurality of LED light sources 402 disposed thereon. The light source assembly 4 does not entirely cover the outer circumferential surface of the lamp holder 1, and a gap is left between the two ends when surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the lamp holder 1, and the connecting assembly 2 is disposed at a position where the outer circumferential surface of the lamp holder 3 is not covered by the light source module 4 and is spaced from the light source module 4. The optical element 5 is further covered outside the light source module, and the optical element 5 covers all the light source substrates 401 to play a role in light distribution and protection. The optical element 5 may be any one of a light-transmissive mask, a diffuser or a light guide element. The lamp holder 6 in the embodiment is annular as a whole, and the outer side of the lamp holder emits light, so that the lamp holder is attractive in appearance. More specifically, the annular lamp holder 3 extends from two sides of the end edge of the outer peripheral surface thereof to form an annular extension portion 301, and forms a recessed receiving portion with the outer peripheral surface, the light source substrate 401 is attached to the outer peripheral surface, and the optical element 5 is covered on the light source assembly 4 and is flush with the outer edge of the extension portion.

In other preferred embodiments, the base 6 may have any shape, and the present application is not limited thereto, and the base may be considered to be a base solution according to the present application as long as the surface thereof is provided with the connection assembly 2 according to the present application. In another preferred embodiment, the lamp holder may be a column, the interior of the lamp holder forms an accommodating space, the light source module is disposed in the accommodating space, and the connecting component is disposed on the outer surface of the column-shaped lamp holder. In another preferred embodiment, the lamp holder includes a flat chassis, the light-transmitting element is configured to form an accommodating space, the light source module is disposed in the accommodating space, and the connecting assembly is located outside the chassis.

The detailed structure of the connecting assembly 4 disposed on the lamp cap 6 can be seen in fig. 3, which is a partial enlarged view of the lamp cap 6, and as shown, the connecting assembly 2 includes a second sliding structure 201 and a second conductive contact structure 202. The second sliding structure 201 is a pair of sliding grooves with extending directions parallel to the axis of the annular lamp holder 3, and the corresponding first sliding structure 101 on the mounting base 1 is a sliding block. In other preferred embodiments, the two may be interchanged, that is, the first sliding structure 101 is a sliding slot, and the second sliding structure 201 is a sliding block, which is not limited in this application. The slide block can slide in the sliding groove along the extending direction of the sliding groove, in order to ensure the connection of the lamp head 6, the sliding groove of the second sliding structure 201 has a groove bottom 2011, a first buckling part 2012 is arranged on the groove bottom, and correspondingly, the first sliding structure 101 is provided with a second buckling part 1011. One of the first buckling part 1011 and the second buckling part 2012 is a convex structure, and the other is a concave structure, and the two are matched with each other to form a buckling connection, and when the first sliding structure 101 and the second sliding structure 201 slide to a fixed position, that is, the lamp head is installed in place, the first buckling part 1011 and the second buckling part 2012 are buckled.

The second conductive structure 203 is disposed between the pair of sliding grooves as the second sliding structure 201, and is electrically connected to the light source module 4. As mentioned above, the first conductive contact structure 102 is a metal contact 1021 arranged on the substrate 1022, and the second conductive contact structure 202 in this embodiment is an elastic contact. The specific structure of the elastic contact is shown in fig. 7 and 8, and comprises a sleeve 2021, a spring 2023 and a needle shaft 2022. The spring 2023 is disposed inside the sleeve 2021, one end of the needle shaft 2022 is sleeved inside the sleeve 2021 and connected to the spring 2023, and the other end extends out of the sleeve 2021 and can extend and retract along the axial direction of the sleeve. The pin shaft 2022 is disposed facing the metal contact 1021 in the first conductive contact structure 102, and the moving direction thereof is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the first sliding structure 101 and the second sliding structure 201. When the first and second sliding structures 101 and 201 slide to the fixed positions, the pin 2022 abuts against the metal contact 1021 to achieve electrical connection. In order to fix the second conductive contact structure 202, the present embodiment further includes a mounting plate 203 of the elastic contact, the elastic contact is disposed on the mounting plate 203, and the mounting plate is fixed between the two sliding grooves by screws. In other preferred embodiments, the elastic contact may be disposed on the connection socket 2, and the metal contact 1021 may be disposed on the lamp cap 6, and the elastic contact may be replaced by a spring to achieve elastic contact between the first conductive contact structure 102 and the second conductive contact structure 202.

In the preferred embodiment of the present application, the connecting assembly 2 further includes a limiting cover 204, and the limiting cover 204 is disposed at one end of the second sliding structure 2011. Specifically, the limiting cover plate 204 may be formed by extending from the end edge of the lamp holder 3, or may be assembled to the lamp holder 3; referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the connecting assembly 2 is connected to the connecting base 1, the second sliding structure 201 is inserted from the opening side of the base 105 and slides relative to the first sliding structure 101, and when the connecting assembly reaches the fixing position, the first latching portion 1011 and the second latching portion 2012 are engaged, and the limiting cover plate 204 covers the insertion opening of the base 105 and abuts against the end portions of the first side wall 1052 and the second side wall 1053 of the base 105. The limiting cover plate 204 not only has a limiting function to prevent the first sliding structure 101 from further sliding forward, but also forms a closed structure together with the seat body 105 to accommodate the electrical connection structure therein, thereby protecting the electrical connection structure.
