A switching device, comprising: the transmission rod is movably connected with the two connecting rods at two opposite sides in the axial direction, and when the transmission rod moves in the axial direction, the conductive rods also move in the circumferential direction along with the separation knife to enable the separation knife to be in contact with or separated from the conductive contact parts; when one isolating knife is in a contact state with one conductive contact part, the other isolating knife is in a separation state with the other conductive contact part.

The switch device according to claim 2, wherein an included angle between a plane on which a line segment from an end of the connecting rod provided on one of the conductive rods to one of the conductive rods is located and the isolating blade provided on one of the conductive rods is different from an included angle between a plane on which a line segment from an end of the connecting rod provided on the other of the conductive rods to the other of the conductive rods is located and the isolating blade provided on the other of the conductive rods.

4. The switching device according to claim 1, wherein two of the connecting rods are respectively disposed on ends of the two conductive rods relatively close to each other.

5. The switching device according to claim 4, wherein the angle between the connecting rod and the conducting rod is 90 °.

6. The switching device according to claim 1, wherein the conductive contact portion includes a plurality of contacts arranged in an array, and an arrangement direction of the plurality of contacts is parallel to an axial direction of the conductive rod.

7. The switchgear as claimed in claim 6, wherein the said isolation knife comprises a plurality of contact arms arranged in a row, each adjacent two of the contact arms are parallel to each other, and each of the contact arms is corresponding to a contact for contact or separation.

8. The switchgear device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the transmission lever is provided with an operating lever for pushing the transmission lever to move the transmission lever in the axial direction.

9. The switchgear as claimed in claim 8, wherein the free end of the operating rod is provided with an insulated handle.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of high-voltage electrical appliance switches, in particular to a switch device.

Background

In distribution equipment, when two sets of production lines share a power supply, mutual interference easily occurs, and particularly in the production process of polycrystalline silicon, the interference of a reduction furnace in the high-voltage breakdown process can affect other reduction furnaces which normally run, so that a precise control system is mistakenly turned off, and the breakdown fault of a vacuum tube of a contactor can be caused by the superposition of voltage, thereby affecting the production progress and the product quality. In order to eliminate potential safety hazards as much as possible, a common high-voltage breakdown power supply needs to be isolated so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating the interference of the starting of one production line on another production line. At present, it is common to arrange separate isolation switches in different production lines, and to shut down one production line when another production line starts working, so as to prevent interference between the two production lines and meet the process production requirements. However, the above method is prone to cause operator errors, especially when the operator performs the switching operation between the two production lines, and the operator is prone to cause equipment parking accidents.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a switch device, which solves the problem that the existing interlocking mode is easy to cause misoperation of workers.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a switching device, comprising: the transmission rod is movably connected with the two connecting rods at two opposite sides in the axial direction, and when the transmission rod moves in the axial direction, the conductive rods also move in the circumferential direction along with the separation knife to enable the separation knife to be in contact with or separated from the conductive contact parts; when one isolating knife is in a contact state with one conductive contact part, the other isolating knife is in a separation state with the other conductive contact part.

Preferably, the transmission rod and the plane where the axes of the two conducting rods are located together are parallel to each other, and the isolating knife and the conducting rods are perpendicular to each other; wherein one of the isolation knives intersects the other of the isolation knives.

Preferably, an included angle between a plane where a line segment between an end of the connecting rod and one of the conductive rods is located and the isolating knife, which are arranged on one of the conductive rods, is different from an included angle between a plane where a line segment between an end of the connecting rod and the other of the conductive rods is located and the isolating knife, which are arranged on the other of the conductive rods.

Preferably, the two connecting rods are respectively disposed on ends of the two conductive rods relatively close to each other.

Preferably, the angle between the connecting rod and the conducting rod is 90 °.

Preferably, the conductive contact portion includes a plurality of contacts arranged in an array, and an arrangement direction of the plurality of contacts is parallel to an axial direction of the conductive rod.

Preferably, the isolating blade comprises a plurality of contact arms arranged in an array, each two adjacent contact arms are parallel to each other, and each contact arm is in contact with or separated from one corresponding contact.

Preferably, the transmission rod is provided with an operating rod for pushing the transmission rod to enable the transmission rod to move in the axial direction.

Preferably, an insulating handle is arranged on the free end of the operating rod.

When the switch device is used as a common switch of two production lines (namely a circuit) sharing one power supply, the opening of one production line and the closing of the other production line can be completed in the same switch operation, so that an interlocking structure is formed between the two production lines, and the possibility of misoperation of workers is prevented.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Examples of these preferred embodiments are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments of the invention shown in the drawings and described in accordance with the drawings are exemplary only, and the invention is not limited to these embodiments.

It should be noted that, in order to avoid obscuring the present invention with unnecessary details, only the structures and/or processing steps closely related to the scheme according to the present invention are shown in the drawings, and other details not so relevant to the present invention are omitted.

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the present invention provides the following embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1, the switching device provided in this embodiment includes: two conductive contacts 1 which are arranged at a distance from each other and can be connected to different circuits, respectively. Two parallel conductive rods 2 are arranged between the two conductive contact parts 1, and an isolation knife 21 and a connecting rod 22 intersecting with the conductive rods 2 are respectively arranged on the two conductive rods 2. A transmission rod 3 perpendicular to the conductive rod 2 is arranged between the two connecting rods 22, and two opposite sides of the transmission rod 3 in the axial direction are movably connected with the two connecting rods 22 respectively.

When the transmission rod 3 moves in the axial direction, the conductive rod 2 also moves in the circumferential direction to make the isolating knife 21 contact with or separate from the conductive contact part 1. In this embodiment, when one of the isolating blades 21 is in a contact state with one of the conductive contact portions 1, the other of the isolating blades 21 is in a separation state from the other of the conductive contact portions 1.

When the switch device provided by the embodiment is used as a common switch of two production lines (namely a circuit) sharing one power supply, the opening of one production line and the closing of the other production line can be completed in the same switch operation, so that an interlocking structure is formed between the two production lines, and the possibility of misoperation of workers is prevented.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the transmission rod 3 and the two conductive rods 2 are parallel to each other in a plane where the axes are located, and the isolation knife 21 and the conductive rods 2 are perpendicular to each other. As shown in fig. 2, when the transmission rod 3 moves in the axial direction, the transmission rod 3 rotates the two conductive rods 2 to the same direction at the same time, and due to the intersecting state between one isolating blade 21 and the other isolating blade 21, when one isolating blade 21 is in a contact state with one conductive contact portion 1, the other isolating blade 21 is in a separation state with the other conductive contact portion 1.

Preferably, in the present embodiment, two of the connecting rods 22 are respectively disposed on the ends of the two conducting rods 2 that are relatively close to each other, and the other ends of the two conducting rods 2 (i.e., the ends where the connecting rods 22 are not disposed) are used for connecting with a power supply. The connecting rod 22 and the included angle between the conducting rods 2 is 90 degrees, and the connecting rod 22 can adopt a telescopic structure.

Preferably, in order to improve the electrical connection efficiency between the isolation blade 21 and the conductive contact portion 1, the conductive contact portion 1 includes a plurality of contacts 11 arranged in an array, and the arrangement direction of the plurality of contacts 11 is parallel to the axial direction of the conductive rod 2. The isolating blade 21 includes a plurality of contact arms 211 arranged in a row, each two adjacent contact arms 211 are parallel to each other, and each contact arm 211 is corresponding to one contact 11 for contact or separation.

In addition, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate the operation of the switch device, the transmission rod 3 may be further provided with an operating rod 4 for pushing the transmission rod 3 to move the transmission rod 3 in the axial direction, and an insulating handle may be provided at a free end of the operating rod 4 for the purpose of preventing electric shock.
